Abstract

Kecanduan internet telah menyerang tak hanya orang dewasa, melainkan pelajar bahkan anak-anak. Hal yang sering tejadi dikalangan pelajar setelah mengenal internet dan memasuki situs pertemanan yang ada di internet seperti Facebook, twitter, instagram dan sebagainya. Internet merupakan media yang menyajikan informasi apa saja yang dapat diakses semua orang dengan cara yang cepat dan mudah. Hasil survey awal, remaja usia sekolah di wilyah pesisir Pantai Nirwana Di Kelurahan Sulaa, Kecamatan Betoambari, Kota Baubau rata-rata menggunakan smartphone yang bisa terkoneksi dengan internet. Para remaja hampir semua menggunakan twitter, instagram dan facebook sebagai sarana yang memperlihatkan eksistensi dirinya dan membangun citra diri mereka. Saat ini pihak masyarakat dikelurahan tersebut membutuhkan pelatihan atau workshop terkait pemanfaatan media internet. Hal ini perlu dilakukan guna menambah pengetahuan dan peningkatkan keterampilan remaja dalam penggunaan teknologi di bidang pariwisata. Semakin canggih teknologi saat ini tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan pariwisata khususnya promosi bidang pariwisata. Untuk itu dibutuhkan peran masyarakat termasuk remaja usia sekolah yang memiliki kompetensi dalam bidang pariwisata. Oleh karna itu, pengabdi berinisiatif untuk melakukan kegiatan pelatihan Citizen Journalism bagi remaja usia sekolah sebagai penunjang promosi pariwisata di wilyah pesisir Pantai Nirwana Di Kelurahan Sulaa, Kecamatan Betoambari, Kota Baubaui yang bertujuan untuk (1) memberikan pemahaman kepada remaja usia sekolah tentang pemanfaatan internet sebagai media untuk mempromosikan potensi pariwisata. (2) memberikan pemahaman terkait optimalisasi media sosial dan pentingkan mempromosikan pariwisata melalui karya citizen journalism yang diunggah ke akun media online. Luaran yang diharapkan pada kegiatan Abdimas ini adalah para peserta mampu memahami Optimalisasi  Pemanfaatan Media Online, kemudian peserta juga memiliki Keterampilan komunikasi (Public Relations) dalam menunjang bidang pariwisata yang pada akhirnya para peserta dapat  memahami terkait citizen journalism sebagai penunjang dalam meningkatkan skill serta komunikasi peserta dalam promosi bidang pariwisata.Keempat, peserta akan menerima tentang pemanfaatan komunikasi Visual sebagai skill tambahan dalam kegiatan promosi partiwisata. Terakhir, peserta akan praktik membuat berita yang kemudian diunggah di akun sosial media peserta masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of airport construction on socio-economic and territorial changes in the community in Ambaipua village, Ranomeeto sub-district, South Konawe district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, one type of research whose aim is to present a complete picture of the social setting or is intended for exploration and clarification of a phenomenon or social reality, by describing those with regard to the problem and the unit under study between the phenomena being tested. Meanwhile, the informants in this study are the people of Ambaipua Village who work at Halu Oleo Airport and the people of Ambaipua Village around Halu Oleo Airport.The results showed that: 1) Social impact: Increased population mobility, Improvement of community social networks, Social Interaction. 2) Economic Impact: Increase in negotiations and trade agreements, Shipping of trade goods. 3) Territorial Impact: Creating new jobs for the community, Increasing community income, Creating healthy price stability.

Abstract

Anak tuna rungu wicara merupakan salah satu penyandang distabilitas tubuh yang ingin mendapat perhatian  terpenuhi dengan adanya program-program dari pemerintah. Salah satunya yaitu  melalui sistem pelayanan berbasis panti, dan salah satu lembaga yang melaksanakan program ini adalah Panti Sosial Bina Rungu Wicara Meohai (PSBRW) Kendari, yang dalam pelaksanaannya dilapangan tidak terlepas dari kontrol pihak panti baik itu individu, kelompok dan masyarakat yang mengalami distabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam lagi mengenai proses dan hambatan pelayanan yang ada di Panti Sosial Bina Rungu Wicara Meohai PSBRW Kendari, serta proses  pelayanan Panti Sosial Bina Rungu Wicara Meohai Kendari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi informan dalam penelitian ini adalah empat orang siswa-siswi , dua orang pekerja sosial. Sumber data yang di gunakan sumber data primer dan  skunder, selanjutnya hasil penelitian ini dianalisis. Berdasarkan hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa panti sosial bina  rungu wicara membentuk pelakasanaan bimbingan keterampilan dan bimbingan materi lainnya baik individu maupun berkelompok namun demikian panti bina rungu wicara  kekurangan tenaga ahli yang memiliki sertifikat SIBI, selain itu panti sosial bina rungu wicara terkendala oleh anggaran, sarana dan prasarana  yang terbatas. Hal ini yang menjadi hambatan pelayanan bagi pihak panti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of women workers in the informal sector in improving family welfare in Abeli Village, Abeli District, Kendari City, to find out the driving factors and inhibitors of the existence of women workers (wives) in the informal sector in Abeli Village, Abeli District, Kendari City, and the welfare conditions of workers' families woman (wife) in the informal sector in Abeli Kacamatan Abeli Kelurahan of Kendari City. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The existence of female workers (wives) in the informal sector in improving family welfare in Abeli Sub-District Abeli District of Kendari City was influenced by several reasons including not requiring high education, the unavailability of jobs in accordance with the level of education, the ability to divide time between work and take care of the household and the social system applied by the community give equal roles between men and women in the workforce. Factors driving the existence of female workers (wives) in the informal sector in Abeli Sub-district, Abeli District, Kendari City include motivation to increase family income and for an economy that does not depend on husbands, while factors inhibiting the existence of women workers (wives) in the informal sector in increasing family welfare in Abeli Sub-district Abeli District of Kendari City is age. As for the family welfare conditions of female workers (wives) in the informal sector in Abeli Sub-District, Abeli District has been fulfilled. This can be seen from the fulfillment of material needs, namely clothing, food and shelter needs. Fulfillment of mental / spiritual needs, namely the spiritual needs of family members and the fulfillment of social needs, namely the need for feeling accepted by the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the village government's efforts in disseminating the ministerial decision No. 8 of 2017 concerning land use home gardens to improve the welfare of the family and community responses to the socialization of land use homestead in the village of North Kec.Kulisusu Kab.Buton Wamboule North. This study used descriptive qualitative data collection techniques are observation, interview, documentation. Informants of this research consisted of 10 people, which is 3 people as key informants (The Villages) and 7 as an additional informant (Society).These results indicate that the government's lack of socialization village homestead on land use so there are many people who do not understand and do not take advantage of home gardens as productive land, then to continue this program of village government distribute plant seeds every 3 months to the public. People who use land has obtained good results and enough help to meet the needs of everyday family consumption and can reduce and increase household income by selling crops with obtain Rp20,000-Rp25,000 per day. While people who do not take advantage of homestead land caused because not understand the purpose of the land use yard so it is not keen to implement this program. It is also no desire of people's self-due to lazy and do not like eating vegetables.

Abstract

Village facililtators are tasked with overseeing development from then planning, implementation, and monitoring stages. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of village facilitators in the implementation of the clean water program (pipanization) towards community welfare and to dertermine the factors that support and hinder the role of village assistants in the implementation of the clean water program (pipanization) towards community welfare in the village of wasalabose, kulisusu District north button. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were village assistants, wasalabose village head, village secretary, field workers and the community. The results of this study indicate that first, the role of village assistants in the implementation of the clean water frogram (pipanization) namely planning, implementation, utilization, and maintenance. Second, the supporting factor of this clean water program is the existence of adequate resources, which is certainly very helpful in implementing the program so that it runs well. The availability of resources, community participation and cooperation. Third, the inhibiting factors of the clean water program are the quality and quantity of water, as well as budgeting. The existence of a rule or policy made by the government is an effort to build and achieve prosperity. To achieve this walfare the policy must be implemented as well as possible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of the implementation of the empowerment of farming groups in an effort to improve community welfare in Kampani Village, Wadaga District, West Muna Regency. The method used in this research is through field research by using interview and observation techniques to empower farming groups in an effort to improve community welfare. The results showed that the implementation of the empowerment of farming groups in an effort to improve the welfare of the community by fostering a desire to change. Develop the ability to participate, increase the role in the desire for empowerment and also the development of motivations for change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Strategi pekerja pencetak batu merah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga serta faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pekerja pencetakan batu merah di Desa Langgea Kecamatan Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pekerja batu merah adalah dengan cara menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis dengan bekerja sebagai pencetak batu merah adalah salah satu strategi untuk dapat mensejahterakan keluarga karena dengan bekerja sebagai pencetak batu merah dapat membantu semua anggota keluarga yang lain agar dapat terpenuhi kebutuhan sehari-harinya seperti makan, pakaian sampai dengan sekolah untuk anak, membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dengan cara memenuhi kebutuhan jasmani keluarga yaitu menggunakan hasil gaji untuk keperluan membeli makanan, keperluan rumah tangga, pakaian anak sampai dengan biaya sekolah anak. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pekerja pencetak batu merah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga yaitu pendapatan. Hal tersebut terjadi karena pendapatan pendapatan dari bekerja sebagai pekerja pencetak batu merah dapat digunakan untuk keperluan sehari-hari. Selanjutnya dengan bekerja sebagai pencetak batu merah mereka yakin dapat meningkatkan taraf kehidupan keluarga mereka agar mencapai kesejahteraan yaitu dengan menggunakan pendapatan mereka semata-mata untuk kebutuhan keluarga maupun sebagai tabungan. Kata Kunci: Keluarga, Strategi, Kesejahteraan
