Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on NPF BPR Sharia during the study period from January 2017 to July 2019. The analytical method used is multiple regression with the COVID-19 pandemic as a dummy variable. The results of this study indicate that the Covid 19 pandemic has no significant effect on the Net Performing Finance of Islamic BPRs during the study period. Islamic BPRs apply sharia principles, namely the provision of funds or bills that are equalized to the results in mudharabah, istishna, murabahah and musyarakah, so that the impact of the Covid pandemic does not have a significant effect on the NPF of Islamic BPRs

Abstract

This explanatory study seeks to explain the impact of celebrity endorsement and reputation of the @OOTDFESS Forum as exogenous factors on customers' purchase intentions as endogenous variables. Using the questionnaire, the data was collected from 100 millennials aged 20 to 40 who are reside The Covid 19 pandemic had an impact on the world economy so that economic growth in countries has contracted. Indonesia did not escape the contraction of economic growth for 2 quarters. Indonesia has established large-scale social restriction policies to overcome the spread of Covid 19 for each of its regions, as well as Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Almost economic sector was affected by the contraction in economic growth. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Covid pandemic on the service industry 4.0, especially Grab's online transportation service which operates in Kupang City. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents of Grab car and Grab bike partners. The results of paired t tests of 130 respondents showed a significant difference in the demand and income variables before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. The consequences of the Covid 19 pandemic on demand for online grab transportation services have decreased and have an impact on reducing the income of grab car or grab bike partners. Abstract

Tujuan  Pengabdian  Kepada  Masyarakat  (PKM)  ini  adalah  meningkatkan  pemahaman aparatur pemerintah desa dan pengelola BUMDes dalam pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes agar tehindar  dari  praktik  Fraud.  Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam  kegiatan  ini  adalah  metode pembelajaran  partsipatif  dalam  bentuk  ceramah,  diskusi,  Tanya  jawab  dan  praktik  terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes dan praktik Fraud yang terjadi pada BUMDes. Materi pelatihan  yang  diberikan  mencakup  perkembangan  BUMDes  dan  regulasinya,  sistem pengorganisasian BUMDes, Akuntansi BUMDes dan penatausahaan serta pertanggung jawaban keuangan  BUMDes  serta  Sistem  Pengendalian  Innternal  dan  Praktik  Fraud  yang  terjadi  pada BUMDes. Peserta  literasi   Anti Fraud pada  BUMDes Desa-desa Wisata di  kabupatem Kupang ini  terdiri  atas  kepala  desa/wakil  desa  dan  pengelola  BUMDes  di  6  (Enam)  desa  wisata  di Kabupaten Kupang. Hasil yang dicapai dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah  meningkatnya  pengetahuan  dan  ketrampilan  aparatur  pemerintah  desa  dan  pengelola BUMDes dalam pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes agar terhindar dari praktik Fraud. Kata Kunci: Fraud, Keuangan, tata kelola dan BUMDes.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of explaining the effect of gross profit, operating profit and net profit in predicting future cash flows in mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population in this study were 49 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling so that the sample in this study was 13 mining companies on the Indonesia StockExchange in 2017-2019. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression with the Eviews 9 program. The results of data analysis in this study show that gross profit partially has no effect on predicting future cash in predicting future cash flows, operating profit partially has an effect on predicting future cash flows, net income partially influential in predicting future cash flows. Meanwhile, the result of the study also shows that simultaneously gross profit, operating profit and net income have an influence in predicting future cash flows.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to (1) Determine the effect of the observer's impact on reducing party financial assistance funds; (2) Knowing the effect of whistleblowing on opposing fraud and (3) studying the effect of observers and complaints on the increase in party political aid funds. Testing the hypothesis in this study using an experimental instrument. The factors consist of two variables, namely the adequacy of financial statements as the dependent variable, the observer effect and the complaint as an independent variable. The population in this study were all students of FEB Accounting Study Program, Nusa Cendana University. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The criteria used as research correspondents are students who have received and taken Business Law and Ethics courses. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the research object in several research results. The Rating Scale used in this study uses a Likert Scale. The results show that the bystander effect affects the reduction of financial aid for political parties. Whistleblowing plays a role in reducing the fraud on financial statements of political parties. And the effect observer and whistleblowing influence simultaneously towards reducing the adequacy of political party financial assistance. Keywords: Bystander effect, whistleblowing, Fraudulent Reports on political party financial assistance

Abstract

Hadirnya Finansial Technology di era modernisasi telah banyak mengubah gaya hidup salah satunya melalui inklusi keuangan yang memberikan kemudahan akses dan pengelolaan keuangan bagi masyarakat bahwa semua lapisan masyarakat dapat mengakses dan memanfaatkan layanan keuangan. Pinjaman online adalah sarana layanan keuangan digital yang menghubungkan pemberi pinjaman dan peminjam sebagai pihak yang melakukan perjanjian pinjam meminjam melalui sistem elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Inklusi keuangan dalam memoderasi hubungan antara Finansial Technology terhadap Pinjaman Online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM. Metode yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif dengan pengujian Outer Model, Inner Model. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi menunjukkan bahwa Inklusi Keuangan tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara Finansial Technology terhadap Pinjaman Online.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partnership between the government and the private sector in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Manggarai Regency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data analysis techniques based on the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Informants consist of representatives from local government agencies (BAPPEDA and the Department of Cooperatives, MSMEs, and Trade), financial institutions (Bank BRI), and MSME actors. The results show that the established partnership has helped improve access to capital, business training, and managerial assistance for MSMEs. Supporting factors for the partnership include pro-MSME government policies, active roles from the private sector, and synergy in empowerment programs. However, there are also obstacles such as complex bureaucracy, limited information, and a lack of financial literacy among MSME actors. This study recommends strategies to strengthen cross-sectoral coordination, simplify administrative procedures, and improve the human resource capacity of MSMEs in order to make the partnership more effective and sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the revitalization of Motang Rua Field in Ruteng City on the development of the creative economy in Manggarai Regency. The revitalization of this public space was intended to enhance the social and economic functions of an area that had previously been underutilized. Using a quantitative approach through correlation analysis of 40 respondents involved in the creative economy, including MSMEs, as well as a qualitative approach employing SWOT analysis from 20 key informants, the study found that the revitalization significantly contributed to the growth of creative economic activities, particularly in the culinary, crafts, and performing arts subsectors. The results show increased community participation, local economic circulation, and MSME growth in the vicinity of Motang Rua Field. Additionally, the local government's development strategies included the provision of supporting infrastructure, strengthening of local tourism promotion, and active engagement of creative communities. These findings affirm that public space revitalization, when designed in a participatory and sustainable manner, can serve as a catalyst for building a creativity-based local economy. The study provides recommendations for local governments in formulating policies that support the sustainability of public spaces and the creative economy in other regions with similar conditions.

So from That Behavior consumptive is behavior consume the real stuff not enough or No necessary ( especially those related to with response to consumption goods secondary , namely items that are not too required ). The method to be used done in study This is questionnaire or questionnaire . Questionnaire or questionnaire is a set question or statement that must be answered by respondents . Research This use instrument Use of Shopee Paylater and behavior consumptive . Questionnaire in study This use scale likert scale Likert is the scale used For measure attitudes , opinions and perceptions somebody or group of people about social phenomena . From the results study show that majority Respondent payment system users shopee paylater is Woman with amount by 78% or 78 people and men a total of 22% or 22 communities . After analyze all over results obtained from each variables , hypothesis testing is carried out with using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26 for test the hypothesis proposed in study that is is there any influence use system payment shopee paylater to behavior consumptive among public city Kupang or no . Based on results testing show that variable system payment shopee paylater influential significant to behavior consumptive.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this training to develop the skills and expertise of horticultural farmer groups through digital marketing to increase farmer income. Methodology/approach: The method used is socialization and training for horticulture farmer groups, Langke Rembong, Central Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This training begins with the socialization of increasing the value of horticultural products and marketing strategies through online marketing. Training to increase the value of horticultural products is carried out on online packaging and marketing using social media. Results/findings: Socialization and training activities have provided knowledge transformation and direct application regarding increasing the value of horticultural farming products and online marketing in the form of Facebook business. and increasing sales of horticultural farming products and expanding market networks thereby providing economic improvements for farmer groups in Langke Rembong. Conclusions: This community service program successfully enhanced the value of horticultural products through digitalization and online marketing, while strengthening the farmers’ economy in Langke Rembong through continuous assistance. Limitations: This training has not yet reached the stage of distributing horticultural agricultural products to hotels and restaurants in the Labuan Bajo tourism area. Contribution: This training improving their skills to digital marketing and expanding their share market of holticultural products and improving their economics household.
