Abstract

This examines to analyze the employee performance management in the Directorate of Rivers and Coastal at the Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. The problem that Directorate of River and Coastal at Directorate General of Water Resources Ministry of Public Works and Housing facing are : The decrease of human resource, the decrease of effectiveness the position, the effective job, there’s Gap between director and employee, this research has made to analyze and to get description about how is Employee Performance to the Performance Management in the Directorate of River and Coastal at Directorate General of Water Resources Ministry of Public Works and Housing. The research method that used is qualitative and descriptive. While using interview and observe technique. The population in this research is employee that amount 54 people by informant 5 people. Even though the file analyses has done as qualitative and before has done observe participate where researcher combine with has checked it and researcher also action as observer. The result of this research concluded that the employee’s performance was good. The result obtained from the average value of Employee Performance Target (SKP) amounted to 90,97. Hopefully the results of this research can be useful and can improve employee performance, especially in the Directorate of River and Coastal at Directorate General of Water Resources Ministry of Public Works and Housing

Abstract

Health services are the most basic public services that must be carried out by the government to achieve a prosperous society. It is on this basis that the Government needs to improve the quality of public health with social security, namely the National Health Insurance (JKN), through the Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS). The focus of this research is how on the quality of health services provided by a private hospital to BPJS participants. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. This study aims to answer the questions about the quality of service at hospital X in Bogor City for BPJS participants and what efforts should be made to provide satisfaction to BPJS participants. Data collection was carried out by observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews with ten BPJS participants and an expert in the field of public policy. The results of this study indicate that the service quality of hospital X in Bogor City that consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy still needs to be improved to provide satisfaction to BPJS health participants.

Abstract

Orang yang memiliki kemampuan sosial dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik cenderung lebih berhasil dibanding dengan mereka yang tidak memiliki kemampuan tersebut, dan salah satu faktor yang banyak menentukan keberhasilan dalam menjalin komunikasi dengan orang lain adalah kompetensi interpersonal. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal fresh graduates apa yang harus dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan fresh graduate agar memiliki kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur kepada 10 Human Resources Manager yang telah memiliki pengalaman dalam merekrut fresh graduate selama lebih dari 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para fresh graduates masih harus meningkatkan kualitasnya dalam komunikasi interpersonal khususnya kemampuan berinisiasi, manajemen konflik, empati, kesetaraan, kemampuan mendengarkan, komunikasi efektif, kesadaran diri, dan Kerjasama tim.

Abstract

Village apparatus are public service staff who have duties and responsibilities for services to the community and assist the village head in carrying out his duties to provide services to the community expectations. Therefore, village apparatus is required to have commitment, ability, skills, and feelings of sincere concern and require a high sense of empathy in carrying out their duties to serve the community. The hope is that the community will feel comfortable and satisfied with receiving services from village staff in resolving all administrative problems. However, this is not the case with what happens in the field. There are still many complaints from the public regarding the services provided by the apparatus at the village office. This research is aimed at answering the question of how public services are implemented in village offices in 5 provinces in Indonesia, namely West Java, Data collection was carried out using documentation and semi-structured interviews with community members and staff at the village office. The results of the research show that the indicators of service quality have not been implemented by staff in village offices in Indonesia. Apart from that, the quality of service of staff must be improved through training programs.

Abstract

In Indonesia, many types of start-up businesses or start-up companies have started to emerge and are growing very rapidly. We can easily find start-up companies in various sectors. Of these startups, some are expected to emerge from campuses through student startups that have big ideas and ideas and are supported by business incubators at each university. However, unfortunately, not all student startups can run smoothly. Many of them failed and were eventually forced to close. One of the reasons is the lack of guidance and training from the university where he attends. The important provision that must be given now is how to become an agile leader or entrepreneur in the current VUCA era. This research is aimed at answering the question of how training or guidance is provided by universities to startup management students, and how 'Agile Leadership' training is implemented. This is qualitative research with a case study approach at the XYZ campus in Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews with 15 startup management students. The results of this research show that "agile leadership" training is very important to be given to startup management students so they can understand how to deal with change and uncertainty in the VUCA era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax services and taxpayer compliance on tax revenue at the Jakarta Senen Pratama Tax Service Office (KPP) in 2024. Tax revenue is a major component in the State Budget (APBN), so its success is highly dependent on the effectiveness of tax services and the level of taxpayer compliance. The problems that occur at the Jakarta Senen Pratama Tax Service Office include fluctuations in tax revenue and the still low level of compliance in reporting Corporate Taxpayer SPTs, which can have implications for not achieving the revenue target. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using simple random sampling with a total of 100 Individual Taxpayers registered with the Jakarta Senen Pratama Tax Service Office. The data was processed using SPSS Version 27, to determine the magnitude of the influence the researcher used the F test, T test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence of Tax Services on Tax Revenue of 62.4%. There was a positive and significant influence of Taxpayer Compliance on Tax Revenue of 53.7%. Taxation Services and Taxpayer Compliance simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Tax Revenue at KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Senen by  66.7%.

Abstract

This study discusses Tax Knowledge and Tax Audit. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Tax Knowledge and Tax Audit on Taxpayer Compliance. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were effective Taxpayers in 2023 at the Jakarta Sawah Besar Satu Tax Office. The population of individual taxpayers in 2023 was 1,101 Taxpayers. The number of samples in this study was 92. The data analysis methods used included instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it is known that Tax Knowledge has a significant effect with a t count of 6.396, Tax Audit has a significant effect with a t count of 2.772. The results of the F (Simultaneous) test show an F count of 20.274 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis of Tax Knowledge and Tax Audit on Taxpayer Compliance is accepted. The simultaneous effect is 31.3%.

Abstract

Regulations containing the VAT refund policy are a right for every taxpayer. This research was conducted to analyze the settlement of value added tax refunds at KPP Pratama Jakarta Menteng Dua in 2023. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the settlement of VAT refunds carried out at KPP Pratama Pratama Jakarta Menteng Dua is in accordance with procedures. Although existing regulations provide clear guidance for the tax authorities, technical and bureaucratic obstacles remain challenges. The collaborative work climate and facilities provided at KPP Pratama Jakarta Menteng Dua also support the completion of restitution. The main obstacles identified include taxpayers' lack of understanding of regulations, technical obstacles, and complicated bureaucracy. To overcome this obstacle, it is recommended to increase outreach and education, update information technology systems, and simplify procedures. This research emphasizes the importance of good understanding and effective coordination to improve the efficiency and quality of the VAT refund process.

Abstract

Bogor Regency boasts beautiful natural landscapes and is supported by its natural potential, making it a highly favored tourist destination for both International and Domestic Tourists. Tourism plays an important role as it can be a leading sector in Economic Growth and Regional Income. In an effort to Increase Regional Tax Revenue, the issue faced by the Bogor Regency Government in tapping the potential Tax Revenue from the Entertainment sector is the suboptimal collection of Entertainment Tax, such as the Lack of Human Resources, and the Low Levels of Compliance and Payment Obligations from Taxpayers themselves. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The researcher develops concepts and gathers facts, but does not test hypotheses. This study analyzes the Regional potential, then records the targets and realizations of Regional Tax Revenue, as well as the collection related to Regional Taxes during the observation year. Entertainment Tax plays a significant role according to its development. Therefore, the Local Government can make the Entertainment business one of the potential sources to be taxed. Areas that have the potential to Increase Entertainment Tax Revenue are those that have tourist attractions and also contain Entertainment businesses. The strategy to Increase Entertainment Tax Revenue at the Regional Revenue Agency of Bogor Regency has been running well, which includes the Regional Civil Service Agency forming an intensification and extensification collection team. The Regional Civil Service Agency has improved the work skills and knowledge of employees by providing guidance and training to employees as an effort to increase the competence of Tax Officers

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin terhadap kinerja Penanganan Prasarana Dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) Pada Kelurahan Jelambar Baru Jakarta Barat. Karena keterbatasan waktu dan intensitas penelitian maka peneliti membatasi variabel yang diteliti yaitu budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin (X) dan kinerja karyawan (Y). Ruang lingkup pada penelitian ini hanya dibatasi pada pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin terhadap kinerja Penanganan Prasarana Dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) Pada Kelurahan Jelambar Baru Jakarta Barat. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dan Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 65 petugas Penanganan Prasarana Dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) Pada Kelurahan Jelambar Baru Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yaitu terkait dengan budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif budaya organisasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Penanganan Prasarana Dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) Pada Kelurahan Jelambar Baru Jakarta Barat. Melalui uji signifikasi dengan menggunakan distribusi F, diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar (85,316) > Ftable sebesar (2,75) sehingga berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh tersebut maka Ho ditolak dan H4 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama budaya organisasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Penanganan Prasarana Dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) Pada Kelurahan Jelambar Baru Jakarta Barat. 80,8% keragaman variabel kinerja pegawai disebabkan oleh perbedaan variabel budaya organisasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja, sisanya sebanyak 19,5% disebabkan oleh faktor lain.
