Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa memiliki bagian sarana dan prasarana (SARPRAS) yang dimana salah satu tugasnya adalah mengelola data peminjaman dan pengembalian inventaris serta laporan dari data tersebut. Dalam pengelolaan data tersebut sebenarnya SARPRAS sudah memiliki sistem informasi sendiri berbasiskan web. Namun web tersebut masih dirasa masih belum cukup maksimal kinerjanya sehingga diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini dibuat untuk melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi sarana dan prasarana di Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa berbasis web. Di dalam pengembangan ini akan menggunakan model spiral dalam pengembangan perangkat lunaknya dan juga akan memperbaiki proses peminjaman dan pengembalian serta menambahkan laporan. Sehingga diharapkan saat sistem ini telah diimplementasikan maka akan membantu kinerja dari SARPRAS dan memperbaiki segala kekurangan dari sistem yang lama.

The research examines the problem of the relatively low level of learning interest of grade 6 students, especially in the context of learning mathematics, especially multiplication and division. This research aims to develop TALIGITAR (Smart Mathematics Multiplication and Division Tables) to increase students' interest in mathematics. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development method. The research subjects are material experts and learning media experts. The test subjects were grade 6 students. The methods used to collect data were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. The techniques used to analyze data are qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results, namely the assessment from material experts, reached a percentage of 76% with suitable criteria. Media experts achieved a percentage of 80% with good criteria. The trial results on grade 6 students showed a percentage of 78% with good criteria. It was concluded that overall, "TALIGITAR Learning Media" was considered suitable for use in mathematics learning in grade 6. The results of the data analysis also showed an increase in students' interest in mathematics after using this media. This research can contribute to increasing students' interest in mathematics through innovative and interactive media.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah, atau dikenal sebagai UMKM, adalah usaha produktif yang telah terbukti menciptakan dan memberikan lapangan pekerjaan dan memiliki kontribusi yang besar pada roda perekonomian di Indonesia. Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi regional, termasuk di Jawa Barat. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pola persebaran dan karakteristik UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan ini dengan menerapkan Metode Algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel penting yang dapat digunakan dalam mengelompokkan UMKM, serta untuk menganalisis pola-pola persebarannya, sehingga penelitian ini dapat menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah ataupun lembaga yang terkait dalam meningkatkan perekonomian UMKM di Jawa Barat. Ini karena diperlukan pengembangan potensi dalam pelaksanaan UMKM melalui analisis strategi persebaran UMKM dan peningkatan jumlah UMKM di Jawa Barat. Pada metode Clustering UMKM ini akan dibagi menjadi 3 bagian berdasarkan tingkat persebaran UMKM yaitu cluster 0 atau rendah yang memperoleh hasil 11 Kabupaten/Kota, cluster 1 atau sedang memperoleh hasil 3 Kabupaten/Kota, dan cluster 2 atau tinggi memperoleh hasil 12 Kabupaten/Kota. Hasil evaluasi clustering akan menggunakan metode davies bouldin index (DBI) menghasilkan nilai sebesar -0,471. Dari hasil evaluasi cluster tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hasil cluster yang terbentuk adalah cluster yang terbaik. Hasil yang diperoleh itu dapat memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pola persebaran UMKM di Jawa Barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung rumusan kebijakan ekonomi regional yang lebih terarah serta strategi pengembangan UMKM yang lebih efektif.

The research conducted focuses on discussing the role and potential of cash waqf collected by sharia cooperatives, then after the collected cash waqf funds are handed over to the waqf bank for management in Islamic boarding school-based poverty alleviation efforts. There are two methods used in this research, First is a library study (Library Research) towards books and reading materials related to the discussion. Second is a field study using natural direct observation to obtain more valid data, including: observation, interviews, and interaction with participants who represent the research object. The results of research on the role and potential of cash waqf in the formation of waqf banks for Islamic boarding school-based poverty alleviation show that sharia cooperatives that are present in Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions can be the spearhead in collecting cash waqf because to carry out cash waqf you don't need to wait to be rich or established, anyone it is possible to carry out cash waqf with a small nominal amount such as five thousand rupiah, so that with the collected waqf capital the money that has been collected can be used to establish a waqf bank whose management must be in accordance with the purpose of its formation, such as making investments by providing convenience in terms of financing to the community. around Islamic boarding schools with small profit sharing so that it does not burden the customers, the waqf bank apart from providing financing has another very important role in supervising customers, namely by empowering, spiritual and physical development with religious knowledge and sharia-based family financial planning and providing business assistance so that the objectives of the financing can be achieved in accordance with the plans that have been prepared Keywords: waqf banks, cash waqf, empowerment, financing, poverty, sharia cooperatives.
