Abstract

Dunia pendidikan anak usia dini adalah dimana dunia yang sangta membutuhkan motivasi dari berbagai pihak, dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di PAUD biasanya faktor motivasi sangat dibutuhkan. Siswa cenderung lebih malas belajar dikarenakan mereka jika tidak diberi perhatian. Adapun macam-macam motivasi di RA Hidayatus Shibyan, diantaranya yaitu memberi angka, hadiah, saingan/kompetisi, Ego-Involvement, memberi ulangan, mengetahui hasil, pujian, hukuman, hasrat untuk belajar, minat dan tujuan yang diakui. Motivasi yang diberikan adalah stimulus bagi Guru Paud pada saat mengajar. Dari segi ego-involvement, saat ada siswa yang malas mengerjakan tugas, Guru memotivasi siswa untuk bekerja keras menyelesaikan tugas, karena tugas tersebut harus dikumpulkan sesuai jadwal. Guru harus memberikan pujian kepada siswa yang diberikan pujian oleh guru bahwa hasil pekerjaannya bagus, terlihat senang ketika diberikan pujian.

Abstract

Leadership styles applied by elementary school principals in each of these regions. Researchers chose the Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang KB Preschool which is in Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang Village. The aim of this research is to determine the leadership style applied by the principal at PAUD KB Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang. There are 4 types of leadership styles that may be applied by school principals, namely autocratic, laissez-faire, democratic and pseudo-democratic. This research is qualitative research using the descriptive method with the research location at PAUD KB Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang, starting in July 2023 with the research subjects being principals, teachers, committee members and school supervisors respectively. This research data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The data that has been collected is then tested for validity by testing credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Next, the data was analyzed using an interactive model whose analysis process was divided into 4 stages, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and ending with drawing conclusions. Based on the analysis of research data that has been carried out, the results of the research show that the leadership style applied by the principal at PAUD KB Almaliki Dawuhan Lor Sukodono Lumajang is a democratic leadership style that always emphasizes openness of information, freedom of opinion, controlled freedom in carrying out learning, and togetherness. -Equally with all parties in every decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to improve fine motor skills in early childhood through collage activities using banana stems. The researcher employed classroom action research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which involves four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation. The research was conducted at Al Hidayah IX Kindergarten in Pondokrejo, Tempurejo, Jember, involving 30 students from group B. Data collection techniques included observation and documentation. The results showed that in the pre-cycle, 9 children (30%) achieved the expected developmental level. In the first cycle, 14 children (47%) reached this level, and in the second cycle, the number increased to 25 children (83%). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that collage activities using banana stems effectively enhance the fine motor skills of early childhood students, as evidenced by the results obtained at Al Hidayah IX Kindergarten in Pondokrejo, Tempurejo, Jember.
