Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of human resource development, to analyze the internal and external environment of the business, and to develop a development plan on human resource aspect in Baitil Mal Wa Tamwil An-Najah. This study is a field research and the approach used in this study is qualitative method. It was done at Baitul Mal wa Tamwil An-Najah Pekalongan Regency since July until December 2017. Data collection technique in this study is through observation, interview, and documentation. This study uses descriptive analysis technique that aims to provide description about research subject based on data and variable obtained. There is also SWOT analysis to provide some recommendations for the company in its employees’ development in order to achieve company goal. Based on this study revealed that the human resource development strategy in Baitul Mal wa Tamwi An-Najah Pekalongan Regency is through orientation program, training and education, and career development. Through the SWOT analysis it is obtained points of development plans related to human resource aspect in Baitul Mal wa Tamwil An-Najah that can be a recommendation and reminder for the company. The development plans are built by SO strategy (Strength-Opportunity), WO strategy (Weakness-Opportunity), ST strategy (Strength-Threats), and WT strategy (Weakness-Threats) that the company has. By the analysis hopefully it can improve the strategy on human resource development.

Abstract

Formation of the Omnibus Law, There are at least two basic reasons for the name many overlapping regulations and many regulations that are allegedly hampering investment so that the establishment of the Omnibus Law is expected to be able to overcome these two problems. The purpose of writing the article is to explain Omnibus Law in the system in Indonesia, the strategy and model of Omnibus Law in structuring regulations in Indonesia, and the challenges of Omnibus Law in structuring regulations. This article can be categorized as a type of normative juridical research using a qualitative approach. The source of data in writing this article uses secondary data consisting of primary legal materials in the form of Omnibus Law, secondary legal materials in the form of journal articles, law books, magazines and so on, and tertiary legal materials in the form of legal dictionaries, legal encyclopedias and others. . The results of the study indicate that the regulatory structuring strategy through the Omnibus Law can be carried out by establishing the basic and legal politics of the Omnibus Law, absorbing aspirations, coordinating with the regions, acceleration, transparency and accountability. The regulatory arrangement model through the Omnibus Law can be done with the regulation formation model, namely IRR. Meanwhile, the challenges of the Omnibus Law in structuring regulations are in the form of current and future challenges. In the formation of the Omnibus Law, the community is expected to participate in conducting supervision.Pembentukan Omnibus Law saat ini setidaknya ada dua alasan mendasar yakni banyak regulasi yang tumpang tindih dan banyak regulasi yang disinyalir menghambat investasi, sehingga dengan dibentuknya Omnibus Law nantinya diharapkan dapat mengatasi kedua permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penulisan artikel yaitu menjelaskan tentang strategi dan model Omnibus Law dalam penataan regulasi di Indonesia, dan tantangan Omnibus Law dalam penataan regulasi. Artikel ini dapat dikategorisasikan sebagai jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer berupa Omnibus Law, bahan hukum sekunder berupa artikel jurnal, buku-buku hukum, majalah dan lain sebagainya, dan bahan hukum tersier berupa kamus hukum, ensiklopedi hukum dan lain-lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi penataan regulasi melalui Omnibus Law dapat dilakukan dengan pembentukan dasar dan politik hukum Omnibus Law, penyerapan aspirasi, koordinasi dengan daerah, akselerasi, transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Model penataan regulasi melalui Omnibus Law dapat dilakukan dengan model pembentukan regulasi yaitu IRR. Sedangkan tantangan Omnibus Law dalam penataan regulasi berupa tantangan saat ini dan masa mendatang. Dalam pembentukan Omnibus Law masyarakat diharapkan turut serta dalam melakukan pengawasan.

Abstract

Abstract. This community service is carried out to empower Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Wiradesa District, especially those who are members of the Pecel Lele community. The main aim of this activity is to increase participants' capacity in terms of business legality and financial management through training in creating a Business Identification Number (NIB) and using the Buku Warung application. With better business legality and more structured financial records, it is hoped that MSME players can increase their operational efficiency and competitiveness in the market. The methodology used in this service is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves participants actively in the learning process. The training will be held from September to November 2023, with the location of the activities taking place in the homes of community members. A total of 40 participants took part in this training, which consisted of creating an online NIB, a workshop on the importance of financial recording, and practice using the Buku Warung application to support their business management. The results of the service showed a significant increase in the participants' ability to manage their business more professionally. Before the training, most participants did not have NIB and carried out financial records manually or irregularly. That is, 85% of participants did not NIB before the training, but afterward, 90% had NIB. In addition, 70% of participants previously did not keep regular financial records, and after the training, 95% started using the Buku Warung application regularly, and after the training, 95% started using the Buku Warung application. However, after the training, most of the participants succeeded in getting an NIB and started using the Buku Warung application to record financial transactions digitally. This improvement not only strengthens business legality, but also increases the efficiency and accuracy of financial recording, which ultimately helps participants make more precise and strategic business decisions.   Abstrak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberdayakan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Wiradesa, khususnya yang tergabung dalam komunitas Pecel Lele. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas peserta dalam hal legalitas usaha dan manajemen keuangan melalui pelatihan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan penggunaan aplikasi Buku Warung. Dengan legalitas usaha yang lebih baik dan pencatatan keuangan yang lebih terstruktur, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing mereka di pasar. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan peserta secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dari bulan September hingga November 2023, dengan lokasi kegiatan di rumah anggota komunitas secara bergantian. Sebanyak 40 peserta mengikuti pelatihan ini, yang terdiri dari pembuatan NIB secara online, workshop tentang pentingnya pencatatan keuangan, dan latihan penggunaan aplikasi Buku Warung untuk mendukung pengelolaan bisnis mereka. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta untuk mengelola usaha mereka secara lebih profesional. Sebelum pelatihan, sebagian besar peserta tidak memiliki NIB dan melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara manual atau tidak teratur. Yaitu Sebanyak 85% peserta tidak memiliki NIB sebelum pelatihan, tetapi setelahnya, 90% telah memiliki NIB. Selain itu, 70% peserta sebelumnya tidak melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara teratur, dan setelah pelatihan, 95% mulai menggunakan aplikasi Buku Warung  Namun, setelah pelatihan, mayoritas peserta berhasil mendapatkan NIB dan mulai menggunakan aplikasi Buku Warung untuk mencatat transaksi keuangan secara digital. Peningkatan ini tidak hanya memperkuat legalitas usaha, tetapi juga meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan keuangan, yang pada akhirnya membantu peserta dalam membuat keputusan bisnis yang lebih tepat dan strategis.

Abstract

The reputation of a college can cause many students who want to register and study at the college. Therefore, there is a very good impact related to many students, the first is income, and the second is academic and student activities. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of institutional reputation and the availability of information on trust. Besides that, to analyze the effect of trust on the intention to be a student. This research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics, and Islamic Business IAIN Salatiga accepted and re-registered. The sample in this study was 151 students using the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the availability of information did not affect trust. However, the institution's reputation had a positive effect on trust, and trust had a significant effect on the intention to be a student of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty IAIN Salatiga.
