Abstract

The economy in Depok Community is a problem, where the community needs support from the surrounding community and stakeholders in developing its economy. In planning, Depok is planned to become a smart city. Smart community is part of a smart city with a concept that includes technology-people-innovation in developing society. For this reason, this research developed the Smart Community concept which uses mobile and spatial-based technology to help improve the economy of its citizens, including MSME business actors in the sub-district area, especially in Cilodong Sub-district in this case study. The application development method uses the water fall methodology and an object-oriented approach. The results obtained, the application developed can be used by citizens to share information and communicate to help the citizens' economy, one of which is online marketing, and assisting stakeholders in monitoring and providing support in economic matters.

Abstract

Abstrak—Bayi memiliki waktu tidur yang tidak teratur dan cenderung tidur dengan durasi yang lebih lama dibanding dengan tidur orang dewasa, bahkan beberapa dari bayi tidak dapat tertidur dimalam hari sehing`ga menyulitkan orang tua untuk beristirahat, maka karena itu Richard Ferber mencetuskan pelatihan tidur dalam rangka agar orang tua dapat melatih anaknya tidur mandiri sehingga sang anak dapat tertidur selayaknya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk membangun aplikasi yang dapat membantu para orang tua sehingga dapat melatih anak mereka agar dapat tidur secara mandiri di usia batita. Dengan menggunakan metode ferber yang dibuat pada sebuah aplikasi iOS menggunakan bahasa pemrograman swift dan basis data memanfaatkan framework coredata. Hasil dari aplikasi ini didapatkan bahwa kurang efektif membantu orang tua melatih anaknya tidur mandiri khususnya untuk yang tinggal i Indonesia, karena di Indonesia kebanyakan orang tua dan anaknya masih tidur bersama.

Abstract

The government provides encouragement for tourism actors to develop their businesses in order to maintain the tourism sector which has succeeded in exceeding the target. However, tourism actors lack the management knowledge to take advantage of opportunities that affect the image of tourist attractions. Therefore, this research is based on the results of a literature study and a questionnaire that focuses on the purpose of providing an Android-based platform for tourism owners and tourists called PergiJalan. According to the results of the system development evaluation using the SDLC Waterfall research method, it can be concluded that this application has succeeded in providing a very good experience and service for tourism actors.

Abstract

Electronic communication devices in the military environment are currently developing with DSD technology so that in its maintenance, the MRO capability of Bengpushub Pushubad is required to follow DSD technology. In reality, the MRO capability at Bengpushub Pushubad is still focused on the maintenance of analog Alkomlek, thus creating a gap in maintenance capability, which can hamper operational readiness. The constraints that occur are due to the lack of personnel and the limitations of workshop facilities and infrastructure that are not yet modern and are still based on old technology. So it is necessary to analyze in carrying out transformation in the organizational, personnel and infrastructure aspects at Bengpushub in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the MRO capability of Alkomlek which is the purpose of this study. For this purpose, this study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data obtained through in-depth interviews with related personnel, direct observation of the work process, and relevant literature studies. The results of the study require adjustments to the organizational structure in the Communication Unit in order to adapt to the demands of increasingly complex and dynamic MRO tasks. The quality of personnel is developed through new skills training in operating and maintaining DSD (Digital and Software Defined) technology equipment, while the existing workshop equipment facilities need to be equipped to create a supportive work environment. The conclusion of this study is from the organizational aspect through the validation of the Communication Unit Workshop organization that accommodates and adopts Alkomlek with Digital and Software Defined (DSD) technology, from the Personnel Aspect through Education and training in the use of Digital and Software Defined (DSD) technology in its maintenance and repair activities and from the Aspect of facilities and infrastructure through upgrading analog Alkomlek to Digital and Software Defined (DSD) technology tools to answer the needs and developments of the strategic environment faced.
