Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess the impact of implementing the Building Management Information System (SIMBG) on the level of customer satisfaction in licensing at the Cimahi City PUPR Service. This research uses quantitative methods. Data was collected through the use of a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics using a simple linear regression formula. The results of the assistance data are explained in the form of tables and narratives using SPSS software. Research findings show that the implementation of SIMBG has a significant influence on the level of customer satisfaction in the licensing process at the Cimahi City PUPR Service, namely around 89.7%. The remainder, around 10.3%, was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore, the hypothesis in this study can be accepted because it is supported by statistical significance.

Abstract

Today in the era of globalization, it is important for organizations to improve employee performance so that the organization can develop and achieve its goals. The success of achieving these organizational goals can be achieved by improving the quality of human resources within the organization. In an organization with various kinds of individuals as employees, it often produces different qualities. The existence of these differences is caused by several factors including the style of leadership. The indicator of the success of a leader is the success of his employees in completing tasks and carrying out the responsibilities given, and this cannot be separated from the motivation that has been given to employees, of course most of the motivation to work more productively lies in the employees themselves. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance in Cigugur Tengah Village. The method used is a quantitative approach with the population and sample in this study all employees in the Cigugur Tengah Village, Cimahi City. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. A simple linear regression analysis technique was used to test the effect of leadership style on performance in Cigugur Tengah Village.The results of the study show that there is a significance value of (0.070> 0.050) and the calculated t value is smaller than t table (2.029 <2.228) so that Leadership Style has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Performance is an achievement of the success or failure of organizational goals that have been set Information about organizational performance is a very important thing that is used to evaluate whether the performance process carried out by the organization so far is in line with the expected goals or not. In government agencies, the need is not much different. This study was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of performance management on the performance of managers in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) in Cimahi City. The research method used by researchers is descriptive and verification research. The number of samples studied was 30 people using saturated samples. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. From the results of data analysis conducted, it is proven that performance management can positively affect the performance of managers at the UPTD Freshwater Fish Seed Center (BBIAT) Cimahi City. The findings of this study are that there is an effect of performance management on the performance of managers at UPTD BBIAT Cimahi city, while the magnitude of the influence of the performance management variable is 0.776 or 77.6%, and the remaining 22.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the stages of implementing administrative service policies in Jatipadang Village according to the factors that influence the implementation of administrative service policies in Jatipadang Village. By using a qualitative descriptive method, this study produced several conclusions: The socialization that was carried out between the city government and Kelurahan was not completely evenly distributed and did not raise public awareness. The quality and quantity of equipment is inadequate and there is insufficient coordination between the relevant authorities. The interests of both parties concern the village in particular. Based on the results of the research analysis, Kelurahan plays an important role as a community-based service center, especially in large and hard-to- reach areas. Complainants must not only have comprehensive authority according to their role, but must also have adequate resources, infrastructure and equipment both quantitatively and qualitatively. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of competence on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Cimahi City. The research method employed is a survey method, and the study is characterized as a descriptive correlational research. The population for this study comprises the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Cimahi City. Sample selection in this research uses a saturated sampling technique (census), resulting in a sample size of 42 individuals. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS data processing tool. The research findings indicate that competence has a significant influence on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Cimahi City. The extent of influence of the competence variable on employee performance is 70.3%, while the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Public services, especially the quality or level of service provided by government employees to the community, is often one of the problems that often arise in public relations with local governments. Service standards that must be offered by the government as a provider of public goods and services have increased. The Cimahi City Population and Civil Registry Office is a local government organization that has the responsibility of making residence documents for various kinds of goods needed by the community. The research objective is to find out the effect of online services by Disdukcapil on community satisfaction. The method used is quantitative with a total of 31 respondents. The analysis technique used statistical analysis through regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that online services (X) have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction (Y). The remaining 14.3% is influenced by other factors that are not present in this study. This shows that the better the online services provided by officials at the Population and Civil Registration Service, the more people's satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out the effect of transparency and accountability of financial reporting on School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SDN Cibeber 1, 2, 3 and 4. Quantitative methods were used in which primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires using Google Forms with linear regression analysis techniques. multiples whose data processing is assisted by SPSS software. The results of this study show that there is an influence between accountability on the management of BOS funds, but there is no significant effect of transparency on the management of BOS funds. Nonetheless, both accountability and transparency simultaneously have a significant effect on Accountability Reporting and a BOS at SDN Cibeber 1, 2, 3 and 4. The effect of transparency and accountability can also be seen from the calculation results and the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.673 (67 .3%) where the rest are other variables that influence the management of BOS funds but were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Implementasi Sistem Informasi Daerah terhadap Kinerja Pengelola Keuangan Pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Cimahi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory research. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai pengelola keuangan Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Cimahi sebanyak 36 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 23.0. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIPD baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengelola keuangan.
