Abstract

This explanatory study seeks to explain the impact of celebrity endorsement and reputation of the @OOTDFESS Forum as exogenous factors on customers' purchase intentions as endogenous variables. Using the questionnaire, the data was collected from 100 millennials aged 20 to 40 who are reside The Covid 19 pandemic had an impact on the world economy so that economic growth in countries has contracted. Indonesia did not escape the contraction of economic growth for 2 quarters. Indonesia has established large-scale social restriction policies to overcome the spread of Covid 19 for each of its regions, as well as Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Almost economic sector was affected by the contraction in economic growth. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Covid pandemic on the service industry 4.0, especially Grab's online transportation service which operates in Kupang City. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents of Grab car and Grab bike partners. The results of paired t tests of 130 respondents showed a significant difference in the demand and income variables before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. The consequences of the Covid 19 pandemic on demand for online grab transportation services have decreased and have an impact on reducing the income of grab car or grab bike partners. Abstract

Financial distress is a condition where the company experiences financial difficulties which can indicate bankruptcy. This study aims to determine the level of financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2014-2018. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using secondary data in the form of financial statements during 2014-2018. The data analysis technique in this study is the modified Altman Z-Score analysis technique with the formula Z = 6. 56X1 + 3. 26X2 + 6. 72X3 + 1. 05X4. With the assessment criteria Z > 2.6, it means that the company is in the Safe zone or healthy category. 1.1 Z 2.6 are categorized in the Gray Zone or doubtful. Z-Score 1.1, which means the company is in the Distress category and has the potential to go bankrupt. The results showed that the financial condition of Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2014 and 2017 was in the safe zone or healthy category. In 2015, 2016, and 2018 the financial condition of Bank Muamalat Indonesia was in the gray zone category or doubtful. The financial condition during the study period was not in the distress category. This condition can make the company depressed if the management does not make improvements to the company's financial performance because the company is not in a healthy financial condition. Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi transaksi non tunai di Desa Detusoko Barat, serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan transaksi non tunai. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan informan tentang implementasi transaksi non tunai di Desa Detusoko Barat dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi transaksi non tunai, pengumpulan data juga dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi transaksi non tunai (QRIS) di Desa Detusoko Barat belum sepenuhnya masyarakat Desa Detusoko Barat menggunakan pembayaran nontunai. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi transaksi non tunai (QRIS) di Desa Detusoko Barat yaitu, adanya kerja sama pihak bank NTT dan BUMDes Au Wula, lokasi yang mendukung, adanya dukungan pemerintah desa serta adanya sosialisasi dari pihak bank. Faktor penghambat dalam implementasi transaksi non tunai (QRIS) di Desa Detusoko Barat yaitu, minimnya pemahaman masyarakat, jaringan internet yang tidak stabil, keterbatasan penggunaan smartphone, kurangnya loyalitas masyarakat, serta sumber daya manusia.Kata kunci: Transaksi Non Tunai, QRIS, Desa Wisata.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy for developing a synergy between the creative economy and the tourism sector in East Sumba Regency. What is the right strategy for developing synergy between the creative economy and the tourism sector in East Sumba Regency. This area has a variety of tourism objects, both natural, marine, and cultural tourism. The development of the tourism sector supports changes in the lives of the surrounding community, especially those around tourist attractions, especially with regard to income. The method used in this study is a mix method. From the results of the analysis it was found that the tourism sector in East Sumba Regency is not supported by the creative economy so that the tourism sector has not become a locomotive for the regional economy. So the right strategy is that the East Sumba regency government must build concrete cooperation between local governments, communities, traditional leaders, academics and the mass media. In addition, to build economic independence in each region or region, especially in East Sumba Regency, it is necessary to create a synergy between the tourism sector and the creative economy or creative industry that can encourage the creation of new economic sources and the opening of new jobs, so that the national development goals of a prosperous society can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment knowledge, level of financial literacy and age factors on individual investment decisions at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) SoE Branch. The Data used in this study were obtained using questionnaires. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The population and sample studied in this study are customers of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) SoE Branch. The sampling method in this study is simple random sampling using Slovin formula that produces 100 respondents. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis technique and using validity testing technique, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis test with thehelp of SPSS 25 application. Data collection techniques used using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results of this study stated that the variables of investment knowledge and the level of financial literacy partially significant effect on individual investment decisions while the variable age factor partially does not affect individual investment decisions.Variables of investment knowledge, level of financial literacy and age factors simultaneously affect individual investment decisions

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether trust, service and return of results influence MSMEs' interest in becoming Sharia Bank customers. This research uses a quantitative approach by obtaining primary data from questionnaires by taking samples using a random sampling technique with the selection of the entire population in this study being sampled using the census method or saturated sample. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data processing technique used is multiple regression data analysis using SPSS 25, UI hypothesis testing, validity testing, and classical assumption testing. This research shows that trust, service and returns have a significant effect on MSMEs' interest in saving at Sharia Banks.

Abstract

This study aims to project the number and pyramid of population and employment conditions of Kupang City in facing the demographic bonus in 2025-2030. Population projection is done using the spectrum application and employment conditions are seen based on the availability and absorption of labor. The results showed that there was an increase in population in Kupang during 2025-2030 with a stationary population pyramid. The demographic bonus experienced by Kupang City has an impact on existing labor conditions, namely the availability of a potential workforce. However, unemployment remains a concern for the Kupang government. The existing business sectors in Kupang City in 2025-2030 are not able to keep up with the availability of labor, leading to high unemployment in 2025-2030.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategy of utilizing the management of the Motaain border area in an effort to alleviate poverty in Silawan Village. This research was conducted at the Motaain Border of Silawan Village, Belu Regency using primary and secondary data. The results of this study show how the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy uses adequate natural resources, locations close to PLBN and the existence of animal feed factories by taking advantage of opportunities such as in the agriculture and plantation, tourism and trade and logistics sectors to increase the economic activities of the local community and be able to reduce poverty in Silawan Village. The obstacles that are often faced in poverty alleviation in Silawan Village are limited resources, economic activities that occur are more dominant in the outside community and security that is still weak so that smuggling often occurs. The location close to PLBN and the existence of a animal feed factory are expected to provide alternative solutions for farmers to manage agricultural products into animal feed and revive the culture of livestock in border areas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the preferences of Development economics students at Widya Mandira Catholic University towards using BNI mobile banking and to determine the preference factors for using mobile banking for Development economics students at Widya Mandira Catholic University. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data, which were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The data collection techniques used in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the preference or interest of Development Economics students at Widya Mandira Catholic University, Kupang City in using Mobile banking is still small or minimal, especially in UKT payments. Most students are more interested in making payments via BNI Bank directly rather than using Mobile banking. There are several factors that cause preference in using Mobile banking for Development Economics students at Widya Mandira Catholic University, namely internal factors such as lifestyle needs, culture/habits and beliefs. Meanwhile, external factors such as service availability, environment/situation, and security.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of credit by micro business actors in Atambua City who use loan funds from BNI46 Bank, as well as to find out the reasons why business actors take credit from BNI46 Bank. The data used in this research is primary and secondary data, which is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used in this research are: interviews, observations and documents. The object of this research is the use of credit by micro and small businesses in Atambua City, located around the center of Atambua city. These utilization interests are divided into two interests, namely for production and consumption purposes. First, for the purposes of fulfilling and expanding business capital for trading, a means to make business activities smoother and business performance better than before, expanding business and work opportunities. Second, for consumption needs, which includes personal consumption needs such as paying children's school fees, house rental costs, as well as house maintenance costs and daily living costs.
