AbstractMaternal knowledge of parenting is the important things especially for mothers of preschool-age children. Mothers who are knowledgeable about parenting are more likely to create an environment that is appropriate to their children’s and more likely to interact with their children in more sensitive ways. Intervention of family empowerment is one of way to increase the maternal knowledge. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of family empowerment on increasing maternal knowledge about parenting of preschool-age children. This study used quasi experimental design with t-test and linear regression analysis. Conducted in two areas in Bogor, the sample of this study was 32 mother in control group and 32 in treatment group. The treatment group involved in eight sessions of family empowerment. The result showed that there are no differences of maternal knowledge between control and treatment group in baseline data and there are significant differences in endline data. The result also indicates that there are positive effect of intervention of family empowerment which accounted for 30,8 per cent increasing on maternal knowledge about parenting of preschool-age children. Keywords: family empowerment, maternal knowledge, parenting, preschool.AbstrakPengetahuan ibu mengenai pengasuhan anak merupakan hal penting terutama bagi yang memiliki anak usia prasekolah. Ibu yang berpengetahuan memadai akan menciptakan lingkungan yang sesuai bagi anak-anak mereka dan berinteraksi dengan lebih baik. Intervensi pemberdayaan keluarga merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan keluarga terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu mengenai pengasuhan anak usia prasekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah eksperimen semu dengan uji beda t serta analisis regresi. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di kota Bogor dengan contoh sebanyak 32 orang di kelompok kontrol dan 32 orang di kelompok perlakuan. Kelompok perlakuan mendapat intervensi pemberdayaan keluarga sebanyak delapan pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan pada data awal antara kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan dan pada data akhir terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan setelah intervensi diberikan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa intervensi pemberdayaan keluarga berpengaruh positif sebesar 30,8 persen dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai pengasuhan anak usia prasekolah.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan keluarga, pengetahuan ibu, pengasuhan anak, prasekolah

Gempa yang terjadi pada 5 Agustus 2018 di Lombok Utara dan Lombok Timur dan sekitarnya dengan skala 7 pada Skala Richter, adalah jenis gempa yang merusak dan mengakibatkan kematian. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek dari bencana mempengaruhi munculnya gejala stres. Stres pada korban bencana dapat mengganggu fungsi keluarga, melemahkan keseimbangan keluarga, sehingga diperlukan dukungan sosial untuk menjaga keseimbangan dalam menjalankan fungsi keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dukungan sosial dan fungsi keluarga pascagempa di Kabupaten Lombok Timur wilayah pegunungan dan pesisir. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 120 istri yang memiliki anak usia balita di wilayah yang berbeda (60 dari pegunungan dan 60 dari pesisir). Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional study dengan pengambilan sampel acak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan terdapat perbedaan yang nyata dukungan sosial dan fungsi keluarga antara keluarga korban bencana di daerah pegunungan dan pesisir. Pencapaian terendah dimensi fungsi keluarga yaitu dimensi fungsi umum. Sedangkan, rataan tertinggi yaitu dimensi keterlibatan afeksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wilayah tempat tinggal berpengaruh positif terhadap fungsi keluarga (?=0.493). Dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap fungsi keluarga (?=0.398).

AbstractThe study of the condition of the area of residence, internalization of family values, and emotional regulation, of adolescent social behavior, is important because the environment influences feelings, and as a motive for adolescent behavior. This study aims to look at the influence of the environment, internalization of family values , and emotional regulation on adolescent social behavior. The study was conducted in five schools in the Districts of Abadijaya and Mekarjaya, Depok City. The study participants consisted of 120 adolescents (men n = 60 & women n = 60) and 120 working mothers taken using disproportional random sampling techniques. Data collection using the Asian Value Scale-Revised (AVS-R), Cognitive Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ), and Maladaptive Social Behavior. The PLS analysis results show that there are effects of environmental characteristics, family characteristics, internalization of family values, and emotional regulation on adolescent social behavior.Keywords: Adolescent emotional regulation; Adolescent social behavior; Family values Residential environment AbstrakStudi tentang kondisi wilayah tempat tinggal, internalisasi nilai-nilai keluarga, dan pengaturan emosi, terhadap perilaku sosial remaja penting dilakukan karena lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap perasaan, dan sebagai motif perilaku remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihatan pengaruh lingkungan, internaliasi nilai keluarga dan regulasi emosi terhadap perilaku sosial remaja. Penelitian dilakukan di lima sekolah yang ada di Kecamatan Abadijaya dan Mekarjaya Kota Depok. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 120 remaja (laki-laki n=60 & perempuan n=60 dan 120 ibu bekerja yang diambil menggunakan teknik disproportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Asian Value Scale Revisied (AVS-R), Cognitive Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ) dan Maladaptive Social Behaviour. Hasil uji PLS menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh karakteristik lingkungan, karakteristik keluarga, internalisasi nilai keluarga, dan regulasi emosi terhadap perilaku sosial remaja. This study aims to analyze the policy, program, activity and budgetting of husbandry subsector in West Lampung Regency. The study was conducted retrospectively, studying documents of policy 2003-2007 in Husbandry and Animal Health Agency of West Lampung and interviewing respondents of the officials involved in the drafting of the program, decision makers, and groups of farmers from November to December 2008. Data that were required in this research, consist of primary and secondary data and was analyzed by descriptive analysis, content analysis and SWOT analysis.The results of this research showed that the formulation of policy and program had been in line with the regulation, but there were some constraints in implementing the policy and program in form of activities due to the limited budget. Budgeting allocation portion for the development food resources from husbandry for 4 years was higher than supporting activities, except in the fifth year. Implementation of husbandry sub-sector, especially cattle breeding was enthusiastically welcomed by the community indicated by their high motivation and initiatives. The environment has changed from the previous period so that the future concept will focus on the breeder empowerment and capital access and strategy by intensifying animal breeding culture, building husbandry centers and partnership with private sectors.

Online food delivery service (OFD) is created as a service innovation that combines the usage of technology and electronic systems. Many brand present caused increasingly fierce competition between similar companies in one industry due to wider customers alternative selection. OFD companies need to implement innovation and a marketing mix to create a strong brand image. This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation and marketing mix on usage decisions through brand image through the development of five hypotheses. Data were collected by distributed online questionnaires to 292 respondents with 15 brands of OFD services that have been used in the last three months. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Lisrel 8.80 software and descriptive analysis with SPSS ver 25.. The results showed that the marketing mix had a significant effect on brand image, and the innovation and marketing mix had a significant effect on usage decisions. Meanwhile, innovation has no significant effect on brand image and brand image has no significant effect on the decision to use an online food delivery service. The implication of this study is to improve marketing strategies by expanding the coverage area and developing innovations by creating a different uniqueness from the competitors.

The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of the Social Safety Net-Health Sector Program (JPS-BK) on growth of under-two year children (baduta). The study was carried out in Kebumen, Purworejo and Sukohatjo of Central Java, and Lombok Timur and Sumbawa of West Nusa Tenggara. This study was designed as cross sectional with Posttest-Only Nonequivalent Group Study Design, This was applied considering the data was collected in a moment just afier JPS-BK program has been starting with two nonequivalent groups (one was target group and another was non target group of JPS-BK). The sample was mothers who had breast-feeding status and had been pregnant between October 1998 and ended in 2000. Total sample was 622 mothers, consisted of 544 mothers of JPS-BK and 118 mothers of Non JPS-BK. Growth of baduta of JPS-BK was not dgiterent from baduta of Non JPS-BK. Nutritional status of baduta (W/A) had positive and significant correlation with birth weight, immunization, and complementary feeding (MP-AS1 JPS-BK). Nutritional status of baduta (H/A) had positive and significant correlation with birth weight, MP-AS1 JPS-BK. immunization and mother's educational level. Nutritional status of baduta (W/H) had positive and significant correlation with birth weight, MP-ASI JPS-BK, immunization, income per capita, and mother's educational level.

Consumer is the determinant factor for the quality of services. Students as the stakeholder of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) need to receive the best services. The aimed of this research were to analyze students’ satisfaction on dormitory in Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and to identify strategy to improve students’ satisfaction. The design of this research was cross sectional study, which carried out in IPB campus, Darmaga-Bogor, West Java for six months since September 2006 to February 2007. Numbers of samples were 289 students. The result showed that the attributes needed to be improved at man’s dormitory were bath room, water availability, the adjustment program for new students, the material construction of dormitory program, the activity of dormitory program, the access to complaint, the dormitory management, the waste management, the safety at room, the tasteof food at canteen, the menu variation, the nutrition of food, the price of food at canteen, the hygiene of food at canteen, and the cleanliness at canteen. Meanwhile, at women dormitory the main priorities to be improved were bathroom, water availability, the place to iron, dispenser, the license for being late, the night’s alarm, the adjustment program, the material construction of dormitory, the activity of dormitory program, the place for complaint, the waste management, the safety at room, the taste of food at canteen, the menu variation, the hygiene of food and the cleanliness at canteen.

National Examination is one of reference of evaluation to increase the quality of education in Indonesia. In High School National Examination 2009, there is increasing of the amount of examination subjects. Those were become six subjects from only three in the previous year. The students in the third year who facing the National Examination was easier to get stress. Stress level in them can be minimalized by their interaction with family and school environtment. The research design was cross sectional study with 76 high school students as samples that determined by simple random sampling. Analysis data consisted of Independent sample's difference T-test and Mann Whitney, Spearman’s correlation, and multiple linear regretion. The result of this research showed that stress level in girls were higher than boys. The result also showed that stress was caused by less interaction with father and school. Parenting which tend to mutual and communicative interaction with father would also give a better interaction quality. If father could optimize his role to do a good parenting, their children would also overcome their stress well.

Adolescent tend to do the anti-social behavior, so it needs prevention step by developing prosocial behavior. Thisstudy aimed to analyze the effect of characteristic, family interaction, friend interaction and self-esteem onprosocial behavior among early adolescents. This research was a cross-sectional study. The location of theresearch was conducted in Junior High School X in Bogor District which was chosen purposively. The examplesof this study were 200 adolescents with same sex siblings (100 girls and 100 boys) which was chosen by clusterrandom sampling technique. The results showed that there was no significant difference in interaction with thefather between girls and boys. Closeness dimension of girl’s interaction with mother and girl’s interaction with afriend were higher than boy’s. Closeness and discord dimensions of girl’s interactions with same-sex siblingswere higher than boy’s. Self-esteem didn’t have a significant difference between girls and boys, but girls weremore prosocial than boys. Closeness dimension of interaction with mother, interaction with the sibling, andinteraction with a friend also self-esteem can improve prosocial behavior, but interaction with father didn’tsignificantly influence to prosocial behavior.

The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze public perceptions on the effectiveness of the implementation of CSR of PT. A B C; 2) to analyze the implementation of CSR activities by PT. A B C; 3) to formulate strategies to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of CSR of PT. A B C. The method used in this research was descriptive analysis with a survey approach to measure expectations and performance assessment on the CSR implemented programs by the public, and there were respondents 104 respondents involved in this study. This study used the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) aiming to determine the effectiveness of the programs that have been implemented and to map the relationship between the expectations and the performance of each variable. Furthermore, using a SWOT analysis of the data processing and of the objectives of the program made by CSR is expected to provide recommendations to develop strategies in order to increase the effectiveness of CSR program of ABC Company.Keywords: corporate social responsibility (CSR), mining industry, implementation analysis, IPA, SWOTAbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis persepsi masyarakat teradap efektivitas implementasi CSR PT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey untuk mengukur harapan dan penilaian kinerja oleh masyarakat atas program CSR yang diterapkan. Jumlah responden sebanyak 104 orang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Analisis Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas dari program-program yang telah dijalankan serta memetakan hubungan antara harapan dengan kinerja dari masing-masing variabel. Selanjutnya menggunakan analisis SWOT dari hasil pengolahan data dan dari tujuan program dibuat oleh CSR sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk menyusun strategi dalam usaha meningkatkan efektifitas program CSR PT.
