Abstract

This study aims to test how much influence the work motivation and compensation system has on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at BRI Unit Kinali and BRI Unit Sungai Aur, West Pasaman Regency. Methods of data collection through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 36 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with a stratified random sampling model. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS for windows version 16.0.Based on the research results indicate that 1). Obtained a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction. 2). Obtained a positive and significant influence between the Compensation System on Job Satisfaction. 3). Obtained a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 4). Obtained positive and significant influence between the Compensation System on Employee Performance. 5). Obtained a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. 6). Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 7). Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the Compensation System on Employee Performance. Finally, the authors suggest to the management of BRI Unit Kinali and BRI Unit Sungai Aur, West Pasaman Regency to be able to increase Employee Performance, it is necessary to increase Job Satisfaction by increasing its indicators. And to increase job satisfaction, it is necessary to increase the Work Motivation and Compensation System through improving the indicators

Abstract

Loyalitas konsumen adalah hal penting dalam suatu bisnis baik berskala besar, sedang, maupun kecil. Untuk itu para pelaku usaha harus dapat menganalisa faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan tersebut agar dapat mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Loyalitas pelanggan juga merupakan keunggulan bersaing bagi suatu bisnis karena dengan peningkatan loyalitas konsumen akan mengarahkan pada profitabilitas yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 80 Konsumen dengan Teknik pengambilan data dari angket dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi nilai, Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Kepuasan pelanggan sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dari hasil angket yang dibagikan dan wawancara didapatkan 85% dari pengunjung memiliki loyalitas yang kuat terhadap angkriingan kidul lubuk begalung. Namun demikian manajemen angkringan kidul juga tetap harus membangun citra dan mengimplementasikan nya agar lebih melekat dibenak konsumen

Abstract

This study analyzes the distribution strategy of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP) as one of Indonesia's largest retail companies. Distribution plays a crucial role in marketing success, especially in modern retail that faces challenges from changing consumer behavior and digital transformation. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through secondary data analysis from company reports, academic literature, and relevant publications. The findings indicate that MAP implements an integrated distribution system by combining roles as license holder, importer, distributor, and retailer. MAP's distribution strategy is characterized by an omni-channel approach integrating physical stores and digital platforms, supported by robust logistics infrastructure and data-driven inventory management. The multilevel distribution channel structure provides operational flexibility while maintaining service quality control. The study concludes that distribution serves as a strategic foundation for MAP's competitiveness in the Indonesian lifestyle retail industry. This research contributes to understanding how distribution strategies can create competitive advantage and enhance customer experience in the modern retail context.
