Abstract

The development of the digital world is increasingly rapid, especially in the era of Industry 4.0 which is marked by advances in information technology. One application of this technology is in learning the Qur'an, the holy book of Muslims which contains divine guidance. This study explores the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, especially Deep Speech, in developing an interactive, adaptive, and easily accessible Qur'an learning platform. This study aims to overcome illiteracy of the Qur'an and improve understanding of the messages of the Qur'an among Indonesian Muslims. Some of the challenges faced in learning the Qur'an in Indonesia include limited accessibility and inadequate learning experiences. This study identifies these problems and offers solutions through the use of AI Deep Speech technology in mobile applications. This technology is expected to increase the effectiveness and interactivity of Qur'an learning and help overcome the barriers of illiteracy of the Qur'an. The results of this study are expected to provide significant benefits for both academics and practitioners in the fields of education and technology. The expected benefits include contributing to the eradication of illiteracy in the Qur'an, the development of AI applications in Qur'an learning, increasing the effectiveness and accessibility of learning, and the development of design sprint methods in the development of technological products. The training model uses Deep Speech supported by TensorFlow, with 30% of the samples used as a validation set to prevent overfitting. The research approach combines qualitative and quantitative methods to gain in-depth insights into user needs and challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital-based qurban services provided by the SEBISAKU (Semua Bisa Kurban) platform using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method and the New Product Development (NPD) framework. This study involved 99 respondents who were a combination of active users, less active users and inactive users of the SEBISAKU platform. This study explores the parameters that affect SEBISAKU services based on respondents' perceptions and expectations using SERVQUAL, then elaborates these interrelated parameters using ANP to determine the priorities of all existing parameters. Furthermore, the priority parameters generated from ANP will be elaborated using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to determine the functional and technical requirements needed for these interrelated parameters. Furthermore, this study analyzes all the results of the methods used in this study using NPD. The results of the study indicate that the services available on the SEBISAKU platform are currently still not in accordance with respondents' expectations (with a SERVQUAL value of -2.12). The combination of ANP, QFD and NPD used in this study shows that the SEBISAKU platform can be optimized by elaborating all parameters resulting from a series of methods used, customer-focused strategies, utilizing digital marketing techniques such as Guerilla Marketing that emphasizes low-cost marketing but can reach many people efficiently. The business model analysis shows that the operational approach of this platform is economically viable, with a positive Benefit-to-Cost (B/C) ratio in different logistics scenarios. The study also highlights that the introduction of new features and strategic marketing initiatives can significantly increase revenue, as well as improve user experience and business profitability, thus ensuring the success and sustainability of the platform in the long term.

Abstract

The high complexity of decommissioning decisions presents a challenging problem for decision-makers due to the various parameters and stakeholders involved. Currently, a Floating Production Unit, BW Joko Tole located at the Lapangan Terang Sirasun Batur field, in East Madura Waters are expected to be decommissioned as gas reserves are running low for the upcoming 9 years. Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis has begun to be implemented by several oil and gas companies and several studies applied various MCDA methods in choosing the best alternatives. Analytical Network Process is a powerful tool to handle the interdependencies of elements involved in decommissioning, as no other MCDA methods can accommodate these relationships between elements. This study aims to simulate the implementation of the Analytical Network Process as one of MCDA methods in choosing decommissioning methods for these facilities, specifically pipelines and umbilicals operated by FPU BW Joko Tole. Regulatory review is carried out to determine the suitable alternatives, criteria, and sub-criteria needed to be considered in choosing decommissioning alternatives and evaluated using the Analytical Network Process (ANP). This study will provide an example of the ANP network model in decommissioning decisions followed by a sensitivity analysis to determine the robustness of the chosen alternatives and the values of each element involved.
