Abstract

In the area of Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute there is a gate that serves as a liaison between the barracks Midshipman into the dining room and the main building. But this time the gate is operated manually, and often schedule of opening and closing the gate is not timely. Based on the condition at this time is needed to set a gate automation design liaison between the main building barracks of taruna as a student of Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute. Working system of the design is to use the Arduino microcontroller and Real Time Clock modules as a regulator of the draft schedule. Real Time Clock Module will enable Arduino which then activate Relay. Furthermore, the relay will activate the electric motor as the prime mover part of the connecting gate automation application is expected to be the creation of open-close gate as on as a scheduPada area Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia terdapat sebuah gerbangyang berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara barak Taruna menuju ruang makan danmain building. Namun saat ini gerbang tersebut masih dioperasikan secara manual,dan sering kali jadwal buka-tutup gerbang tidak tepat waktu. Berdasarkan konsisisaat ini maka perlu dibuat suatu rancangan otomatisasi gerbang penghubung antarabarak Taruna dengan main building Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia.Sistem kerja dari rancangan tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan mikrokontrollerArduino dan modul Real Time Clock sebagai pengatur jadwal rancangan. ModulReal Time Clock akan mengaktifkan Arduino yang kemudian mengaktifkan Relay.Selanjutnya relay akan mengaktifkan motor listrik sebagai penggerak utamagerbang.Dengan pengaplikasian otomatisasi gerbang penghubung ini diharapkanakan terciptanya buka-tutup gerbang yang sesuai jadwal. le.

Abstract

Evaporative Cooler (EC) condenser is a process of air cooling that flows across wet surface and evaporate water from that wet surface so the environment air temperature become lower (air cooling). Application of EC on Air Conditioning (AC) Split will lower the environment air temperature that flow to condenser, so it will influence the work of AC Split. This experiment head to know increase in the work of AC Split that used EC and Mist Nozzle that produce fog. The result of the experiment shows that using EC, temperature of the environment air become lower compared to without using EC with the difference 4ÂșC in temperature, this causes the condenser pressure and evaporator pressure become lower, so the consumption of electrical energy will be lower and the work of AC Split increase to 20%.

Abstract

Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute (ICAI) in Legok subdistrict of Tangerang district, has 4 hangars, 2 of them (hangar 1 A and B) are actively used to keep the fix wing train and maintenance activities of the aircraft. The lighting atmosphere in the Hanggar Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute (ICAI) area, especially Hanggar 1 A and B is very poorly enlightened, the observation stated that the lighting for 1 hangar area is given by 4 pieces of 18 Watt lamp, and the average intensity of 11 Lux light, Related to the strong light in the hangar area required an average of 50 Lux, dominated by the use of a 220-volt phase to phase (110 phase to neutral) power grid. Taking note of the above then required the development of electrical installations, Installation is divided into two, namely lighting installation and installation of power. The lighting installation is related to the determination of the amount of amatur and the number of lamps. As for the power installation associated with the determination of the power on the socket. Abstract

Juwata Tarakan international airport has a clean water distribution facility to the terminal building area using three pump units that have the same specification. Clean water is distributed to toilets, mosques, shops and cafeterias. The water distribution control system is automated but not in accordance with the desired condition because the system works in serial if the previous pump is not working.In order to for the simulation design of the setting operation of three pumps to work properly it is necessary to do a favorable theory review, such as the theory that support. Some theories used to support the writing of this final task must be related and complement each other, including the theory of arduino as microcontroller board, sensor theory ACS712, DS18b20 sensor, relay, and others.The simulation design use to operation the three pumps works based on the time specified in each pump, with overcurrent and overheated protection on each pump to avoid potentially problematic pump (auto system), if the auto system becomes problem then the manual system can be operated .This simulation is used to describe the control system that is located in the juwata tarakan international airport of northern kalimantan

Abstract

The Latansa Murodak Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Rancagong Village, Legok District, Tangerang, which organizes Islamic religious learning activities for students. This Islamic boarding school has major problems, namely a lack of clean water, no proper toilet, and no lighting. Another problem faced is the improper disposal of waste from bathrooms and kitchens. With this program, it is hoped that it will help this boarding school in learning activities more comfortably so that students can focus on gaining knowledge. The physical results of the implementation of the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Community Service Program are proper toilets, repair of lighting lamps, installation of pumps and water toren, and waste disposal sites.
