Abstract

Airside Inspection Vehicle is a vehicle designed by cadets of Airport Mechanical Engineering 6 from the vehicle tossa three wheels become the four wheel. The component of vehicle has never been done tested. A strength testing of wheel material against static working load is calculated using static structural and force theory and then compared by using software R17.0 Ansys Workbench. The tested area are flange and hub diameter. The vehicle load of 500 kg, the stress that occurs at flange using theoretical is 0,382 MPa and count software is 0,0002 MPa while stress that happen at hub diameter area is 10,74 MPa and count software is 18,671 with allowable stress of 110 MPa. The Result showed that the stress occurs at the velg considered safe.

Abstract

In the area of Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute there is a gate that serves as a liaison between the barracks Midshipman into the dining room and the main building. But this time the gate is operated manually, and often schedule of opening and closing the gate is not timely. Based on the condition at this time is needed to set a gate automation design liaison between the main building barracks of taruna as a student of Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute. Working system of the design is to use the Arduino microcontroller and Real Time Clock modules as a regulator of the draft schedule. Real Time Clock Module will enable Arduino which then activate Relay. Furthermore, the relay will activate the electric motor as the prime mover part of the connecting gate automation application is expected to be the creation of open-close gate as on as a scheduPada area Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia terdapat sebuah gerbangyang berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara barak Taruna menuju ruang makan danmain building. Namun saat ini gerbang tersebut masih dioperasikan secara manual,dan sering kali jadwal buka-tutup gerbang tidak tepat waktu. Berdasarkan konsisisaat ini maka perlu dibuat suatu rancangan otomatisasi gerbang penghubung antarabarak Taruna dengan main building Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia.Sistem kerja dari rancangan tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan mikrokontrollerArduino dan modul Real Time Clock sebagai pengatur jadwal rancangan. ModulReal Time Clock akan mengaktifkan Arduino yang kemudian mengaktifkan Relay.Selanjutnya relay akan mengaktifkan motor listrik sebagai penggerak utamagerbang.Dengan pengaplikasian otomatisasi gerbang penghubung ini diharapkanakan terciptanya buka-tutup gerbang yang sesuai jadwal. le.

Abstract

The planning of sewage system in terminal building of Internastional Ahmad Yani Semarang Airport is motivated by the process of building a new terminal building, so the procurement of sewerage facilities needs to be planned. The sewage channel is one of the supporting facilities at the airport. Planning of sewerage facilities must be in accordance with the rules of technical and operational standards. Based on the result of analysis and calculation, it can be concluded that the pipe length of sewage system is 916 m; diameter 12 inch. The soil elevation between the terminal Building and STP is increase 0,077%. The pipe elevation between the manhole is decrease 1% . The result of sewage of treatment will be streamed to ponding with capacity 106.702,08 m3. The data which is needed in this planning are the total passangers, soil polygon measurement, rainfall data and flight schedule of the airport.

Abstract

The design of the car parking area at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport cannot accommodate the total number of vehicles. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to build a car park building area in the domestic terminal. Plans for the construction of a parking building with an area of 6,656 m2, the design of a 90 ° parking angle, a building with a reinforced concrete structure and consisting of two floors. The beam dimensions are 650 mm x 500 mm, column dimensions are 500 mm x 500 mm and plate thickness is 200 mm. The foundation used is a pile foundation with a depth of 6 m and dimensions of 450 mm x 450 mm. The parking building can accommodate four-wheeled vehicles as many as 763 vehicles in 2027. In planning car parking buildings, data are used including the results of land sundir, the number of domestic passengers at busy times. Abstract

The key holds the role in the security system. Most of the door lock system still using a mechanic conventional key. The development of technology gives the solution in a key system as a better security system. So, it is needed to use and to optimize the tools that could give best security level in door lock system including convenience and comfort in case of use. one of that security system is using RFID that developed as automatic door lock system. The purpose of this research is to use based on micro controller Arduino nano ATmega 328p and the location at the dormitory door Bravo 1,2,3 to install an automatic door lock tool. Which consists of a mantle of door security that solenoid as an automatic security lock. Identification device consists of RFID Reader and RFID card. Lamp indicator using Light Emitting Diode (LED). When RFID reader reads RFID card, then the LED lamp will turn on and solenoid door lock works and if RFID card is not read in accordance with the microcontroller, LED and solenoid door lock wouldn’t work. With this method it is expected to work as desired

Abstract

The condition of the inspection road at Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang currently only has inspection roads on the west side of runway 13 with an inadequate width of road to be passed by inspection vehicles and the absence of inspection roads in the east side of the runway 31. New road inspection planning is needed on the east side of runway 31 using a flexible pavement type with Component Analysis calculation method and geometric planning of the road using the rules for the Procedure for Inter-City Road Geometric Planning No.038 / TBM / 1997. From the results of the calculation analysis, the thickness of the road for the age of 10 years 34.125cm with surface layer 4.125cm, basecourse layer 20cm and subbase layer 10cm. The thickness of the planned 20 year old road 35.50cm with a layer surface 5.5cm, the basecourse layer 20cm and the subbase layer 10cm. The plan speed is 60km/h, the road length is 1903m and the road width is 2 x 2.75m (5.5m) consisting of 2 2-way lanes. Transverse slope of 2%, road shoulder 3% and width of drainage channel 0.5m. For the results of road geometric planning, the road inspection conditions at Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang currently only have inspection roads on the west side of runway 13 with 5 bends with Spiral - Spiral and Spiral - Circle - Spiral types with widening at each bend of 3.17m.

Abstract

Right now, Husein Sastranegara International Airport have a drainage problem, clogged frequent, flooded, and some parts of trails cover are damaged because it is age in Apron B-C Airside. Therefore have to repair it, them is drainage trails cover change, clean the sediment so there is no clogged anymore. In the to make the drainage system condition (2015 KP 39 or FAA AC 150_5320_5c). The daily rain maximum data obtained from BMKG rain station location in Husein Sastranegara International Airport for the total if 30 years. This rain data will processed of analysis top of flood debit. Meanwhile, the new drainage model using a closed channel using a box culvert precast with 90 x 90 x 9 dimension. To accommodate drainage channel inlet, will create an open channel segment which is in same time serves as man hole using u-ditch precast followed cover from hollow steel. This inlet or man hole are placed every 50 meter.

Abstract

Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang has a wide Terminal Departing 5,907 m2 and the departure lounge of domestic 1230 m2 with 9% passengers increase every year. It is based on SKEP 347 / XII / 1999 on Standards for Design and / or Engineering of Airport Facilities and Equipment and Directives of Air Transportation No. KP 205 Year 2016 on Commercial Area Arrangement at Airport Passenger Terminal, and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia No. PM 129 of 2015 on Guidelines for Level Service Agreement in Providing Services to Airport Users. The calculation results show the prediction of the number of passengers departing in 2021 as much as 2,658,258 people and the busy time passengers in 2021 were 1694 people. From the prediction of passengers in the next 5 years in the area can also the departure lounge of domestic 2733 m2 .

Abstract

Air merupakan sumber utama dalam kehidupan, namun penyediaan oleh PDAM belum menjangkau ke seluruh masyarakat. Atas dasar hal ini maka masyarakat dalam penyediaan air diantaranya menggunakan air tanah dengan cara sedot mandiri oleh masing-masing rumah tangga, tempat ibadah, sarana umum, kantor swasta, kantor pemerintah dan lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan terhadap bangunan Musholah Sekolah SD Islam An-Nabil Kelurahan Babakan, Kecamatan Legok, Kabupaten Tangerang – Banten dan Musholah Al Ikhlas Ibnu Rosyad Kelurahan Babakan, Kecamatan yang masih terdapat fasilitas sistem instalasi air bersih. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melakukan beberapa hal yang akan menjadi solusi permasalahan fasilitas belum memenuhi standar, yaitu: (a) melakukan pengeboran sumur yang akan menjadi sumber air bersih; (b) melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan air bersih yang menjadi dasar untuk menentukan kapasitas dan jenis pompa, tempat penampungan air (dilengkapi dengan sensor pelampung sebagai media kontrol on/off pompa); dan (c) sistem instalasi perpipaan air bersih yang akan berfungsi sebagai proses distribusi air bersih dari sumber kepada pengguna, sehingga mewujudkan system instalasi air bersih sesuai Stnadar Nasional Indonesia (SNI).
