Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh administrasi digital dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung. Variabel independen terdiri dari administrasi digital dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia, sedangkan variabel depeden yaitu kinerja pegawai. Jenis penilitian ini termasuk kedalam Riset kuantitatif, sedangkan metode Riset yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam Riset ini yaitu pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung dengan 287 pegawai. Teknik penentuan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling, serta menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Riset menunjukan bahwa administrasi digital dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung. Besarnya pengaruh administrasi digital dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung sebesar 62,0%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance in Puskesmas Garuda, Andir District, Bandung City. The research sample consisted of 95 employees of Puskesmas Garuda selected randomly. Data were collected using questionnaires that measured the variables of work motivation, work environment, and employee performance. Path analysis was employed to analyze the relationships among these variables. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance in Puskesmas Garuda. The path analysis reveals that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance (path coefficient = 0.55, p < 0.05), while the work environment also has a significant positive influence on employee performance (path coefficient = 0.42, p < 0.05). These findings suggest that effective management of work motivation and work environment can enhance employee performance in Puskesmas Garuda. Management needs to pay sufficient attention to employee work motivation by creating a conducive work environment and providing appropriate support. Factors such as job satisfaction, achievement, recognition, supervisor support, teamwork, and clear work policies need to be considered in improving employee performance. This study provides a better understanding of the importance of work motivation and work environment in enhancing employee performance in Puskesmas Garuda. The findings can serve as a basis for Puskesmas management to develop strategies and policies that support the improvement of work motivation and a conducive work environment, thereby enhancing employee performance and the quality of services provided in Puskesmas Garuda. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership and employee motivation on the quality of public services that the community receives in Cihampelas District, West Bandung Regency. The technique when taking samples in this study used a census technique, this was due to the fact that all populations were included in the sample, namely 32 employees who worked at the Cihampelas District Office, West Bandung Regency. The data obtained is based on the results of the questionnaires distributed. The SPSS application is used as an analytical method in carrying out the multiple linear regression process. This study shows the results that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on the quality of services performed by employees. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 21.9% which means that leadership and employee motivation have an influence on the quality of public services. In addition, it is also known that the leadership variable is the dominant variable in influencing the quality of public services.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out the effect of transparency and accountability of financial reporting on School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SDN Cibeber 1, 2, 3 and 4. Quantitative methods were used in which primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires using Google Forms with linear regression analysis techniques. multiples whose data processing is assisted by SPSS software. The results of this study show that there is an influence between accountability on the management of BOS funds, but there is no significant effect of transparency on the management of BOS funds. Nonetheless, both accountability and transparency simultaneously have a significant effect on Accountability Reporting and a BOS at SDN Cibeber 1, 2, 3 and 4. The effect of transparency and accountability can also be seen from the calculation results and the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.673 (67 .3%) where the rest are other variables that influence the management of BOS funds but were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the regional financial management information system and regional fixed asset management have an effect on the quality of regional government financial reports in the West Bandung Regency Regional Government. The independent variable consists of regional financial management information systems and regional fixed asset management, while the dependent variable is the quality of regional government financial reports. This type of research is included in quantitative research, while the research methods used are descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were employees of the accounting and asset recording section at SKPD in the West Bandung Regency Government. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling, so the total sample is 94 people. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. Partial and simulated research results show that leadership and work discipline influence employee performance. This study shows that there is a significant impact from the implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System and Regional Fixed Asset Management on improving the quality of regional government financial reports.
