Abstract

This community service activity is aimed at the "Lia Bakery" MSME located in Kedung Village, Gunung Kaler District of Tangerang. The problems faced by this MSME are the lack of understanding in marketing and the lack of selling value, so the business has not developed significantly; thus, this is the main reason for implementing this activity. The assistance in logo and packaging creation for Bread MSME “Lia Bakery" in Kedung Village, Gunung Kaler, Tangerang, aims to increase product competitiveness and added value through more attractive and professional packaging design and brand identity. This program is implemented through several stages, starting from needs analysis and design planning to implementation of the agreed design. A participatory approach is used to work with the business owner to understand product characteristics, target markets, and desired visual preferences. The result of this assistance is the creation of a packaging design that protects the product optimally and has a visual appeal that can increase consumer interest. In addition, the logo design reflects Lia Bakery's unique identity, making it easier for consumers to recognize and remember the product. The impact of this assistance program is expected to increase sales, expand the market, and strengthen the position of the Lia Bakery brand in the local bakery industry

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan akan dirasakan berkualitas oleh para pelanggannya jika penyampaiannya dirasakan melebihi harapan para pengguna layanan. Penilaian para pengguna jasa pelayanan ditujukan kepada penyampian jasa, kualitas pelayanan, atau cara penyampaian jasa tersebut kepada para pemakai jasa. Pelayanan radiodiagnostik adalah pelayanan untuk menghasilkandiagnosis dengan menggunakan radiasi pengion yang meliputi pelayanan radiologi konvensional salah satunya yaitu foto thorax. Pelayanan foto thorax dilakukan di instalasi Radiologi dengan alur kegiatan pasien rawat jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis waktu tunggu pasien yang merupakan komplain yang sering terjadi di pelanggan pelayanan kesehatan, karena menunggu terlalu lama sangat tidak menyenangkan dan membuat pasien tidak sabar sehingga mengurangi waktu tunggu merupakan tujuan yang harus dicapai. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara observasional menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, Rata-rata waktu tunggu pasien foto Thorax mencapai 1 jam 29 menit. Waktu tunggu tersebut tercapai dengan adanya dorongan dari SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) Pemeriksaan di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Aulia. Selain itu, pemberian hasil pemeriksaan kepada pasien foto Thorax sesuai dengan waktu Standar Minimal Pelayanan. Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pemeriksaan pun sudah ditetapkan sehingga dapat menentukan pelayanan foto Thorax dan adanya penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM).

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of Muslim consumers, especially students, in choosing halal cosmetics to treat acne vulgaris. This study also explores how halal awareness, information sources, education level, and family history influence purchasing decisions, as well as the contribution of halal cosmetics to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Design/methodology/approach – This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed online to 70 students. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the Microsoft Excel method. Finding – The results showed that halal awareness is the main factor influencing the decision to purchase halal cosmetics (35%), followed by trusted sources of information, such as health workers (30%). The factor of family history with oily skin increases the tendency to choose halal products (60%). In addition, students with higher education levels (semesters 3-4) are more selective in choosing halal cosmetics (70%) compared to students in the early semesters (50%). The most frequently used product for acne vulgaris treatment is facial cleanser (83.87%).
