Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe how the students wrote descriptive paragraph through language learning strategies by using pictures at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya.The approach used in this study was qualitative. To collect the data, this study used observation, interview, and documentation technique. The subjects were 12 eleventh grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah I Palangka Raya. They were selected based on the highest and lowest scores.The findings of this study were: first, the language learning strategies used by successful students in writing descriptive paragraph using the pictures were 1) cognitive strategies as in using resources for receiving and sending messages, translating, and taking notes, 2) compensation strategies as in selecting the topic and coining words, and 3) affective strategies as in making positive statements. Second, the language learning strategies used by unsuccessful students in writing descriptive paragraph using the pictures were 1) cognitive strategies as in using resources for receiving and sending messages, translating, taking notes, and summarizing, 2) compensation strategies as in selecting the topic and coining words, 3) affective strategies as in making positive statements, and 4) social strategies as in asking for correction and cooperative with peers.

Abstract

Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini diadaptasi dari langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan (RnD) dengan melakukan sedikit modifikasi. Seluruh proses pengembangan terbagi dalam 10 langkah yakni : (1) masalah dan potensi, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) pengembangan produk, (4) validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, (5) revisi produk, (6) uji kelompok kecil, (7) revisi produk, (8) Uji coba kelompok besar, (9) revisi produk, (10) produksi Produk.Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan Buku Ajar Cetak Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar dengan model Discovery Learning yang telah dikembangkan dan divalidasi oleh beberapa ahli yaitu: (1) ahli materi diperoleh 94,1%, (2) ahli media diperoleh 93,54%, (3) uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh 80,4%, (4) uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh 91,96%, dan rata-rata keseluruhan diperoleh 90,79%.  Berdasarkan hasil validasi tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa Bahan Ajar Cetak Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar Layak digunakan pada proses pembelajaran di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar kelas X program keahlian TKJ.AbstractThe development method used in this research and development steps adapted from research and development (RnD) that doing a little modification. Based on the results of the validation can be said that the Printed of learning materials of the computer and basic network is feasibility to be used in the learning process in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen, particularly on the subjects of computer and Basic network class X  programs vocational skills on Computer Engineering and Networks (TKJ).

Abstract

In a system, education cannot be separated from the various life systems that surround it. The education system must always metamorphose towards a more ideal level. In the modern era, it is assumed that traditional Islamic boarding schools will experience changes, but the problem is when carrying out changes (modernization) do salafiyyah Islamic boarding schools leave their traditions? This study aims to find out how the policy of the Islamic boarding school will be carried out when there is a need to maintain its traditions and the desire for modernization? This is because the connotations between tradition and modernization are two camps that are difficult to unite. Answering these questions, the Assya`roniyyah Islamic Boarding School is used as a material for discussion, using qualitative descriptive methods and historical sociological and phenomenological approaches the author tries to analyze the education system that is run. The results of the research show that the education system of the Assya`roniyyah Islamic Boarding School is a combination of elements of traditionalism and modernization. The renewal of the salafiyyah Islamic boarding school education system on the one hand is a linear process, meaning that the elements of the education system have been updated in response to modernity, but on the other hand, there is a necessity to stick to the traditional paradigm. So, in essence, the changes that occur in the boarding school system are a process of changing the creation of integral education.

Abstract

Incentive shrimp farming system has become a farming system adopted by most Indonesian farmers to rapidly increase pond productivity with high stocking densities ranging from 100-300 fish/m2. The study aimed to determine the growth performance and survival rate of Vannamei shrimp culture at PT Andulang Shrimp Farm, Sumenep, East Java with different plot sizes and stocking densities. In the augmentation method, 2 culture plots are used, each with an area of plot D4 (1,932 m2) with a stocking density of 177 fish/m2 and plot F3 (2,600 m2) with a stocking density of 172 fish/m2. In plot D4, the average body weight (ABW) was 26.45 g, the feed conversion ratio (FCR) was 1.63 and the survival rate (SR) was 74.05% with a total harvest tonnage of 4,845.64 kg. In plot F3, the average body weight (ABW) was 26.36 g, the FCR was 1.61 and the SR was 75.42% with a total yield of 6,674.42 kg. A high protein diet contributes to the growth of Vannamei shrimp. Optimal water quality and proper feeding can promote the growth of Vannamei shrimp.

Abstract

Lates calcarifer is one type of Indonesian marine fish that has high economic value. Demand also continues to increase both domestically and abroad such as countries in Europe (Italy, Spain, and France). However, if it is not supported by the availability of sufficient larvae, the market demand will also not be fulfilled. The purpose of this study was to determine the technique of rearing L.calcarifer larvae and to find out the production results in CV. Bali Akkua Marine. 100.000 eggs selected from Balai Besar Riset Budidaya Laut dan Penyuluhan Perikanan, Gondol, Bali, Indonesia.The stages of egg rearing include Egg Observation (whole round eggs and floating and white in color),  acclimatization for ± 30 minutes. Eggs that have been stocked will hatch after 14-17 hours after fertilization. The optimal temperature for hatching eggs is between 27°C - 29°C. The calculation of the hatching rate (HR) obtained in the field from 100,000 eggs is 84.5%. Larvae of L. calcarifer reared reach 7-9 cm and require 63-80 days from hatching eggs. After hatching, the larvae eggs will be harvested if they reach a size of 0,6-1 cm and  SR of 75.1% . During the seed maintenance activities, the survival rate (SR) of L. calcarifer was 48.4% of the 63.500 larvae harvested.

Abstract

The problem of problematic behavior in teenagers who are still in school is not only a concern for parents and the community, but also raises concerns for educators in the school environment. This problematic behavior is often related to a lack of understanding of religious and moral education, so it demands attention and effort from various parties, including parents, the community, and especially teachers, especially in the context of Islamic religious education. The aim of this research is to identify the strategies used by Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming the impact of problematic behavior on students at SMK N 3 Metro. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with class XI students as the main data source. Data collection methods include three main techniques, namely interviews, observation, and interviews. The data analysis process is through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of research conducted at SMK N 3 Metro revealed several main findings. First, various forms of student problematic behavior include violations of school regulations, teaching and learning activities, school order, and social norms in the school environment. Second, the factors that trigger problematic behavior consist of internal factors of individual students as well as external factors, especially in the context of social interactions at school. Furthermore, the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming the impact of students' problematic behavior include character-based programs. The program focuses on fostering and preventing problem behavior, with an emphasis on introducing and applying character values in both intracurricular and extracurricular activities. However, there are several obstacles faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in efforts to overcome student problem behavior at SMK N 3 Metro. These obstacles can be grouped into internal school obstacles and external obstacles, which influence the effectiveness of implementing prevention and character development programs.

Abstract

Praktik penangkapan ikan yang tidak berkelanjutan signifikan terhadap penurunan hasil tangkapan rajungan terutama di Desa Paciran Kabupaten Lamongan. Rendahnya hasil tangkapan ini di dominasi oleh ukuran yang tidak sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Hal ini menyebabkan turunnya nilai produksi rajungan di Desa Paciran. Hasil tangkapan rajungan under size hanya dijadikan sebagai pakan ternak karena tidak memiliki nilai ekonomis. Kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman kepada masyarakat mengenai penanganan benih rajungan under size pasca pasca penangakapan serta pelatihan dalam budidaya rajungan dengan teknologi intensif. Kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Juni 2024 hingga 2 bulan pendampingan pasca kegiatan. Beberapa serangkaian kegiatan yang diadakan berupa workshop dan pelatihan kepada para nelayan lokal di Desa Paciran. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengetahuan dasar tentang rajungan, teknik penanganan benih rajungan under size, pengenalan sistem budidaya rajungan sistem intensif, serta praktik langsung dalam penerapan teknik – teknik tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan bimbingan teknis dan pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis para peserta dalam penanganan benih rajungan under size serta implementasi budidaya rajungan dengan sistem intensif. Para peserta berhasil mengaplikasikan teknik-teknik yang diajarkan dalam kondisi nyata dan mampu mengelola budidaya rajungan dengan lebih efisien. Bimbingan teknis dan pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan potensi budidaya rajungan di Desa Paciran. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam penanganan benih rajungan under size serta penerapan sistem budidaya intensif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi rajungan secara berkelanjutan dan memberikan dampak ekonomi yang positif bagi masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika dianggap kurang disukai oleh para siswa. Karena sebagian besar siswa menganggap matematika itu sangat abstrak. Dan tentu ini menjadikan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan matematis siswa. Mengenai permasalahan matematika yang jauh dari realitas, tentu merupakan anggapan yang salah, dimana matematika ini bisa dipadukan dengan berbagai konten pembelajaran, dan salah satunya melalui budaya atau kearifan lokal. Terlebih sebagaimana diketahui Indonesia memiliki budaya yang sangat kaya dan sudah seharusnya setiap guru memasukkan nilai-nilai budaya setempat ke dalam pembelajaran matematika, agar matematika tidak dianggap sebagai ilmu penge-tahuan yang jauh dari realitas kehidupan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode SLR (Systematic Literatur Review), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas penggunaan etnomatematika terhadap kemampuan matematis siswa. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan pencarian di mesin pencari seperti publish or perish dan google schoolar, bentuk artikel yang diambil ialah terkait pada penelitian serupa untuk selanjutnya dikaji dan diambil manfaatnya. Artikel yang digunakan ini terdiri dari 10 artikel jurnal nasional yang diperoleh dari database google scholar dan telah melewati kriteria yang ditentukan peneliti dalam kurun waktu 2019- 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah penggunaan etnomatematika dalam peningkatan pemahaman matematis siswa yang ditinjau dari ke-10 hasil artikel menyebutkan semua jawaban artikel merekomendasikan penggunaan etnomatematika sebagai unsur dari pembelajaran yang terintegrasi karena terdapat pemahaman konsep matematis, kearifan lokal, budaya dsb. Tentu sebagian juga merekomendasikan pengembangan penelitian lebih lanjut dikarenakan pentingnya penggunaan etnomatematika tersebut.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran (7P) terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan jasa ekspedisi J&T Cargo Grogol. Riset ini menggunakan rancangan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal. Data yang digunakan dalam riset kali ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa ekspedisi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria minimal 2 kali telah melakukan transaksi dan jumlah sampel ditentukan mengacu pada teori Roscoe, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas membuktikan instrumen yang digunakan telah valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil  riset kali ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, produk, transportasi, lokasi, proses, orang dan bukti fisik secara parsial maupun simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan jasa ekspedisi J&T Cargo Grogol. Marketing mix hanya berpengaruh sebesar 36,6% terhadap keputusan penggunaan, riset selanjutnya perlu mendalami hal ini.
