Abstract

Banks are no longer a place where customers attend and make transactions, but banks are something that customers do. This is a response to the rapid advances in technology that have an impact on banking services. The aim of this research is to develop the quality and capability of the Global Transaction Sharia Platform (GTS) by taking a case study at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This research combines the Design Thinking approach with the Double Diamond Method, Co-creation and Agile Software Development (ASD). Design Thinking with the Double Diamond method is used to understand customer needs and develop appropriate features, Co-creation is the application of collaboration with various stakeholders in carrying out the design process, while ASD is used for rapid development. The results of this research are the development of the GTS platform which will provide solutions to customer transaction needs and increase bank transaction platform capabilities. The Co-creation and ASD approach can make the GTS development process produce a good platform/product with fast process.

Abstract

Nowadays, the used car buying and selling industry faces serious challenges in terms of information transparency which can hamper the transaction process and reduce the level of trust between sellers and buyers. In an effort to overcome this problem, this research proposes an innovative solution by applying the principles of Design Thinking. Design Thinking principles involve deep understanding of users, collaboration with stakeholders, and repeated iterations in application design and development. This research began by analyzing existing used car buying and selling applications and identifying the main problems faced by users. At this stage, most of the existing applications were found to be unable to provide adequate information about the condition of used cars, maintenance history and transparent prices. The result of this development is an application that allows users to easily search for used cars, get complete and accurate information about the condition of the car, and determine a fair price based on transparent market data. The results of this research include designing a used car buying and selling application that is more user friendly, integrating important features such as verifying car condition, maintenance history, ownership and legality of documents

Abstract

AbstrakGresik merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang mempunyai banyak kebudayaan lokal yang dilakukan secara turun temurun.  Kebudayaan lokal seperti Rebo Wekasan, Pencak Macan, dan Tradisi Kolak Ayam mulai jarang diketahui oleh anak-anak. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya upaya pengenalan tradisi budaya kepada anak sejak dini, untuk mencegah hilangnya potensi pengetahuan anak-anak terhadap nilai tradisi kebudayaan lokal. Perancangan ini menggunakan beberapa metode seperti; depth interview, studi eksperimental, studi literatur terhadap jurnal, internet, dan post-test. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa buku ilustrasi dengan konsep yang dikuatkan pada gambar dan konten dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan audiens mengikuti perjalanan konten yang terdapat di dalam buku. Melalui buku ilustrasi ini diharapkan menjadi media pengenalan terkait tradisi budaya khas Gresik bagi masyarakat khususnya oleh anak-anak. Kata Kunci: Anak, Budaya, Buku Ilustrasi, Gresik, Media Pengenalan, Tradisi  AbstractGresik is a district that has a lot of passed-down local cultures from generation to generation. Local cultures or traditions such as Wednesday Wekasan, Pencak Macan, and the Kolak Ayam are rarely known by children. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce cultural traditions to children at an early age, to prevent the impact lost on the potential of children's knowledge of the value of local cultural traditions. In this design, several methods are used, such as depth interviews, experimental studies, literature studies in journals, the internet, and posttests. The result of this design is in the form of an illustrated book with concepts that are reinforced in images and content with the aim of making it easier for the audience to follow the journey of the content contained in the book. Through this illustration book, it is hoped that it will become an introduction to Gresik's cultural traditions for the community, especially children. Keyword: Children, Cultural, Gresik, Illustration Book, Introductory Media, Tradition

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explore the benefits of digitalization, specifically in the context of PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia's (PT. BKI) digital transformation efforts. The focus is on how digitalization can enhance operational efficiency, productivity, customer service, and global competitiveness in the maritime industry. Method: The research employs the design thinking method to identify and address customer needs and challenges. It highlights the development of the "Digitalized Ship Management Maintenance System" application, showcasing its role in simplifying ship maintenance processes. The study uses a customer-centric approach to determine modules that provide effective solutions to identified issues. Result: The Digitalized Ship Management Maintenance System application is designed to streamline ship maintenance for customers. Utilizing design thinking, the study identifies customer problems and develops modules to address them. The application offers direct integration with PT. BKI's survey status, strengthening its international classification standing. Additionally, it supports government data integration, ensuring safety and environmental protection in Indonesia's maritime areas. Implication: The implications of the study underscore the significance of digital transformation for companies in the maritime sector, particularly for PT. BKI. The "Go Global" and "Big Top 5 Asia" targets align with the broader benefits of digitalization, including enhanced operational efficiency, global market access, and improved customer service. The developed application serves as a tangible outcome of the digitalization process, contributing to PT. BKI's competitiveness and its role as a trusted classification body.
