Abstract

Islamic financial institution have a princip of balanced (tawazun) with do business and social activity. This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic financial Institution on financing for the agricultural sector in Brebes Central Java Province, to analyze the obstacle and the potential product which is financially granted by Islamic financial Institution for the agricultural sector. This research took explorative-qualitative approach to find more and depth on another possibility of the problem of object research. The informants was taken from three Islamic financial Institutions in Brebes regency. The result shows the role of Islamic financial institution is not maximal. This is because (1) agricultural sector depends on the nature (2) Islamic financial Institution as a trustee. The potential of Islamic financial institution is on the availability of financial contract such as murobahah, musawamah, salam, muzara’ah and tawaruq.

Abstract

Purchase decisions are influenced by several factors, including product availability and word of mouth. This study aims to determine the effect of product availability and word of mouth on purchasing decisions on consumers CV. Alisa.The population in this study are consumers of CV. Alisa and the sample used the slovin formula totaling 97 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS Statics Version 26.0 computer software program. The results showed that partially product availability has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while word of mouth has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the simultaneous analysis of product availability and word of mouth have no significant effect on purchasing decisions at CV. Alisa. Company suggestions to improve service so that consumers are more confident in buying products at CV.Alisa. and companies are expected to pay more attention to the intended marketing channels, so that they are in line with business characteristics.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah mempunyai prinsip keseimbangan (tawazun) dengan menjalankan kegiatan bisnis dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Lembaga keuangan syariah dalam penyediaan pelayanan pembiayaan untuk sektor pertanian di kabupaten Brebes Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan menganalisis hambatan yang dihadapi dan potensi produk pembiayaan yang dapat diberikan lembaga keuangan syariah untuk sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif untuk menemukan lebih jauh dan mendalam terhadap kemungkinan- kemungkinan lain dari permasalahan yang diteliti. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari 3 lembaga keuangan syariah di kabupaten Brebes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran pembiayaan lembaga keuangan syariah belum maksimal. Hal ini dikarenakan (1) Sektor pertanian bergantung dengan alam (2) Lembaga keuangan syariah sebagai wali amanat. Potensi yang dimiliki Lembaga Keuangan Syariah adalah tersedianya berbagai akad pembiayan yang bisa diterapkan seperti murabahah, musawamah, salam, muzara’ah dan tawaruq.

Abstract

Companies find it difficult to maintain a quality workforce because generation Z likes to change workplaces in a short period of time. In fact, the company's success can be seen from the quality of its services, products, and ability to attract and retain a quality workforce. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent to which company reputation and social media affect the interest in applying for jobs in generation z, especially students of Stibisnis Tegal Polytechnic. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 68 Stibisnis Polytechnic students in 2021 – 2023.The sampling technique used in this study is using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study explain that company reputation and social media have a significant influence on the interest in applying for jobs of generation z in Stibisnis Tegal Polytechnic students both partially and simultaneously.Based on the results of the study, this indicates that the effective application of company reputation and social media can increase the interest in applying for jobs in Stibisnis Polytechnic students.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to look at the effect of implementing green accounting and environmental performance on the financial performance of agricultural sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period. The research method uses a causal quantitative approach. The population is agricultural sector companies listed on the IDX. A sample of 8 companies was taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results showed that green accounting has no effect on financial performance, this is evidenced by the results of the t test 0.868>0.05. environmental performance has no effect on financial performance. This is evidenced by the results of the t test 0.928>0.05. While simultaneously green accounting and environmental performance have a significant effect on financial performance. This is evidenced by the results of the f test 0.007 <0.05. Future research is expected to better understand the relationship between green accounting, environmental performance, financial performance in various contexts. Companies need to practice green accounting and environmental performance as a whole in business strategy, in the hope that investors will be more interested and support the adoption of sustainable business practices. Keywords: Green Accounting, Environmental Performance and Financial Performance

Abstract

The importance of ESG Disclosure for companies is not only to attract investors but also to form corporate responsibility in overcoming the impacts that arise due to the company's performance both in terms of environment, social and governance. This research aims to determine the influence of Environmental, Social and Governance Disclosure on the Value of Companies listed on the ESG Leaders Index for the period 2019 - 2023. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data. The number of samples in this research was 8 companies using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is the Inner Model Test. The research results show that Environmental, Social and Governance Disclosures have no effect on Company Value.
