Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yaitu kurangnya media pembelajaran yang menarik dan bahan ajar yang masih minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1)mendeskripsikan desain pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif, (2)menguji validitas hasil pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif IPA untuk siswa kelas VII SMP, dan (3)mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VII SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan, dengan model Banathy. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas VII F dan VII G SMP Negeri 1 Banjar masing-masing sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pencatatan dokumen, kuesioner dan tes. Data yang didapatkan dari metode pencatatan dokumen, dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Data dari metode kuesioner, dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sedangkan data yang didapat dari metode tes dianalisis secara statistik inferensial. Hasil evaluasi ahli isi 88% berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil evaluasi ahli desain 90% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil evaluasi ahli media 86% berada pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji perorangan 91,3% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji kelompok kecil 92,5% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil uji lapangan 92,6% berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Penghitungan hasil belajar secara manual diperoleh hasil t hitung 10,81. Harga t tabel taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,000. Jadi harga t hitung lebih besar daripada harga t tabel sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif. Nilai rata-rata setelah menggunakan media (85,50) lebih tinggi dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan media (53,17).Kata Kunci : multimedia pembelajaran interaktif, dan hasil belajar This research is motivated by the problem of the lack of interesting instructional media and instructional materials are still minimal. This study aims to (1) describe the development of multimedia interactive learning design, (2) test the validity of the results of the development of multimedia interactive learning science for students of class VII, and (3) determine the effectiveness of the use of interactive multimedia development learning on learning outcomes of students of class VII IPA . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan knee tuck jump dan barrier hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 51 orang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan knee tuck jump dan barrier hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 dan 0,000 (Sig < 0,05). Berdasarkan uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan dan pelatihan barrier hops mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan barrier hopsdengan mean difference sebesar 8,43176. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan knee tuck jump dan barrier hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan serta pelatihan barrier hops mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan knee tuck jump.Kata Kunci : pelatihan knee tuck jump, pelatihan barrier hops dan power otot tungkai This research aimed to determine the effect of knee tuck jump and barrier hops training in improving power of leg muscle.
