Abstract

The increasing demand for cosmetic products during the Covid-19 pandemic has encouraged companies to increase consumer trust and satisfaction so that consumers remain loyal to one brand, including a well-known local cosmetic product brand. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand trust and satisfaction towards consumer loyalty of a local cosmetic products brand X among generation Z. This study used a cross-sectional study design. Three hundred and eighteen respondents were collected by voluntary sampling. Data were collected through Google Forms online questionnaire and processed Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that gender, age, education, and monthly income were positively and significantly related to brand trust. Age, monthly income, frequency of purchasing local cosmetic brand X, types of local cosmetic brand X products purchased, and duration of use of local cosmetic brand X products have a positive and significant relationship with consumer loyalty. The results of the SEM show that brand trust positively and significantly influences consumer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, consumer satisfaction positively and significantly influences consumer loyalty. The lack of consumer confidence in the materials used by brand X in production indicates that consumer literacy regarding products still needs to improve.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the influence of regional dependence, capital expenditure productivity, and regional investment intensity on regional financial sustainability, with the establishment of reserve funds as a moderating variable. Using panel data from the provinces of Aceh and Papua from 2016 to 2022, the research applies quantitative methods through multiple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings reveal that high regional dependence negatively affects financial sustainability, while productive capital expenditure and strong investment intensity contribute positively. Moreover, the presence of reserve funds significantly moderates these relationships strengthening positive effects and weakening negative impacts. These results highlight the importance of balanced financial autonomy and strategic fiscal management in achieving sustainable regional development. The implications suggest that local governments should prioritize increasing financial independence, optimize capital expenditures, and develop reserve funds to enhance fiscal resilience

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the quality and disclosure level of local government financial statements as well as environmental accounting practices in the public sector. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing 30 national and international scholarly articles from 2012 to 2024 sourced from databases such as DOAJ, Sinta, and Google Scholar. The findings reveal that the quality of financial statements is affected by human resource capacity, information technology utilization, and internal control systems. Meanwhile, environmental disclosure tends to improve with the adoption of green accounting, strengthened environmental ethics, and increasing public accountability demands. Furthermore, transparent and accountable financial reporting contributes to sustainable governance.
