<![CDATA[Dikarenakan pada saat ini berada dalam kondisi pandemi COVID 19, mengharuskan untuk melakukan social distancing. Penggunaan digital komunikasi sangat dibutuhkan, maka dari itu komunikasi digital dapat kita gunakan dalam kegiatan remaja mesjid, khususnya Organisasi Remaja Masjid Jamiek. Dengan adanya teknologi komunikasi digital ini kita dapat berkomunikasi secara tidak langsung atau bertatap muka dengan seseorang atau banyak orang yang akan kita ajak berkomunikasi. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan implementasi dalam pemanfaatan komunikasi digital. Berdasarkan tujuan ini, memanfaatkan sosial media seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Meet, dan lain-lain untuk mendukung kegiatan remaja mesjid. <![CDATA[Decision support system is a system adopted from human knowledge, which can help people in the decision making process. In research conducted at PT Coal Bukit Asam (Persero) authors see most of the systems currently used in the search process of promotion of employees still in manual form, causing the length of the assessment process associated with a promotion for every employee of the company in accordance with any the criteria that have been specified company. Various weighting of criteria and sub criteria established companies are always considered manager to each process of inputting assessment. Therefore, the authors make a decision support system application manager that can facilitate the process of inputting weight rating decision promotion of employees in accordance with the criteria and sub-criteria that have been specified company. Application decision support system of promotion is designed using Analytical Hierarchy Process that the process to obtain the priority weighting is done by comparing each criteria and sub-criteria. Decision to be achieved can help managers to determine who the employees are entitled to a promotion in accordance with keptusan obtained from the application of this decision-making system.]]>

<![CDATA[Due to the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to practice social distancing. The use of digital communication is needed, therefore we can use digital communication in mosque youth activities, especially the Jamiek Mosque Youth Organization. With this digital communication technology, we can communicate indirectly or face to face with someone or many people with whom we will communicate. The purpose of this paper is to provide information and implementation in the use of digital communication. Based on this goal, utilizing social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Meet, and others to support the activities of mosque youth. The results show that digital communication can maximize mosque youth activities, facilitate long-distance communication, obtain remote information, reduce costs, and shorten time.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of electronic media is expected to help the archive managers to manage their archives effectively and efficiently. By using electronic media in the management of Archives will be obtained the benefits of speed, convenience and savings. The purpose of speed here is through the use of electronic media, the process of searching, discovering, distributing and processing data is carried out in a short time. The purpose of the ease of use of electronic media is the ease in terms of search, distribution and processing of data, which is efficient in the use of electronic media that can reduce energy, mind and save costs in managing archives. With these reasons, at present many organizations / agencies that use electronic media in the management of archives, ranging from simple to sophisticated. At the Forestry Service of North Sumatera Provinceexperience difficulties in the management of receiving and storing various letters, reports, forms and so on. The administration section is one of the parts of the Forestry Service of North Sumatra province of Batujajar. This work Unit manages the archives as the end result of administrative activities. One type of archive that is managed is the Mail Files. This file has not been done electronically.]]>

<![CDATA[WFZ Book Store is a Book Store that provides various types of books. The sales process is done offline where the costumer has to visit the store to make a purchase. The process of recording data using the ledger makes it difficult for WFZ Book Store to make sales reports because it has to collect transaction data in the ledger, it causes difficulties to know the available Book stock because it has to check every sales transaction in the ledger. WFZ Book Store requires an information system that can manage book sales data onlineagarcostumers can easily view book data, stockand book online reservations. With the wfz Book Store information system can facilitate the customer in managing book data and store customer data that has made transactions also WFZ Book Store does not find it difficult to provide book purchase transaction data for the customer, so that the data can be used for book recommendations by finding the set of data that most often appear in a data set. Datamining techniques have been widely used to overcome existing problems, one of which is the application of a-priori algorithms to find association rules formed from book purchase transaction datasets. So it will be known the association between the title of the book purchased. The association rules between book titles formed from the mining process can later be used by the WFZ Book Store to increase the number of books purchased, besides that it can be used for the procurement of books from the association rules of frequently purchased books, it can also be developed into a knowledge base for the book purchase recommendation system. The Output is in the form of a priori algorithm analysis software.]]>

<![CDATA[Diseases of the teeth and mouth are one of the many health problems that often interfere with the activities of sufferers. Diseases attack indiscriminately Reed both children and adults. Dental and oral health is an important thing that needs to be considered. Problems that occur in the teeth and mouth must be handled properly so as not to cause other problems that occur due to improper handling. Doctors are required to provide decisions quickly, and accurately in diagnosing diseases suffered by their patients. But to make such a diagnosis is not easy, considering that each disease has more than one symptom, and several different diseases have almost the same symptoms. Decision - making in diagnosing the disease carefully and appropriately must be done quickly for the treatment process of the disease. Especially for young doctors and all doctors if they find cases that are difficult to diagnose, they will generally be guided by books. This will certainly take time and effort. Treatment for this problem is to build an expert system application that functions to diagnose diseases of the teeth and mouth. This expert system application is expected to help doctors in deciding to diagnose diseases quickly or become a matter of consideration or reference.]]>

<![CDATA[The high level of competition in the world of welding services business today makes the welding workshop entrepreneurs struggle hard to optimize the human resources as the welders own. The task is to recruit a skilled worker. This is due to the fact that the company is able to compete in the world of business services, the manufacturer of welding is very interested in the quality of the product so that the consumer is interested in improving the services offered by the business owner. In this study, to support the results of decision-making made in the recruitment process of welders, the SMARTER method is applied. On the final results of this study can be seen that the results of the application of the SMARTER method for comparison with 5 alternatives that are selected, that is, who obtained the first ranking is Joko with a value of 1.74. Then in the next ranking position is Tian (1.56) as the second ranking, Rian (1.06) third rank, Raden R (0.88) fourth ranking, and Budi Ramadhan (0.36) in the last ranking position]]>

<![CDATA[Berdasarkan kurikulum pembelajaran 2013, penggunaan pelaporan nilai elektronik / e-rapor merupakan salah satu upaya peningkatan kualitas pada pendidikan yang dilaksanakan oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan (Kemendikbud). hal tersebut terbukti secara bertahap pada kota-kota besar di Indonesia E-Rapor sudah diharuskan diterapkan pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Penerapan E-Rapor diharapkan mampu memberikan transparansi penilaian dan komitmen pengajar dalam memberikan penilaian sesuai dengan kewajibannya. Namun demikian bagi daerah-daerah yang berada diluar kota besar khususnya pulau Jawa, masih banyak kebijakan-kebijakan yang masih sulit diimplementasikan dikarenakan faktor infrastruktur dan juga kendala biaya. Kelompok Kerja Raudhatul Athfal (KKRA) merupakan kelompok taman kanak-kanak (TK) yang beranggotan beberapa TK seKabupaten Minahasa. Selama ini anggota KKRA dalam memberikan rapor bagi siswa masih manual dengan mengumpulkan seluruh hasil karya harian siswa dan disatukan dengan penilaian lain yang akan diberikan pada akhir semester, hal ini tentu kurang efektif karena dengan banyaknya proses latihan dan belajar berakibat pada rapor yang diberikan terlalu tebal dan memakan banyak biaya, selain itu dengan sistem pelaporan hasil belajar siswa setiap harinya kepada wali siswa yang diberikan pada akhir semester dirasa kurang efektif dikarenakan wali tidak bisa langsung memberikan bantuan belajar siswa dirumah berdasarkan apa yang dilakukan disekolah setiap harinya. E-rapor selain menjadikan proses pendidikan lebih efektif dan mampu meningkatkan proses pembelajaran, diharapkan juga mampu menjadi inovasi bagi sekolah khususnya taman kanak-kanak yang selama ini masih dianggap menjadi jenjang pendidikan yang kurang perlu untuk diperhatikan. Target luaran yang akan dicapai diantaranya kelompok KKRA mampu memberikan pelayanan berupa pelaporan pertumbuhan anak di sekolah secara rutin setiap harinya serta rapor yang diberikan sudah berupa digital dan lebih mudah dalam pengarsipan.]]>

<![CDATA[Job vacancies are information that is really needed by many people with a very fast update rate, because it is related to the acceptance deadline. Speed of information and suitability of abilities are basic criteria in the job search process when applying for jobs. However, the distribution of this information is quite difficult to obtain when you have to look for the source of the information in certain places first. For this reason, a solution is needed to simplify these difficulties. The software development methodology used in the system development process is the waterfall methodology. In this methodology, several steps are taken to build software, namely software engineering, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing. By carrying out stages based on the methodology, it is hoped that the application will be built according to needs and can be used by consumers. The Job Seeker Application is an application that can help disseminate job vacancy information for job seekers and employers to assist the job application process directly for job seekers.]]>
