Background: The Puskesmas Recording and Reporting System (SP3) is a comprehensive recording and reporting activity based on the concept of a health center's working area and useful in supporting health center management. Through SP3, health centers are required to record activities and report regularly to the District Health Office. Based on the initial survey, Puskesmas Panawangan has used an application or website in the reporting section, but the recording section is not yet computerized, resulting in officers having to do the work twice. The health center has facilitated infrastructure but has not fully maximized it. Some officers at the Puskesmas have also not attended SP3 training. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the Puskesmas Recording and Reporting System (SP3) at the Panawangan Health Center, Ciamis Regency.Subjects and Method: Qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research was conducted at the Panawangan Health Center in Ciamis Regency. The research subjects consisted of 1 key informant, 5 main informants, and 1 supporting informant. Data collection was done through interviews and observation. Results: This There is someone who manages SP3, but there are no medical record graduates, and additional staff are needed for the nutrition program and Pustu. Not all staff have attended SP3 training. The recording and reporting system at Panawangan Health Center has not used a guidebook, or there is no guidebook. Computer facilities are still lacking, so in recording and reporting health centers, officers use privately owned facilities. Internet services are available, but sometimes there are obstacles. Conclusion: The recording and reporting system at Panawangan Health Center has been implemented, and the submission of SP3 reports to the District Health Office has also been carried out on time.

Abstract

Background: The government is currently creating an innovative system, called the online registration system, in tandem with the advancement of information technology, this system aims to make patient registration easier and reduce on the length of time people must wait in line to get the a queue number. The implementation of online registration at the Singaparna Medika Citrautama (SMC) Hospital still has problems, such as running into errors, for patients to be satisfied with online registration, it must comply with particular standards, considering that patient satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of health services. With using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method at Singaparna Medika Citrautama (SMC) Hospital, this research aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction with the outpatient online registration website.Subjects and Method: This study uses a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. With 97 patients as the sample, incidental sampling was used to select the sample. use a questionnaire sheet to retrieve data. Univariate data analysis is used in the analysis. Results: Based on research result, the levels of satisfaction based on the content dimension are very satisfied by 18.6% and 74.2% satisfied, the accuracy dimensions are very satisfied by 27.8% and 58.8% satisfied, the format dimensions are very satisfied by 18.6% and 72.2% satisfied, the ease of use dimensions are very satisfied by 29.9% and 66% satisfied, and the timeliness dimensions are very satisfied by 20.6% and 76.3% satisfied. Conclusion: Although there are still problems with its use, including the occurrence of errors, patient satisfaction with the online registration website shows good results.

Abstract

Tracer is a tool used to indicate when medical record files are borrowed or removed from the filing room. Field data indicates that the use of manual tracers has slowed down service, as staff often feel rushed when recording information on these tracers. As a result, manual tracers have been discontinued, leading to difficulties in tracking the whereabouts of files, delays in retrieving medical records, and a negative impact on patient care and the quality of hospital services. This study aims to design an electronic tracer system. The research is qualitative with a phenomenological design and employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for system design. Data collection methods include interviews and observations. The study begins with identifying issues related to the use of manual tracers, analyzing system requirements, and designing the system, which includes creating context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Requirement Tables (TRD), and activity diagrams for the electronic medical record tracer.
