Abstract

Chronic renal failure is a clinical syndrome caused by the annual reduced renal function, progressively and generally irreversible. Renal failure has GFR (Glomerulus Filtration Rate) < 15 ml/minutes needed therapy for change the function of renal. The effective of act as therapy for renal failure is hemodialysis. For undergo hemodialysis to manage diet is very important caused prevent progressively and generally irreversible. The knowledge of patient about diet is significantly required during to the patient is undergoing to diet so can do well for keep balancing in the renal so do its function. This research have purpose to know the correlation between knowledge of the chronic renal failure patients do hemodialysis about diet with compliance of the patient to do chronic renal failure diet in the Puskesmas Johor in 2022. Sample in this studi are 31 respondents who participated in this this study with used purposive sampling. The result of the study showed that there is a correlation between knowledge of the chronic renal failure patients can do hemodialisys about diet with compliance of the patient to do chronic renal failure diet in which p < 0.05, and the correlation is significant. It is indicated by the coefficient r = 0.494.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: berfikir kritis merupakan elemen fundamental pada pendidikan keperawatan yang dapat menyebabkan mahasiswa akan lebih siap untuk berfikir dan belajar secara mandiri sebagai konsep pembelajaran berpusat pada mahasiswa (students centered learning). Berbagai pendekatan seperti pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem-based learning), konsep pemetaan (concept mapping), pembelajaran berbasis kasus (case studies), pembelajaran kolaboratif, pembelajaran berbasis simulasi serta diskusi refleksif terpadu dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berfikir kritis. Tujuan tinjauan literatur sistemik ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi strategi pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Desain: review sistematik literatur. Metode: penelusuran artikel melalui database elektronik (Science Direct, ProQuest, Google Scholar dan Ebsco). Artikel yang ditelusuri dalam bahasa Inggris atau bahasa Indonesia antara tahun 2020 – 2025. Proses review artikel menggunakan protokol PRISMA. Hasil: sebanyak 638 artikel telah diidentifikasi dari database elektronik. Sekitar 633 artikel telah diekslusi karena artikel dengan judul yang sama, tidak fulltext dan tidak memuat kata kunci sehingga hanya 5 artikel digunakan untuk direview, tinjauan literatur difokuskan kepada strategi pembelajaran dan kemampuan berfikir kritis pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Kesimpulan: review literatur ini menyatakan strategi pembelajaran berbasis konsep mapping, simulasi, ulfolding case-studies, pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan pembelajaran berbasis kolaborasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis pad amahasiswa keperawatan. Abstract

To investigate the emotional intelligence and critical thinking of nursing students. Emotional intelligence and critical thinking are basic elements of nursing practice and are involved in making decisions in nursing clinical practice, using evidence and information in practice and ensuring the quality of safe and effective services. systematic review of literature, article search through electronic databases (Scien direct, PunMed, BMC Nursing and ProQuest). Articles searched in English or Indonesian between 2012 – 2023. The article review process uses the PRISMA protocol. A total of 5 articles were used for review, the literature focused on emotional intelligence and critical thinking in nursing students. This literature review states that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and critical thinking in nursing students. Nursing students with critical thinking skills and good emotional intelligence will be more successful in their education and find work more easily. Emotional intelligence and critical thinking can be learned and can be improved through active learning methods and student-centered learning methods.

Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu penyakit gangguan mental yang paling sering terjadi berkaitan dengan gangguan Persepsi Sensori, khususnya halusinasi pendengaran Halusinasi pendengaran adalah gangguan persepsi sensori yang dialami pasien karena mendengar suara – suara tanpa adanya stimulus eksternal yang nyata. Tujuan dilakukannya studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan gangguan persepsi sensori halusinasi pendengaran pada Tn.M di RS. Jiwa Prof. Dr. M.Ildrem. Penyusunan asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan model teori self-care Orem. Setelah 5 hari dilakukan asuhan keperawatan didapatkan hasil pasien mampu mengontrol halusinasi, berpartisipasi secara aktif pada kegiatan harian yang telah dijadwalkan serta mampu melakukan pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari – hari
