This study aims to describe the strategy of human resource development, to analyze the internal and external environment of the business, and to develop a development plan on human resource aspect in Baitil Mal Wa Tamwil An-Najah. This study is a field research and the approach used in this study is qualitative method. It was done at Baitul Mal wa Tamwil An-Najah Pekalongan Regency since July until December 2017. Data collection technique in this study is through observation, interview, and documentation. This study uses descriptive analysis technique that aims to provide description about research subject based on data and variable obtained. There is also SWOT analysis to provide some recommendations for the company in its employees’ development in order to achieve company goal. Based on this study revealed that the human resource development strategy in Baitul Mal wa Tamwi An-Najah Pekalongan Regency is through orientation program, training and education, and career development. Through the SWOT analysis it is obtained points of development plans related to human resource aspect in Baitul Mal wa Tamwil An-Najah that can be a recommendation and reminder for the company. The development plans are built by SO strategy (Strength-Opportunity), WO strategy (Weakness-Opportunity), ST strategy (Strength-Threats), and WT strategy (Weakness-Threats) that the company has. By the analysis hopefully it can improve the strategy on human resource development.

Rendahnya gairah yang tidak menggeliatkan pasar grosir- pasar grosirdi Pekalongan dan sekitarnya mengakibatkan kekhawatiran Pekalongan dan sekitamya tidak dapat mengandalkan pasar grosir• pasar grosinnenjadi suatuandalan obyek kunjungan wisata belanja yang menjajakan produk unggulan daerah seperti produk-produk batik, konveksi, garmen,ATBM, dan kerajinan (handycraft) dari pelepah pisang, enceng gondok, akar wangi, dan tempurung kelapa, Hal ini berarti suatu kesulitan untuk lebih rnendukung dan mewujudkan positioning Pekalongan sebagai Daerah Wisata Belanja yang banyak dirnunculkan oleh para pendiri dan pengelola pasar grosir. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga pasar grosir di Kota Pekalongan dan Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan memfokuskan pada tingkat kepuasan pelanggan atas pelayanan-pelayanan termasuk pelayanan pembelian dan pelayanan tersedianya "konstelasi pasargrosir". Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pengunjung dan pedagang. Sedangkan aat analisis yang digunakan adalah Important Perfrmance Analysis. Out put dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada pasar grosir, baik pengunjung I pembeli · maupun pedagang, sera rekomendasi yang dapat dijadikan upaya-upaya dalam meningkatkan gairah / -upaya dalam meningkatkan gairah/kerarnaian pasar grosir- pasar grosir di Pekalongan dan sekitamya

One of the professions that plays an important role in maintaining the quality of health services is nursing because nurses as the spearhead of service in the hospital always interact with patients in which there is a reciprocal relationship between individuals so that prosocial behavior appears. Religiosity and personality together can be used as predictors to predict prosocial behavior in nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and personality towards prosocial behavior. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. intended to get an overview and information about the Qolbu Insan Mulia Hospital (QIM) Batang Regency.

This study has the aim of analyzing qualitatively the phenomena or symptoms that occur at the BMT Mitra Ummah Pekalongan Syariah Microfinance Institution, and how the institution anticipates, and conceptually formulates solutions related to the planning and implementation process of organizational changes that are being undertaken to change from business and organizational coverage with the province of Central Java leading to Indonesian or national operational areas. Regarding the organizational changes or the scope of business, this study focuses more on the aspect of mental readiness of its employees, as well as how to build mental readiness in order to provide smoothness for the "Go National" effort.

This study aims to analyze qualitatively what happened and how Islamic microfinance institutions in Pekalongan strengthen their human and organizational aspects towards the rise of post-pandemic business through their leadership functions. The results of this study are that Islamic microfinance institutions in Pekalongan, relatively tend to be able to maintain their existence in the wave of difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021 ago. And at the present time, namely 2022, they tend to try to overcome the revival to strengthen their institutions and their business capabilities through targeted movements because of the leadership function in these financial institutions. The results of this study also stated the precise strategies of Islamic microfinance institutions in Pekalongan with professionalization in terms of human resources and organizational commitment to continue to maintain their existence and development. So the implication is that there is an increasing ability in the development of both its human and organizational resources, even though the financial institution has just experienced a period of difficulty, namely during the pandemic.

PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan optimizes the performance of its employees by implementing the CMC (Coaching, Mentoring, Counseling) leadership program, where a leader helps employees motivate, pays attention to employees at work, and becomes a role model for employees. And this CMC Program is expected to improve the Performance of PT Management Employees. PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan, developed this CMC strategy or program to support skills development and increase employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of the superior CMC (Coaching, Mentoring, Counseling) program in supporting employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan. This research is quantitative research, and is causal in nature. There were 40 respondents in the population, namely a number of employees at PT PLN UP3, and all of them were used as samples, or in other words the sample used was a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. This research uses multiple regression analysis tools. The results of this research are: Coaching and Mentoring have a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan employees and Counseling has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan employees.

There is an idea to improve employee performance at the South Pekalongan District Office, Pekalongan City, Central Java Province. This is intended to provide maximum service to the community. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Commitment, Intrinsic Motivation and Work Discipline variables on employee performance in the office. This research uses quantitative methods, and the type of research is causality. Data collection in this research was carried out using a questionnaire method, namely asking respondents through a questionnaire with the substance of the indicators of the variables studied. The population in this study was 61 people, and used a saturated sample or a number of populations used as all respondents. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS. Before testing with SEM-PLS, all variables studied had gone through data validity and reliability testing, and in this process the data was classified as valid and reliable. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that organizational affective commitment, intrinsic motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the South Pekalongan District Office, Pekalongan City, Central Java Province.

Pemanfaatan KUR oleh UMKM, menjadi hal yang harus diseriusi oleh pelaku UMKM. Hal ini karenapemanfaatannya bisa membawa keberhasilan usaha, bisa pula membawa pada susahnyapengembalian pinjaman KUR oleh UMKM. Ada banyak fenomena yang terjadi diantara keduanya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas usaha UMKM dalam pemanfaatanKUR sebagai fasilitasi pinjaman lunak dari suatu Lembaga Perbankan syariah di Pekalongan pada pelakuUMKM sebagai nasabahnya, Faktor faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi peningkatan usaha danpeningkatan pendapatan pada UMKM tersebut melalui KUR. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakanmetode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pada aspek perolehan data digunakan teknikwawancara mendalam, observasional, dan juga perolehan data data primer dengan cara pengumpulanreferensi dan data data tertulis dari partisipan. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah Triangulasi, PolaPenjodohan, dan Teknik Kajian secara Visualisasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah : pemanfaatan KURdalam peningkatan pendapatan bagi UMKM harus dengan menggunakan prinsip kehati-hatian bagipara pelaku UMKM. Prinsip kehati-hatian tersebut adalah dengan memisahkan kepentingan usaha dankepentingan rumah tangga, sehingga dapat menjadi pengendali bagi kemungkinan penyalahgunaanKUR kepada keperluan konsumtif dan hedonisme. Dan diperlukannya upaya diri melalui internalisasireligius untuk menumbuhkembangkan karakter tidak konsumtif dan hedonis.
