Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of Islamic banking financing in increasing sustainability performance and green banking in Indonesia. This study used 34 Islamic banking institutions through filling out questionnaires by the heads of the accounting and reporting divisions. The data was processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study show that the efficiency of Islamic banking financing has a positive effect on increasing sustainability performance and green banking in Indonesian Islamic banking. Improved sustainability performance and green banking caused by the financing return strategy carried out by Islamic banking can help companies to obtain information from financial performance so that they can plan suitable strategies in the future and Islamic banking can focus on community welfare through environmental preservation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of movements in exchange rates, world gold price, world crude oil price and Covid-19 cases on Indonesia Stock Exchange Industrial Classification (IDX-IC). This study uses Vector Autoregression/ Vector Error Correction Model with daily data from January 26, 2021, to April 28, 2022. The results of this study show that exchange rate has a positive effect on industrial, transportation and logistics sector. Then, world gold price has a negative effect on several sectors, namely energy, industry, health and finance. Covid-19 case has a negative effect on transportation and logistics sector. The impulse response function test results show that each sector responded differently to shocks to exchange rates, world gold prices, world crude oil prices and Covid-19 cases. However, all sectors responded to these shocks in the second period and returned to a stable point in the fifth. The results of forecast error variance decomposition test show that the sectoral stock price index contributes the most for itself, followed by world gold prices, exchange rates, Covid-19 cases and world crude oil prices.

Abstract

The Polyculture Caulerpa sp and Litopenaeus vannamei can reduce the risk of ecological impacts, increase shrimp growth, survival, production, increase shrimp resistance to disease, and maintain optimal water quality. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) begins by determining the priority between water quality, growth rate, and harvest yields as more optimal parameters for the success of a polyculture. The measure of success is determined based on the results of expert assessments of polyculture and cultivation that produce more optimal water quality (temperature, pH, brightness, salinity, and dissolved oxygen), growth rates, and harvest yields. The results of the overall AHP analysis, which determined the success of Caulerpa sp and Litopenaeus vannamei polyculture based on expert assessments, showed a good level of consistency. The results show that water quality is a priority parameter in the success of Caulerpa sp and Litopenaeus vannamei polyculture with a weight of 0.597, followed by a growth rate of 0.297 and a harvest yield of 0.106. The analysis of priority water quality indicators for the success of polyculture is dissolved oxygen with a weight of 0.514, followed by pH of 0.246, salinity of 0.119, temperature of 0.079, and brightness of 0.042. Based on the results of experts of the combined weight comparison, polyculture is more optimal than cultivation, with a considerable comparison weight of 0.678 and 0.322, measuring the success of Caulerpa sp and Litopenaeus vannamei polyculture.
