Abstract

Abstract : This thesis entitled Effects of Teacher Performance Against Student Results Class X Social Subjects In Economics In Exp Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district . The problem of this study were ( 1 ) How is the performance of class X social economics teacher in high school Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district ? ( 2 ) How do the results of class X social learning semester 2013/2014 on economic subjects in high school Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district ? ( 3 ) How much influence teacher performance to student learning results of class X social on economic subjects in high school Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya District ?. The method used is descriptive method in the form of relations association studies ( Interrelationship Studies) . The sample was Kemala Bhayangkari high school students was 131 students . The results showed that there are significant between the independent variable ( X ) on the dependent variable ( Y ) which is shown in the equation Y = 67.975 + 0.40 , and test a hypothesis test tcount > ttable 16 048 > 1.984 . The magnitude of the effect of the coefficient of determination of test results with SPSS 16 is 36 % while the rest is influenced by other factors .   Keywords : Teacher Performance , Learning Outcomes , Lessons Economics . Abstrak: Skripsi ini berjudul Pengaruh Kinerja Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Sosial Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Di Sma Kemala Bhayangkari Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Masalah penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana kinerja guru ekonomi kelas X sosial di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kabupaten Kubu Raya? (2) Bagaimana hasil belajar siswa kelas X sosial semester ganjil 2013/2014 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kabupaten Kubu Raya? (3) Berapa besar pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X sosial pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kabupaten Kubu Raya?. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dalam bentuk hubungan studi hubungan (Interrelationship Studies). Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Kemala Bhayangkari sebanyak 131 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yang mana ditunjukkan dalam persamaan Y= 67,975+0,40, dan uji hipotesis uji nilai thitung > ttabel 16.048 > 1,984.  Adapun besarnya pengaruh dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi dengan SPSS 16 adalah sebesar 36% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.   Kata kunci: Kinerja Guru, Hasil Belajar, Pelajaran Ekonomi.

Abstract

Abstract: The title of this study is Analysis of Service Quality in Primary Cooperative Regional Police West Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service cooperatives in terms of both tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Method in this study with a descriptive case study research in the form of Primary Cooperative Regional Police West Kalimantan. The results of study that all dimensions is as expected members of the cooperative in which (1) the dimensions of tangible compliance level 86,16 %,(2) the dimensions of reliability compliance level 87.18 % ,(3) the dimensions of responsiveness compliance level 85.42 % ,(4) the dimension of assurance compliance level 89.83 % and (5) the dimensions of empathy compliance level to 91.02 %. Level of compliance showed quality of service is in comformity with what cooperative members expected. Key words: service quality, cooperative Abstrak : Judul penelitian ini adalah Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Primer Koperasi Kepolisian Daerah Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui kualitas pelayanan koperasi baik dari segi berwujud (tangible), keandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan empati (emphaty). Metode dalam penelitian ini deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus pada Primer Koperasi Kepolisian Daerah Kalimantan Barat. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pada hasil analisis pengolahan data pada dimensi berwujud (tangible) tingkat kesesuaiannya rata-rata setiap atributnya adalah sebesar 86,16%. (2) pada dimensi keandalan (realibility) tingkat kesesuaiannya rata-rata setiap atributnya adalah sebesar 87,18%, (3) pada dimensi ketanggapan (responsiveness) maka tingkat kesesuaiannya rata-rata setiap atributnya adalah sebesar 85,42%, (4) pada dimensi jaminan (assurance) tingkat kesesuaiannya rata-rata setiap atributnya adalah sebesar 89,83% dan (5) pada dimensi empati (emphaty) tingkat kesesuaiannya rata-rata setiap atributnya adalah sebesar 91,02%. Tingkat kesesuaian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan sudah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan anggota koperasi. Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, koperasi

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan koperasi sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Pontianak Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pengurus dan anggota koperasi Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Pontianak Timur yang berjumlah 23 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Koperasi Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Pontianak belum memenuhi syarat untuk disebut koperasi dan hanya berupa usaha bersama/kerjasama antar guru-guru, pengelolaan koperasi belum sesuai dengan ketentuan berdirinya suatu usaha koperasi, jenis usaha yang dikelola adalah unit kantin yang menjual alat tulis untuk siswa dan kantor, pengurus memiliki rencana mengembangkan unit usaha baru yang berupa unit simpan pinjam, pembagian sisa hasil usaha telah dilakukan, hanya saja belum berbasis aktivitas. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan koperasi Abstract: This study aims to determine the cooperative management of the school in State Elementary School 12 East Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The population of this study is entire board and members of the cooperative in the State Primary School School 12 East Pontianak, amounting to 23 people. The results showed that the Cooperative State Elementary School 12 Pontianak not qualify to be called cooperative, only in the form the cooperative and joint venture/collaboration among teachers, the cooperative management is not in accordance with the provisions of the establishment of a the cooperative effort, the type of business which are managed by the unit canteen that sells stationery for students and office, the board has plans to develop a new business unit in the form of savings and loan, distribution of net income has been done, it's just not based activity.   Keywords: The cooperative management

Abstract

Abstract: This thesis entitled The influence of teachers' creativity on learning outcomes of students in the class of economic subjects X in Taman Mulia Kab. Kubu Raya school year 2013-2014. The problem of this study is (1) How creativity on economic subjects teacher class X in SMA Taman Mulia Kab. Kubu Raya? (2) How the learning outcomes of students in a class of economic subjects X in SMA Taman Mulia Kab. Kubu Raya? (3) Is there a teacher's creativity influence on learning outcomes of students in the class of economic subjects X in SMA Taman Mulia Kab. Kubu Raya? Descriptive research methods were used, while the form of research studies the relationship. The sample was students SMA Taman Mulia as much as 34 student. From the research, there is the influence of the independent variables (X) the dependent variable (Y) which is the show in equation Y= 79,283+0,056X and test hypothesis test t count> t table or 4,727>2,037. The magnitude of the effect of the coefficient of determination of test results with SPSS 16 is equal to 25% while the rest is influenced by other factors. Kubu Raya Tahun ajaran 2013-2014. Masalah penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana kreativitas guru pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Taman Mulia Kab. Kubu Raya? (2) Bagaimana hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Taman Mulia Kab. Kubu Raya? (3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Taman Mulia Kab. Kubu Raya? Metode penelitian yang digunakan Deskriftif, sedangkan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Taman Mulia sebanyak 34 siswa. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh antara variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yang mana di tunjukan dalam persamaan Y= 79,283+0,056X dan uji hipotesis uji t hitung>t tabel atau 4,727>2,037. Adapun besarnya pengaruh dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi dengan SPSS 16 adalah sebesar sebesar 25% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.
