Abstract

The issue discussed in this study is rebuilding Lion Air's reputation tarnished by aircraft accidents. This study aims to identify public relations strategies pursued by case study of Lion Air, Indonesia, to rebuild its reputation following air accidents it has been involved. The research method employed in this study is the qualitative method using single case studies on Lion Air Company. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and a review of news articles in the media. The output of the research takes the form of corporate strategies that are aimed at rebuilding the company's reputation using stakeholder approaches, including (1) alignment of internal perceptions within the organization; (2) "communication holding,"; (3) centralization of information issuance; (4) appointment of partners as "communicators"; (5) use of humanitarian approaches. The conclusion drawn from the research is that public relations strategies through a stakeholder approach would provide a basis for Lion Air's management to exercise control over information that brings positive value. The result also shapes stakeholders' perceptions to align with the company's expectation in restoring its reputation.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to identify the relationship between motivation and student achievement at North Poso City Middle School. The research was carried out at SMP Negara 2 Poso, Poso Kota District, Poso Regency by taking 105 students as illustration objects based on Isaac and Michael's theory of determining the number of illustrations with an error rate of 5% from the total population of 147 students. The research procedure used in this research is quantitative research. The information collection method used is a questionnaire or questionnaire. Questionnaires are used to obtain information about learning motivation influencing student learning achievement results. Analysis of the information shows that motivation ( There is also a hypothesis test result that has been produced, Sig( 0,00) & lt; alpha (0.005), so there is a significant relationship between motivation and student achievement at North Poso City Middle School

Abstract

This study aims to in-depth evaluate the implementation of project-based assessment in improving the critical thinking skills of secondary school students. The main focus of this study is to examine how this approach is implemented in the learning process and its impact on students' higher-order thinking skills. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning project documentation. The research subjects included teachers and students who were actively involved in project-based learning activities in a secondary school. The results show that project-based assessment contributes positively to increasing student participation and strengthening critical thinking skills, especially in the aspects of analysis, evaluation, interpretation, and problem-solving. Students demonstrated higher cognitive engagement, were able to work collaboratively in developing solutions to real-life problems, and reflected more deeply on their learning processes and outcomes. Furthermore, teachers assessed this approach as providing a more comprehensive picture of learning compared to conventional assessment methods. However, the implementation of project assessment still faces several obstacles, such as limited learning time, gaps in teachers' understanding of authentic assessment, and differences in student abilities. Based on these findings, the study recommends the need for intensive training for teachers on planning and implementing project-based assessments, as well as school policy support that accommodates the allocation of time, resources, and technical guidance to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of this approach in the context of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

Data kuantitatif adalah suatu data yang tidak bisa diukur dengan angka. Data ini menghadirkan banyak interpretasi berbeda dan tidak benar-benar memiliki kebenaran absolut. Salah satu proses penting dalam penelitian oleh mahasiswa adalah analisis data. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian tidak akan berarti tanpa dilakukan analisis terhadap data tersebut. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan penelitian bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir Program studi pendidikan biologi FKIP Universitas Sintuwu Maroso. Hal ini dilakukan karena kurangnya tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap metodologi penelitian dan minimnya pengetahuan serta keahlian dalam menganalisis data . Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, terlihat bahwa sebagian besar peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan PKM dan sebagian besar peserta mampu melakukan analisis data berbentuk Kuantitatif serta penggunaan program pengelolaan data setelah diadakan pelatihan dalam kegiatan PKM. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat membantu menambah pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap metodologi penelitian serta analisis data kuantitatif

Abstract

Pelatihan untuk peningkatan keterampilan Tenaga Pendidik dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah yang baik dan berkualitas. Kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah sangat penting bagi para Pendidik untuk memenuhi syarat pada setiap kenaikan pangkat. Dengan pelatihan ini diharapkan Tenaga pendidik dapat menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah yang sesuai dan memenuhi kriteria untuk di muat pada jurnal nasional. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru-guru SD di Desa Kabalo kabupaten Tojo Una-una dengan kemampuan kegiatan pembekalan sosialisasi kepada guru nantinya yang akan berkembang sejalan dengan kebutuhan guru dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah yang baik dan benar. Dari hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan bahwa dari beberapa tenaga pendidik yang melakukan kegiatan membuat karya tulis ilmiah masi ada beberapa tenaga pendidikan mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis, hal ini disebabkan adanya keterbatan waktu, kurang memahami dalam menulis, dan kurang memahami teknologi.

Abstract

Jakarta, the capital city, is home to local coffee brands in Indonesia. As foreign coffee brands emerge in many locations, the branding strategy for local brands requires improvement. This research aims to analyze the branding strategy of local coffee brands regarding their strategy in overcoming the existence of foreign brands in Jakarta. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research data used open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, and also a reduction process, display, and data verification. The results of the research indicate that a branding strategy is used by a local coffee brand to complement and maintain the existence against foreign coffee brands by creating an impressive value that creates ‘word of mouth’ around the community, using digital media to reach wider consumers, and creating a good brand image to attract consumers.

Abstract

Integrated Marketing Communication is one strategy that can be used to create, maintain and improve the positive image and reputation of the company included banking industry. This research will find the marketing communication approach used by PT XYZ as the biggest private bank in Indonesia. This research refers to the concept of five aspects of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). The research method used is the qualitative research method with a case study research design accompanied by series of observations and interviews. The results showed and concluded that the marketing communication approach in the banking industry implements five aspects of IMC, which is advertising, sales promotion, public relations, events & experiences, and direct marketing. The approach of private bank XYZ is aimed at creating long-term relationships, and enhancing reputation.
