Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the role of subjective well-being, transformational leadership, and organizational commitment to employee performance. This study uses a quantitative non-experimental method with a total sample of 89 marketing employees of KSP MU. The results of this study prove that subjective well-being (tcount = 2.796> 1.987; 0.006 <0.050), transformational leadership (tcount = 3.709> 1.987; 0.000 <0.050), and organizational commitment (tcount = 2.290> 1.987; 0.025 <0.050) significant and positive to employee performance separately. The three variabels also have a significant and positive effect on employee performance simultaneously (Fcount= 58,228> 2.71; 0,000 <0.050). The value of contribution / role of the three independent variabels on employee performance seen from the value of the determination coefficient (R2) that is equal to 67.3%, while the remaining 32.7% employee performance is influenced by other variabels that not included in this study. The independent variabel that most plays a role in predicting employee performance is transformational leadership which is equal to 0.379, compared to subjective well-being (0.339) and organizational commitment (0.178). So that this answers all existing hypotheses, H0 is rejected and H1 - H6 are accepted.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja perawat terhadap kinerja perawat, pelayanan prima perawat, dan kepuasan pasien RSJ Negeri Makassar. Jumlah perawat yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 101 orang dengan metode analisis jalur Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja perawat secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat (thitung>ttabel: 7.334>1.984; sig (p): 0.000ttabel: 3.453>1.984; sig (p): 0.0011.984; sig (p): 0.019ttabel: 2.158>1.984; sig (p): 0.031ttabel: 1.2540.050).

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important element in the clinical-industrial work. To measure job satisfaction can be seen from various factors that influence it. This study measures nurses' job satisfaction in psychological terms, namely therapeutic communication skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of therapeutic communication skill indicators in predicting job satisfaction in nurses of state mental hospitals in Makassar. The method used is quantitative non-experimental (ex post facto), multiple regression test. The results showed that the therapeutic communication skills indicator played a role in predicting job satisfaction by 31.7% (p <0.01) with the most instrumental indicator being the empathy indicator of 1,604 (t-count> t-table: 4,459> 2,626; sig. 000). The conclusion was that nurses who used empathetic therapeutic communication skills (empathy) were more predictable in job satisfaction compared to other communication skills such as; presence (attending skills), respect skills, and responsiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) mengetahui rumusan strategi pemasaran pada objek wisata Puncak Pasapa’ di Desa Saludengen, Kecamatan Bambang, Kabupaten Mamasa (b) mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi keunggulan objek wisata Puncak Pasapa’. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan langsung, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang berpengaruh terhadap penentuan strategi perusahaan. Pengolahan data menggunakan matriks IFE & EFE, matriks IE, matriks SWOT dan matriks QSPM. Hasil matriks IFE bernilai 2,24 dan matriks EFE bernilai 3,13, yang berarti objek wisata Puncak Pasapa’ dalam matriks IE berada pada sel II sehingga strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah Growth Strategy. Hasil analisis diagram SWOT berada pada kuadran III, dengan strategi yang dapat diterapkan adalah strategi turn around. Dalam matriks QSPM, strategi dengan TAS tertinggi adalah strategi WO (Weakness- Opportunity) sebesar 232,01. Adapun keunggulan internal objek wisata adalah variasi daya tarik wisata dengan nilai 0,28 dan keunggulan eksternal objek wisata adalah trend konsumsi wisata “Back To Nature” yang meningkat dengan nilai 0,66. This study aims to (a) find out the marketing strategy formulation at the Pasapa Peak tourism object in Saludengen Village, Bambang District, Mamasa Regency (b) to know the internal and external factors that will be the advantages of the Pasapa Peak tourism object. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literary studies. The analysis was processed based on internal and external environmental factors that affect the determination of the company's strategy. Data processing used IFE & EFE matrices, IE matrices, SWOT matrices, and QSPM matrices. The results of the IFE matrix are 2.24 and the EFE matrix is 3.13, which means the peak tourism object of Pasapa’ in the IE matrix is in cell II so the strategy that can be applied is Growth Strategy. The results of the SWOT diagram analysis are in quadrant III, with the strategy that can be applied is the turn around strategy. In the QSPM matrix, the strategy with the highest TAS is the WO (Weakness-Opportunity) strategy of 232.01. The internal superiority of a tourist attraction is the variation of tourist attraction with a value of 0.28 and the external advantage of the tourist attraction is the trend of tourism consumption "Back to Nature" which increased with a value of 0.66.

Abstract

This study aims to examine packaging design, product quality, and price in their influence on consumer buying interest. The research design used was quantitative with the number of respondents as many as 100 By. Uwibama’s consumers. This study was analyzed using SPSS 20.0 to test the validity and reliability of items, as well as normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and regression tests to determine the effect of variables partially or simultaneously. The results show that packaging design and price have a positive and partially significant effect, while product quality has no positive and partially significant effect. The results of the F test show that the packaging design, product quality, and price have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest in By. Uwibama. The most dominant variable in influencing the buying interest of By.Uwibama’s products is a price variable. Keywords : packaging design, product quality, price, buying interest

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat penggunaan e-wallet pada mahasiswa STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden mahasiswa aktif yang menggunakan e-wallet. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi berganda yang didahului dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Penemuan hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji T, uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan, kemudahan, dan keamanan mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet pada mahasiswa STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar. Kepercayaan, kemudahan, dan keamanan juga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat penggunaan e-wallet. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest in using e-wallet in STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar students. The research sample used was 80 active student respondents who use e-wallet. The type of data used is primary data and the research method used is quantitative. Sampling was done using purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple regression test which was preceded by validity and reliability tests. The discovery of the hypothesis was carried out using the T test, F test, and the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results showed that the variables of trust, convenience, and security had a significant positive effect on the interest in using e-wallet in STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar students. Trust, convenience, and security also simultaneously influence the interest in using e-wallet

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the analysis of the STIE Nobel Indonesia’s development strategy design using a balanced scorecard from the perspective of finance, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The research design used was qualitative, involving 17 people of resource persons using a purposive sampling as a sampling technique and conducted at the STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar campus, from December 2020 to March 2021. The data analysis method included triangulation from interviews, observations, and secondary / supporting data in the form of the STIE Nobel Indonesia Strategic Plan 2020-2024, and 9 Accreditation Criteria from BAN-PT. This study produced several development strategies designs from a financial perspective as many as 2 strategic targets with 2 strategic initiatives. From the customer's perspective there are 5 strategic objectives with 17 strategic initiatives. The internal business process perspective contains 11 strategic objectives with 42 strategic initiatives. Meanwhile, the learning and growth perspective has 5 strategic targets with 26 strategic initiatives. Keywords : development strategy, balanced scorecard

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang cocok oleh Dedaku Food And Drink (b) mengetahui faktor-factor strategi internal dan eksternal yang tepat pada Dedaku Food And Drink (c) menyimpulkan/merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan Dedaku Food And Drink. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil dari analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa Dedaku Food and Drink berada pada kuadran I, dimana posisi tersebut merupakan situasi yang sangat menguntungkan. Strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth-orieted strategy) dengan memaksimalkan kekuatan (strength) dan peluang (opportunity) menghasilkan strategi SO, yaitu memaksimalkan banyaknya varian produk, meningkatkan promosi melalui media sosial, dan mempertahankan kualitas produk dengan keberadaan bahan baku yang melimpah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan juga tingginya morbiditas dan kualitas pelayanan yang harus diberikan kepada pelanggan/pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Lasinrang Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional yang merupakan salah satu desain penelitian analitik dan tergolong dalam jenis penelitian observasional. Populasi adalah pasien rawat inap di RSUD daerah Lasinrang, sedangkan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode accidental sampling sebanyak 115 responden, data yang diperoleh dan dianalisis secara linear, serta uji signifikansi t, F, dan R2. Hasil penelitian ini, pelayanan dokter, pelayanan keperawatan, fasilitas pendukung dan pelayanan administrasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Lasinrang. Kesimpulan Hasil perhitungan statistik menunjukkan nilai F hitung = 56,719 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Bahwa secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan, di sarangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Lasinrang Kab.Pinrang. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pasien
