Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the KILOGS application in improving cargo tracking transparency and customer satisfaction at PT. Krakatau Jasa Logistik (KJL). This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data for this study came from two main sources, namely primary data and secondary data, using in-depth interviews, observations and documentation as data collection techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the thematic analysis method using the Nvivo analysis tool. This technique is used to identify, analyze, and report patterns (themes) that emerge from qualitative data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the KILOGS application by PT. Krakatau Jasa Logistik significantly improves customer satisfaction by providing real-time tracking capabilities, automatic notifications and accurate information, thereby increasing transparency and customer trust. The application also succeeded in improving the company's operational efficiency by reducing tracking time, error frequency, and manual employee workload. Abstract

Program penguatan pemasaran digital ini bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM bubuk kopi di Kelurahan Tanjung Iman dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan daya saing, dan efisiensi promosi melalui media digital. Produk bubuk kopi lokal yang diproduksi secara tradisional memiliki kualitas dan cita rasa khas, namun selama ini hanya dipasarkan secara konvensional. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui identifikasi pelaku UMKM, pelatihan pemasaran digital, perbaikan desain kemasan, pembuatan konten promosi, dan pendampingan penggunaan media sosial. Hasil sementara menunjukkan peningkatan minat konsumen dan aktivitas promosi yang lebih aktif dari para pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

This study describes tourist perceptions of the quality of MSME products and services in Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark tourist destinations. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method using a structured questionnaire to 200 tourist respondents visiting the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark. The collected data is then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and factor analysis to determine the factors influencing travelers' perceptions. The results showed that most respondents positively assessed the quality of MSME products and services in the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark. However, several aspects need to be improved, such as product quality and product variations offered. Based on factor analysis, the most influential factor on tourist perception is product quality, followed by service quality and product variety. The results of this study have significant ramifications for tourism destination managers and MSMEs in the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark, who want to raise the caliber of their goods and services to satisfy visitors' demands and expectations. Additionally, as part of a strategy for sustainable tourism development, this research can help policymakers in the tourism industry pay more attention to the growth of MSMEs in tourist destinations.

Abstract

In this day and age, the use of technology has become very fast and massive, and today's technology users do not look at age and gender status with easy use. Digital is a form of modernization where everything can be done through sophisticated equipment to make people's affairs easier. This is what drives the way a person's perspective on living an increasingly sophisticated life today. The aim of writing the article is to present opportunities and challenges in building the character of the Penembang village community, who are competent with technology and digital literacy. Based on the research results, the research conclusion is that digital literacy has positive and negative impacts on each individual and society, depending on whether they can master the technology used today.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sektor pariwisata, khususnya dalam pengelolaan dan promosi desa wisata. Desa Padang Kedeper Kecamatan Merigi Kelindang Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah memiliki potensi wisata alam dan budaya yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal akibat keterbatasan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan wisata berbasis digital kepada masyarakat desa guna meningkatkan kemampuan promosi, pengelolaan informasi, serta daya saing destinasi wisata lokal.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi lapangan, penyusunan materi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Materi pelatihan mencakup penggunaan media sosial, pembuatan konten digital yang menarik, pengelolaan website desa wisata, penerapan Search Engine Optimization (SEO), serta analisis data wisata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman, antusiasme, dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk promosi wisata dan produk lokal. Pelatihan ini terbukti mampu mendorong masyarakat untuk mulai mengaplikasikan strategi digital secara mandiri, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan kunjungan wisata dan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa.
