Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melibatkan Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Desa Kertomulyo Kecamatan Brangsong Kabupaten Kendal. PKK merupakan gerakan nasional dalam pembangunan masyarakat yang tumbuh dari bawah, mayoritas masyarakat Desa Kertomulyo adalah petani dan karyawan. Oleh karena itu memberikan wawasan dan pelatihan e-commerce kepada masyarakat tentang perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat di era digitalisasi merupakan salah satu cara meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang manfaat dan pentingnya e-commerce, menumbuhkan minat masyarakat dalam membuka Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan memperkenalkan cara pemasaran melalui marketplace untuk meningkatkan jaringan pemasaran. UMKM dengan menggunakan pemasaran secara online dipercaya mampu tumbuh di masa pandemi. The implementation of community service involves the Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilization Team/Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) of Kertomulyo Village, Brangsong District, Kendal Regency. PKK is a national movement in community development that grows from below, the majority of Kertomulyo villagers are farmers and employees. Therefore, providing insights and training e-commerce to the public about the rapid development of technology in the era of digitalization is one way to increase public knowledge about the benefits and importance of e-commerce, foster public interest in opening Small and Medium Enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic and introduce marketing methods through marketplaces to improve network marketing. MSMEs using online marketing are believed to be able to grow during the pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan bukti empiris hubungan antara dividen terhadap kualitas laba perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 20172019. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar (BEI) tahun 2017-2019. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan total 420 sampel perusahaan. Teknik analisis pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa status pembagian dividen memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan kualitas laba. Meskipun demikian, ukuran dividen, kenaikan pembagian dividen serta persistensi dividen tidak terbukti mengindikasikan laba yang lebih berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pergantian manajemen, financial distress, dan opini audit terhadap auditor switching. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor switching, sedangkan variabel independen yang diukur dalam riset ini adalah Pergantian manajemen, financial distress, dan opini audit. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini memiliki 24 sampel perusahaan untuk 3 tahun observasi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah sekunder yang diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel opini audit berpengaruh negatif terhadap auditor switching. Sedangkan pergantian manajemen, dan financial distress, tidak berpengaruh terhadap auditor switching. Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 23% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Keywords: Pergantian Manajemen, Financial Distress, Opini Audit, Auditor Switching

Abstract

ABSTRAKKurikulum SMK dibuat agar peserta didik siap langsung masuk ke dunia kerja. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengembangan dan penyesuaian kurikulum sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha/dunia industri. Hal ini juga dibutuhkankan oleh SMK NU 01 Kendal jurusan akuntansi dan keuangan Lembaga karena kurikulum yang digunakan belum memberikan pengembangan keilmuan akuntansi, teknologi dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha/dunia industry (DU/DI). Tim pengabdian Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Selamat Sri menaggapi positif dengan mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang sinkronisasi kurikulum pada jurusan akuntansi dan keuangan Lembaga SMK NU 01 Kendal. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengembangkan kurikulum sesuai dengan KKNI Level 2 yang berbasis pengembangan bidang ilmu akuntansi, memberikan realisasi konsep link and match antara SMK dan dunia usaha/dunia industry (DU/DI) dan berorientasi pada pengembangan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian dengan metode ceramah, tutorial, diskusi dan simulasi penyusunan kurikulum memberikan pemahaman dan keilmuan tentang perkembangan akuntansi, perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri (DU/DI) untuk dapat diterapkan pada jurusan akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga di SMK NU 01 Kendal. Kata kunci: sinkronisasi kurikulum; jurusan akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga; SMK NU 01 Kendal ABSTRACTThe SMK curriculum is designed so that students are ready to enter the world of work. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and adjust the curriculum according to the needs of the business world/industrial world. This is also needed by SMK NU 01 Kendal majoring in accounting and institutional finance because the curriculum used does not provide scientific development of accounting, technology and conformity to the needs of the business world/industrial world (DU/DI). The service team for the Accounting Study Program at Selamat Sri University responded positively by holding community service activities regarding curriculum synchronization in the accounting and finance department of the SMK NU 01 Kendal. The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a curriculum in accordance with KKNI Level 2 which is based on the development of the field of accounting science, provides the realization of the link and match concept between SMK and the business world/industrial world (DU/DI) and is oriented towards technology development. Service activities with lecture methods, tutorials, discussions and curriculum preparation simulations provide understanding and knowledge of accounting developments, technological developments and the needs of the Industrial World Business World (DU/DI) to be applied to accounting and institutional finance departments at SMK NU 01 Kendal. Keywords: curriculum synchronization; department of accounting and institutional finance; SMK NU 01 Kendal

Abstract

A huge number of vocational graduates who are jobless should be a matter to concern. One of the causes of this condition is the incompatibility of graduates with the needs of the world of work. This problem is one of the impacts of the lack of suitability of the curriculum used in vocational schools. Therefore, as one of the vocational schools, SMK NU 01 Kendal needs to synchronize the curriculum in an effort to solve such existing problem. Curriculum synchronization is carried out through collaboration with the world of industry and universities in the form of community service activity. Thus, the the curriculum suitability in producing graduates according to the needs of the business world/industry world is achieved.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap profitabilitas. perusahaan sektor consumer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jumlah perusahaan manufaktur yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 44 perusahaan dengan periode pengamatan selama 3 tahun (2019-2021). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap positif profitabilitas, leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, operating capacity, sales growth dan gender diversity terhadap financial distress. Sebanyak 158 perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia diobservasi sebagai sampel dengan periode pengamatan selama 4 tahun sehingga menghasilkan 632 total observasi. Alat analisis Eviews12 dipilih pada uji riset ini dan analisis data panel fixed model merupakan model yang cocok dengan temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas yang diukur dapat meningkatkan potensi financial distress. Sedangkan financial distress dapat menurun jika perusahaan memiliki operating yang tinggi. Sementara sales growth dan gender diversity tidak mempengaruhi kondisi financial distress perusahaan

Abstract

This research contributes to examine the effect of Financial Performance and Risk on Stock Returns in banking companies in Indonesia. This study attempts to incorporate elements of financial performance and risk as they are closely related to the fluctuations of stock prices through the financial contributions of banks and the challenges they face. A sample of 39 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was selected for the observation period of 2018-2021, resulting in 156 observation data. Financial Performance was proxied using Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Cash Ratio (CR), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO). Risk was measured using Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The results of this study indicate that financial performance, proxied by ROA and CR, has a negative effect on stock returns. In contrast, DER and TATO do not have a significant impact and have a positive effect on stock returns, respectively. The research also provides information that risk, measured by NPL, NIM, and LDR, does not have a partial influence on stock returns, whereas CAR has a positive influence. Keywords: Stock Return, Financial Performance, Risk, Bank

Abstract

Integrating technology into education has become essential in the digital era to enhance the quality of learning. However, many teachers face challenges such as limited knowledge, resources, and creativity in utilizing technology. This community service program aims to improve teachers' competencies through training on using Quizizz as an interactive teaching medium. The methods included developing a comprehensive training module, presentations, demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and a QA session. The results showed that most participants, comprising 37 teachers from SMP Negeri 1 Singorojo, found the training effective in helping them understand the concept of interactive teaching media and practice creating quizzes using Quizizz. Evaluations indicated positive outcomes, although participants suggested extending the workshop duration. This program offers practical solutions for teachers to design more creative, interactive, and relevant lessons while paving the way for further development of similar initiatives in the future.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of exploratory (SR) and exploitative (ST) innovation strategies on the sustainability performance (KK) of MSMEs in Kendal Regency within the Resource-Based View (RBV) Theory. It also explores the moderating roles of social media (MS) and philanthropy (FL). A total of 414 MSME owners or managers were randomly sampled from businesses actively using social media and engaging in philanthropy. Data were collected through questionnaires using validated constructs measured on a five-point Likert scale. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analyzed the data. The findings reveal that both SR and ST positively influence KK. MS strengthens the SR-KK relationship but does not moderate the ST-KK link. FL significantly enhances the effects of both SR and ST on KK. These results highlight the importance of balancing innovation strategies for sustainable performance and the complementary roles of social media and philanthropy. This study is the first to apply SEM to examine these interactions among Indonesian MSMEs. JEL: O310, O350, M140.
