Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan publik yang diselenggarakan oleh kantor Kalurahan Srihardono Kapanewon Pundong Kabupaten Bantul dan untuk memberikan rekomendasi agar Kalurahan Srihardono dapat melakukan perbaikan terhadap pelayanan publik yang diselenggarakan. Sehingga dapat mewujudkan pelayanan yang berkualitas sebagai ciri pemerintahan yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif-deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang diberikan kepada masyarakat yang menerima layanan di Kalurahan Srihardono. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 91 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Kualitas pelayanan dianalisis menggunakan 5 (lima) dimensi model SERVQUAL yaitu bukti fisik (tangibles), kehandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan empati (empathy). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor Kalurahan Srihardono secara umum berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata 81,59%. Dimensi empati memperoleh nilai tertinggi yaitu 84.07%, sedangkan dimensi ketanggapan dan jaminan memiliki nilai paling rendah. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya penyusunan SOP layanan, peningkatan kompetensi, kredibilitas, dan integritas pegawai guna mendukung pelayanan publik yang transparan, efektif, efisien dan profesional.

Abstract

Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don contain bioactive compounds that act as inhibitors against the α-glucosidase enzyme. This study aims to test the α-glucosidase enzyme inhibitor activity of fermented extract of endophytic bacteria from tapak dara leaves and identify the bacterial species. Endophytic bacteria were isolated using a direct planting method, resulting in eight isolates. The bacteria were fermented for 24-72 hours in nutrient broth media. Ethyl acetate was used to extract the fermented bacteria. Screening for α-glucosidase enzyme inhibitory activity was conducted using the TLC bioautography method. Four bacterial isolates (TD 1, TD 3, TD 4, TD 7) produced clear zones, qualitatively indicating that the isolates have inhibitory activity against the α-glucosidase enzyme. The IC50 results from the eight isolates showed that three isolates provided strong IC50 values: isolate TD 1 at 19.93 µg/ml, isolate TD 2 at 92.34 µg/ml, and isolate TD 4 at 13.94 µg/ml, compared to acarbose at 48.85 µg/ml). Molecular identification showed that isolate TD 1 was Pseudomonas oryzihabitans and isolate TD 4 was Staphylococcus warneri. This study concluded that endophytic bacteria from tapak dara leaves have the potential as a source of α-glucosidase enzyme inhibitor compounds for the development of antidiabetic drugs.

Abstract

Orthosiphon aristatus (Blume) Miq., commonly known as kumis kucing, is frequently used in traditional Indonesian medicine to treat diabetes, hypertension, rheumatism, gout, and as a diuretic. However, large-scale production of medicinal products from natural sources requires significant raw material and land, creating a need for alternative methods. This study explores the potential of isolating endophytic bacteria from kumis kucing leaves to serve as α-glucosidase enzyme inhibitors, offering a more sustainable approach. Eight bacterial endophytes were isolated and tested using bioautography assays and IC50 measurements to assess their inhibitory activity. Four isolates—KK 1, KK 3, KK 4, and KK 5—demonstrated significant α-glucosidase inhibition, with IC50 values of 41.35 µg/mL, 57.04 µg/mL, 56.70 µg/mL, and 164.16 µg/mL, respectively. Molecular testing identified KK 1 as Priestia aryabhattai, while KK 3 and KK 5 were identified as Priestia megaterium. These findings suggest that endophytic bacteria isolated from Orthosiphon aristatus leaves have the potential to be developed as natural sources of α-glucosidase inhibitors, which are beneficial for diabetes management.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam praktik rekrutmen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di berbagai organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi rekrutmen yang efektif di era digitalisasi melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sumber data diperoleh dari 13 artikel ilmiah bereputasi yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2021–2025 dan diakses melalui Google Scholar serta SINTA. Proses seleksi literatur dilakukan menggunakan metode PRISMA dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ketat. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi rekrutmen digital yang efektif meliputi pemanfaatan media sosial, platform rekrutmen daring, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence), wawancara video, serta analitik data. Penerapan teknologi digital terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, memperluas jangkauan kandidat, meningkatkan objektivitas seleksi, serta memperbaiki pengalaman kandidat (candidate experience). Namun demikian, tantangan seperti keamanan data, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, dan biaya implementasi masih menjadi perhatian utama. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dan praktis bagi pengembangan strategi rekrutmen SDM yang adaptif dan berdaya saing di era digital.

Abstract

Background: Nypa fruticans is a mangrove palm known to harbor diverse endophytic microorganisms with potential bioactivity. However, studies on the biological properties of endophytic fungi are scarce. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the antioxidant, antibacterial, and cytotoxic activities of endophytic fungi isolated from N. fruticans leaves and to characterize their secondary metabolite profiles. Methods: Eight fungal isolates (NF1–NF8) were obtained and screened for antioxidant activity using the DPPH radical-scavenging method, antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli using the disc diffusion method, and cytotoxicity using the Artemia salina lethality test. The most active isolates were further analyzed using thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and phytochemical tests. Results: The isolates exhibited varying bioactivities, with NF5 showing antioxidant potential (IC₅₀ = 152.6 µg/mL) and NF7 showing the strongest antibacterial (19.1 ± 0.25 mm inhibition zone) and cytotoxic activities (LC₅₀ = 198.81 µg/mL). TLC and reagent detection confirmed the presence of phenolic compounds in NF5 and terpenoid compounds in NF7, corresponding to their biological profiles. Conclusion: The endophytic fungi from N. fruticans leaves exhibited significant antioxidant, antibacterial, and cytotoxic activities, indicating their potential as novel sources of natural bioactive metabolites, particularly in palm-associated fungal communities.
