Abstract

Early childhood physical motor development is an important aspect in their readiness for further education. However, many children in rural areas experience barriers in fine motor development due to the lack of practice-based learning methods. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of folding activities as a strategy to improve early childhood fine motor skills in Nglebur Village, Jiken Sub-district, Blora Regency. This research uses the method of Participatory Action Research (PAR) involving PAUD and TK children as the main informants, as well as teachers and parents as supporting data sources. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of children's work before and after the intervention. The results showed that the systematic implementation of folding activities was able to significantly improve children's fine motor skills. Before the intervention, about 75% of the children experienced difficulties in hand-eye coordination, while after the programme was implemented for one month, the percentage decreased to 30%. In addition, the involvement of teachers and parents in this programme contributed to the successful implementation of practice-based learning methods.

Abstract

The utilisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, particularly in formative assessment, has shown great potential in improving the quality of learning. This research aims to explore the application of AI in formative assessment to improve accuracy, efficiency and personalisation of learning. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with an experimental approach. Data sources were obtained from 150 students and 30 teachers in three schools that have implemented AI-based assessment systems. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and analysis of students' academic documents. The results showed that the majority of students and teachers (78% and 82% respectively) felt that AI provided faster and more objective feedback, and increased the personalisation of learning. The use of AI was also shown to speed up the identification of student weaknesses and allow for more timely follow-up. However, it was found that AI still faces challenges in capturing the qualitative aspects of students' answers, especially in tasks that require in-depth analysis. This study confirms that the application of AI in formative assessment can improve the quality of learning, although it requires improvement in the aspects of human interaction and technology readiness. This suggests the need for a more comprehensive strategy in the implementation of AI in educational settings.

Abstract

Learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in the Merdeka Curriculum Era requires an innovative approach. However, the practice in the field is still dominated by conventional methods that do not involve students. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of integrated learning packages that combine project-based teaching materials with media augmented reality (AR) for elementary/MI students. This study uses research and development methods (R&D) with a systematic ADDIE model. Research data sources involve material experts, media experts, class V teachers, and grade V SD/MI students as research and trial subjects. The results showed that the IPAS-PROAR learning package developed was declared very feasible by the expert validator and was very practical for use by teachers and students based on the response questionnaire analysis. Furthermore, the product is proven to be significantly effective in improving student learning outcomes, which is demonstrated by the achievement of the average N-Gain Score in the high category. This finding implies that the integration of project-based pedagogy with AR technology is a potential solution to create active, meaningful, and in accordance with the demands of 21st-century skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of academic supervision, to find out the problems faced by teachers in academic supervision, to find out the follow-up to the results of the academic supervision of the principal at SD Negeri Tlogowungu 01, Pati Regency. The results showed that (1) the management of academic supervision by the principal starts from planning, implementing academic supervision activities, there are two stages of supervision carried out, namely academic supervision of learning devices carried out at the beginning of the school year and academic supervision of the learning process carried out by technical supervision individually with class visits. Evaluation and follow-up supervision in the form of indirect coaching in the form of training and workshops (2) All problems faced by teachers in academic supervision can be resolved by starting a meeting and coaching by the principal. (3) Evaluation of academic supervision at SD Negeri Tlogowungu 01 is carried out by the principal and assisted by senior teachers. Abstract

Motivation to learn is very important for students, is no exception in mathematics. Students who have high learning motivation will have implications for good and satisfying learning outcomes. One of the learning models that is considered the most effective way to encourage students to be more enthusiastic about learning is reward and punishment. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) How is the development of a mathematics-based mathematics learning model and punishment to increase motivation to learn in class VI MI Khozinatul Ulum Blora students? 2) How is a hypothetical mathematical learning model based on English and punishment. 3) How is the tested model of mathematics-based mathematics learning and punishment. The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze mathematical learning models based on rewards and punishments in increasing learning motivation. 2) To get a hypothetical design, the development of reward and punishment based mathematics learning models to increase learning motivation. 3) To analyze and obtain reward and punishment based mathematical learning models that are tested to increase learning motivation. 4) Mathematics-based reward and punishment based learning models to improve learning motivation. The method of research and development by developing a learning product that represents the findings and observations that have been made. R and D are done in key stages until it gets a test result across a key foundation for product production. The result of this study after fulfilling the steps is obtained a test model for follow-up with a hypothetical model's evaluation, including past analysis of the clumping process for the students' learning motivation. Later the test model became the basis for making the product of the study manual of reward and punishment for teachers.
