Abstract

This research was conducted in Limbukan Village, with a rice field area of 1,171 ha producing 5,855 tons of straw. The straw is currently not utilized, so it can potentially cause environmental pollution. The Limbukan area depends on electricity from PLN. In the face of the challenges of increasing energy demand, fluctuating energy prices and the negative environmental impact of unused straw waste, renewable energy assessment has become crucial for identifying sustainable alternatives. To overcome this problem, this research focuses on the potential of rice straw waste as a renewable energy source, with an emphasis on biogas fuel production. This research method involves the use of anaerobic fermentation to calculate biogas potential using Superpro Designer simulation. The research results show that rice straw waste has the potential to produce 208,393 m³ of biogas per day. Apart from that, by utilizing biogas fuel, this study also calculated the potential for electrical energy of 1,271,197.3 kWh. By using a 400 KW generator set, 1,200 Watts of electrical energy can be distributed to 333 residents' homes for approximately 24 hours. This research provides an overview of the potential for utilizing rice straw waste as a renewable energy source, especially in the context of biogas and electrical energy production. It is hoped that these findings can become a basis for developing sustainable solutions for managing agricultural waste and providing energy for local communities.Keywords - Anaerobic Digestion, Biogas, Rice Straw.

Abstract

The purpose of research is: 1. Description of product quality, service quality, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction on Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar. 2. The influence of product quality and service quality againts customer satisfaction on Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar simultaneously. 3. The influence of product quality and service quality againts customer satisfaction on Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar partially. 4. The influence customer satisfaction againts customer loyalty on Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar. Design research is the research library and field research. The data type used is qualitative and quantitative and data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The population in this research is the customer Lathe Workshop Sisam Pematangsiantar of 40 people. Data collection is done with the interview, questionnaire and the documentation. Analytical techniques used was multiple linier regression analysis and simple, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.Research result can be summed up as follows: 1. Description of product quality are very well,  well service quality, customer satisfaction  satisfied and customer loyalty well. There is a positive influence between product quality and service quality toward customer satisfaction evidenced by the regression Ŷ = 3,781 + 0,180 X1 + 0,256 X2. 2. There is a positive influence between customer satisfaction toward customer loyalty evidenced by the regression Ŷ = 5,987 + 1,157 X 3. There is moderately high and positive correlation between product quality and service quality with customer satisfaction evidenced by r = 0,821 and R Square = 0,674. There is high and positive correlation between customer satisfaction with customer loyalty is evidenced by the r = 0,816 and R Square = 0,670. 4. The results of the hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that product quality and service quality a positive and significant effect against the customer loyalty with the customer satisfaction simultaneously intervening variables as well as partial. Keyword: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pelatihan untuk peningkatan keterampilan Tenaga Pendidik dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah yang baik dan berkualitas. Kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah sangat penting bagi para Pendidik untuk memenuhi syarat pada setiap kenaikan pangkat. Dengan pelatihan ini diharapkan Tenaga pendidik dapat menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah yang sesuai dan memenuhi kriteria untuk di muat pada jurnal nasional. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru-guru SD di Desa Kabalo kabupaten Tojo Una-una dengan kemampuan kegiatan pembekalan sosialisasi kepada guru nantinya yang akan berkembang sejalan dengan kebutuhan guru dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah yang baik dan benar. Dari hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan bahwa dari beberapa tenaga pendidik yang melakukan kegiatan membuat karya tulis ilmiah masi ada beberapa tenaga pendidikan mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis, hal ini disebabkan adanya keterbatan waktu, kurang memahami dalam menulis, dan kurang memahami teknologi.
