Abstract

Scmcnjak tulisan Andrew Pettigrew (1979) muncul di jurnal Admnistative ScienceQuarterly, Organizational Corporate Culture mendapat perhatian yang cukup luas baik dari kalangan akademisi, praktisi bisnis maupun Orgnization theorities. Namun sejak semula konsep corporate cultur mendatangkan kontroversi. Disatu pihak ada yang menganggap bahwa prganisasi adalah hasil budaya dan dipihak Iain mengatakan organisasi mempunyai budaya (Smircich, 1983). Tcrlepas dari kontrovcrsi ini, corporate culture mempunyai karakteristik sebagai berikut (Hofstede et.al., 1990) (1) bersifat holistik;(2) ditentukan secara historis; (3) berakar pada disiplin antropologi; (4) dibangun dalam lingkungan sosial; (5) bersifet lunak; dan (6) sulit untuk berubah. Dari karakteristik ini, elemen corporate culture dapat diklasifikasikan dalam elemen yang bersifat observable dan unobservable.

Abstract

The ability to manage and understand opportunities for business development is necessarily important for the operators of the food industry, supported by knowledge sharing activities between the managers and employees and supply chain management. This study aimed to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and supply chain management on opportunity recognition skill through management skill in the food industry in Surabaya. This study involved 100 food business owners and managers in Surabaya as the research samples. This study was conducted by examining the knowledge sharing, opportunity recognition skill, and management skill, and the data obtained were analyzed using PLS. As a result, knowledge sharing was found to have a significant effect on opportunity recognition skill through management skill.

Abstract

In the information technology era, the banking industry must compete in an external environment characterized by high levels of uncertainty, complexity and change. Accidents in high-risk manufacturing organizations are generally related to safety studies. The researcher attempted to study "accidents" due to network vulnerabilities in IT-based organizations using the safety concept. This qualitative study is important because it provides analysis of IT support for organizational development. This study used multi-case study and grounded research approaches. The process of developing an information safety climate is considered an alternative solution other than technology. The study revealed that normal accident theory can be used to explain accidents in IT-based organizations. The process of developing an information security climate in banking organizations is categorized as the emergency type. The manifestation of information safety climate is attentiveness, accountability, ethical sensitivity, integrity and sustainability. Phases that need to be undergone in cultivating the safety climate are: adaptation, learning, awareness to risk, and resilience. Thus, it can be concluded that the climate of an IT-based organization is different from the climate of a non technology-based organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh insentif dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi oleh motivasi kerja dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 200 orang di Roti Gembong Gedhe Yogyakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini guna menguji pengaruh insentif terhadap motivasi kerja, mengetahui iklim kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, mengetahui pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui iklim kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, serta mengetahui iklim kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara insentif dan motivasi kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara iklim dan motivasi kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara insentif dan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara iklim kerja dan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini juga terbukti bahwa motivasi kerja memediasi insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja memediasi iklim kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Roti Gembong Gedhe Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Perceived Organizational Support dan Employe Engagement terhadap safety performance karyawan, Perceived Organizational Support terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja terhadap safety performance karyawan, Perceived Organizational Support terhadap safety performance karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bimo Transport Indonesia Yogyakarta. Pemilihan sampel sebanyak 104 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan metode convenience sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kenyamanan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis datanya adalah data primer yang bersumber langsung dari survei penyebaran kuesioner. Model penelitian akan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan komputer dengan bantuan Software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Safety Performance. (2) hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa variabel Employeed Engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Safety Performance. (3) hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perceived Organizational Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. (4) hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap safety performance karyawan. (5) Hasil pengujian hipotesis keempat menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perceived Organizational Support terhadap safety performance karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job insecurity, job stress and work-family conflict on turnover intention which is mediated by job satisfaction. This research is quantitative in nature, the data collection tool uses a questionnaire with a sample of 221 employees who work at BPO companies in Yogyakarta and uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress has no effect on job satisfaction, work-family conflict has an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on turnover intention, job insecurity has a positive effect on turnover intention, job stress has no influence on turnover intention, work-family conflict has a positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between job stress and turnover intention, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work family conflict and turnover intention..
