Abstract

After the covid-19 pandemic outbreak and the high uncertainty index during the covid-19 pandemic. The business world is experiencing a huge impact in addition to the sluggish interest of buyers is also limited in its movement. On this occasion, the researcher intends to provide an overview that can help business people, especially in purchasing goods that are useful for filling the stock of goods in the warehouse. To get maximum results and minimum error rate. Researchers use the Apriori Algorithm in analyzing stock items and use the Tanagra version 1.4 application. Research data used the sales history of the past 1 year here the data used is between May 2022 and April 2023. With a total itemset of 375. But after applying the Golden Rule (threshold), there are only 10 products with sales reaching 1623 items. This research produces a final ordered association based on the minimum support and minimum confidence that has been determined, namely 12 rules with a combination of 2 itemsets with a confidence value of 100%.

Abstract

Chatbot is one of the implementations of artificial intelligence in helping human tasks. The way the chatbot itself works is to answer questions directly according to the database that has been created. Chatbot helps online store owners answer questions from the same customers so that there is efficiency in terms of employee salaries. 40 questions that are often asked by customers to the online store admin. In its use, chatbot is one of the implementations of machine learning, where the function of machine learning itself is to improve the ability of machines to learn new information from data and develop the ability of machines to solve problems. Machine learning requires instruction from training data or input to teach machines how to solve problems, answer questions, and draw conclusions from the results of data processing. Furthermore, it is processed using Natural Language Processing (NLP). Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a branch of artificial intelligence that is able to study communication between humans and computers through natural language. The processing stages are identifying the intent, processing the input and displaying the results according to the input. Followed by testing the accuracy level. Then conduct testing using 40 question and answer data. Then obtained 36 answers that are appropriate and 4 answers that are not appropriate with the percentage of accuracy of the answers generated from the chatbot is 90 percent. The results of this test can answer the questions asked by customers. This chatbot can make it easier for customers to get information with a very good level of accuracy.

Abstract

Perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi membuat banyak perusahaan dibidang perhotelan mulai mengembangkan sistem administrasinya dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang berbasis web. Sistem informasi pemesanan kamar berbasis web dikembangkan di Hotel Tidung Nirwana Cottage. Website ini dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna dalam mencari, membandingkan, dan memesan hotel sesuai dengan preferensi mereka. Pengguna dapat mencari hotel berdasarkan lokasi, tanggal menginap, kategori, fasilitas, dan harga. Informasi yang relevan, seperti deskripsi hotel, foto, fasilitas yang disediakan, dan ulasan pengguna, juga disediakan untuk membantu pengguna membuat keputusan yang tepat. Proses pemesanan hotel di website ini sederhana dan cepat. Pengguna dapat melihat ketersediaan kamar secara real-time dan langsung memesan kamar yang diinginkan. Sistem pembayaran yang aman dan beragam metode pembayaran disediakan untuk memfasilitasi transaksi yang lancar. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan bahwa website pemesanan hotel ini dapat memberikan pengalaman yang optimal bagi pengguna, meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses pemesanan, dan mendukung pertumbuhan industri perhotelan.

Abstract

Digital data security has become very important in the current information era. One way to maintain data security is to use encryption and decryption techniques. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm has been proven effective in protecting data with a high level of security. This research aims to implement the AES-128 bit algorithm for online file encryption and decryption via a website. The method used in this research includes developing a website that provides a user interface for uploading and encrypting files, as well as for decrypting files that have been previously encrypted. The AES-128 bit algorithm is used to carry out the file encryption and decryption process. Users can choose their own encryption key or use a random key generated by the system. The result of this research is a website that can be used to efficiently secure sensitive files using the AES-128 bit algorithm. By using this website, users can easily encrypt the files they want to protect and also decrypt files that have been encrypted previously. The security of user data is guaranteed through the use of strong encryption algorithms and well-managed keys.
