Abstract

Penyaring Village is one of the villages in Moyo Utara District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Moyo Utara District has 6 villages and sub-districts in Moyo Utara District, namely Baru Tahan Village, Kukin Village, Penyaring Village, Pungkit Village, Sebewe Village and Songkar Village. The problem experienced by horse farmers in Penyaring Village is the less than optimal management of the use of wild horse milk which causes relatively low income. So far, the horse milk produced has not been optimal in terms of management utilization, farmers are only limited to milking and selling at a relatively cheap price or selling it only for daily needs so that it does not have a sustainable impact in terms of sales value. The purpose of making milk candy is to increase the economic value of milk and the income of farmers. In addition, the service activity of making milk candy can also establish cooperation between the University and horse breeders and the farming community and increase the production of milk candy, be able to process milk into processed products that last a long time, and to add to the taste of milk.

Abstract

Kepercayaan merupakan fondasi krusial dalam hubungan antar personal yang sehat. Kualitas relasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh ada tidaknya rasa saling percaya antara individu. Tulisan ini membahas konsep kepercayaan, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi terbentuknya kepercayaan, strategi untuk membangun dan mempertahankan kepercayaan dalam hubungan interpersonal, serta tantangan dalam menjaga kepercayaan beserta cara mengatasinya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dari sumber-sumber ilmiah Indonesia terbitan 2020–2025. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dipengaruhi oleh faktor personal (misalnya kepribadian, reputasi, pengalaman) dan faktor relasional (kedekatan, dukungan, timbal balik). Strategi utama membangun kepercayaan meliputi komunikasi terbuka, empati, kejujuran, konsistensi, dan dukungan timbal balik. Di sisi lain, tantangan seperti pengkhianatan atau miskomunikasi dapat menghambat kepercayaan, namun dapat diatasi melalui komunikasi terbuka, dukungan sosial, dan upaya pemulihan yang terencana.

Abstract

Improving numerical literacy in elementary schools is a major concern in the world of education in Indonesia. Several studies have emphasized the importance of using innovative and creative learning media to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts and mathematical skills. This article examines the application of innovative learning media to improve numerical literacy in elementary schools. The method used in this study is a literature review based on articles obtained from Google Scholar and Garuda searches, with a total of 30 relevant articles over an 8-year period, namely from 2018 to 2025. The research process was carried out by identifying, studying and synthesizing research results that discuss innovative strategies in the field of numerical learning. The results of the analysis show that the use of technology-based media, educational games and interactive methods can consistently improve students' learning motivation and numerical skills. These findings emphasize the need for further development of innovative learning media to improve students' numerical literacy at the elementary level, as well as a review for references as a means to improve learning resources. This study recommends a new path in the form of using digital media as a form of innovative learning media to improve elementary school students' numerical literacy
