Abstract

Perubahan tata guna lahan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) memberikan pengaruh cukup dominan terhadap debit banjir. Fenomena tersebut terjadi di DAS Progo khususnya di bagian hulu yang merupakan kawasan persawahan dan perkebunan serta daerah hilir akibat tekanan jumlah penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji sampai sejauh mana dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat perubahan tata guna lahan di DAS Progo terha-dap debit banjir pada titik kontrol di daerah Badran. Metode yang digunakan adalah membandingkan nilai puncak hidrograf satuan terukur di stasiun Badran.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, perubahan tata guna lahan di DAS Progo dapat dilihat dari pe-ningkatan nilai Curve Number komposit pada kondisi basah  yaitu pada tahun 2006 se-besar 83,5 menjadi 86,2 pada tahun 2010. Kenaikan 2,7% ini mengakibatkan kenaikan puncak hidrograf satuan terukur sebesar 16,3%.

Abstract

Implementation of management information sistems in state institutions or public organizations, will allow it to manage a variety of data needed to be valuable information for both internal organization and for those who are outside the organization. Faculty of Engineering, University Mangkurat in this case still has shortcomings in performing data collection associated with educators and education personnel, mainly deals with research and community service. The data collection process at the Faculty of Engineering, University Mangkurat still done manually and not computerized. The design and construction of a sistem of personnel information would be very helpful in speeding up the process of collection of data pertaining to educators and education personnel. Hopefully, by the information sistem, data educators and educational staff in the Faculty of Engineering, University of Mangkurat can be neatly arranged so as to facilitate the implementation of monitoring and evaluation in the field of personnel.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to achieve health development goals is the issuance of the Minister of Health regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 75 year 2014 about Community Health Center (Puskesmas).Good leadership and communication are needed for the achievement of organizational goals. Implementation of community health center policies that are less than optimal can be characterized by lack of communication, programs that haven't been socialized and weak human resources in providing services. This can occur because the employees not fulfill their duties and responsibilities. So evaluation is needed to produce good performance. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between leadership and communication with the performance of health workers in all over the community health centers in Yogyakarta City. This research is analytic research with cross-sectional approach. There are 189 community health centers employees as the samples of this study who were selected by propotionate stratified random sampling. This study conducted in April - June 2019 in all over community health center in Yogyakarta city. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square statistical test. The chi square statistical test show that the p-value of leadership with performance is 0,012 (p-value <0,05), as well as the statistical test performed on communication variables with performance show that the p-value is 0,011 (p-value <0,05). There is a significant relationship between leadership and communication with performance.

Abstract

Banjarbaru is one of the cities in South Kalimantan which has experienced relatively rapid development along with the increase in population and physical buildings. So that it is necessary to improve city services, one of which is revamping the urban drainage network system. Some areas in Banjarbaru are often inundated, and some are even inundated periodically. Hydrological analysis on the evaluation of drainage channels along the A. Yani road Km.29-Km.36 uses the Gumbel distribution method to obtain the design flood discharge. According to the five-year return period calculation, the planned rainfall intensity in one hour is 47.3. From the 5-year return period, the daily rainfall intensity within one hour is 55.8. As for the hydraulics analysis, data were obtained from direct measurements, assumptions based on measurements, and various literatures to be able to calculate channel dimensions. From the results of the identification carried out along the A.Yani Km.29 - Km.36 road, there are 5 points of drainage channels functioning properly and 17 points of drainage channels not functioning properly.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat di Desa Benda merupakan inisiatif holistik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran literasi dan konservasi lingkungan sekaligus memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi lokal. Melalui berbagai kegiatan, seperti sosialisasi literasi di sekolah-sekolah, seminar konservasi mangrove, penanaman mangrove dan bibit pohon, serta pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) kripik mangrove, program ini berhasil menghadirkan perubahan positif yang signifikan. Sosialisasi literasi di sekolah-sekolah dan di posko KKM telah berhasil mendapat dukungan luas, sementara seminar konservasi mangrove melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat, guru, siswa, dan berbagai pihak terkait. Penanaman mangrove dan bibit pohon di sekitar Desa Benda menjadi bukti nyata komitmen dalam menjaga lingkungan dan mengatasi masalah abrasi pantai. Langkah strategis dalam mengembangkan UMKM kripik mangrove menjadi dorongan penting dalam penciptaan peluang ekonomi baru yang sejalan dengan upaya konservasi lingkungan. Kolaborasi yang kuat antara berbagai pihak terkait, masyarakat lokal, dan Tim KKM menjadi pendorong utama kesuksesan program ini. Kesimpulannya, program ini bukan hanya berhasil dalam meningkatkan kesadaran akan literasi dan lingkungan, tetapi juga mampu membawa dampak positif dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal dan pelestarian lingkungan. Kolaborasi dan komitmen bersama merupakan kunci utama keberhasilan program ini, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi komunitas lain dalam memperbaiki kondisi sosial, ekologis, dan ekonomi di tingkat lokal. Abstract

Penderita thalassemia memiliki penatalaksanaan utama yaitu transfusi darah. Tujuan transfusi darah yaitu mempertahankan kadar hemoglobin tetap normal. Hemoglobin memiliki fungsi mengangkut oksigen dari paru ke seluruh tubuh, mengangkut nutrisi ke seluruh tubuh sehingga jika kadar hemoglobin kurang akan mempengaruhi status nutrisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepatuhan transfusi darah dengan status nutrisi pada anak usia sekolah dengan thalassemia. Desain penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, responden yaitu 96 anak dengan thalasemia berusia 7-15 tahun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Juli 2023. Penilaian tingkat kepatuhan transfusi darah menggunakan kuesioner tingkat kepatuhan transfusi darah. Penilaian status nutrisi menggunakan antropometri yaitu IMT/U. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sebagian besar responden memiliki status nutrisi normal 72 responden (75%) dengan tingkat kepatuhan transfusi darah yang tinggi. Hasil uji validitas 0,379 – 0,509 terdapat 23 butir pernyataan yang valid dan uji reliabilitas sebesar 0,807. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Sperman Rank, didapatkan p-value = 0,021 (<0,05) dan koefisien korelasi 0,843 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepatuhan transfusi darah dengan status nutrisi pada anak usia sekolah dengan thalasemia. Saran untuk perawat dapat memberikan edukasi agar responden maupun keluarga responden untuk patuh dalam melakukan transfusi darah yang dapat mempengaruhi status nutrisi dan juga dapat menciptakan ruangan maupun lingkungan yang nyaman.

Abstract

Increasing number of warehousing areas in South Kalimantan Province is a positive impact in terms of regional economic development. However, the development of the warehousing area also has an environmental impact in the form of changes in land use showed by an increase in the area of warehousing areas which will result in an increase in the volume of surface runoff. As an effort to handle excess surface water due to warehousing activities is to use infiltration wells as a means of sustainable drainage. An area of 5.8 hectares located in the Bati-Bati sub-district, Tanah Laut district is the location where this research was conducted. The method used is a hydrological analysis of the rain and discharge that becomes surface run off and inundation in the area. The 5-year return period was chosen to provide recommendations for the dimensions of the infiltration wells that were applied. The results of the hydrological analysis of the 5-year return period are 53.9 mm/day. Design of wells is 1 m of width and 4 m of depth. The number of infiltration wells is 107 pieces.

Abstract

During the dry season, Bluru Village in Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province, has experienced water shortage frequently. Therefore, the construction of a retention basin is planned to overcome the problem. The retention basin serves to store water during the rainy season that can be used during both the wet and dry seasons. Several analyses were conducted to build a small dam. The analysis included design rainfall analysis using the Log Pearson Type III distribution, as well as design flood analysis using the Nakayasu synthetic unit hydrograph method. The flood discharge was estimated at 76.75 m3/s based on the analysis of the 100-year return period. The water demand in Bluru Village is 45.25 l/day for domestic water and 2.26 l/day for non-domestic water. The height of the Bluru Dam has a dead storage value of 231,500.00 m3 and an effective storage value of 130,000.00 m3. The dam structure was evaluated based on software simulation by Hec RAS. The dam is estimated to have a base elevation of +55.82 m and a crest elevation of +62.82 m.
