Abstract

Kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa perlu secara terus-menerus untuk ditingkatkan, melalui berbagai model pembelajaran yang sejalan dengan standar proses pembelajaran yang ditetapkan pemerintah, salah satunya adalah Model Pembelajaran Matematika Knisley(MPMK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, (1) mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Matematika Knisley, dan (2) mengetahui sikap siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran menurut model pembelajaran tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas X-3 di SMA Negeri 1 Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dar tiga siklus pembelajaran dengan jumlah siswa 36 orang. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui instrumen tes tertulis, skala sikap, lembar observasi dan wawancara, diperoleh kesimpulan, (1) MPMK dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas X-3 SMA Negeri 1 Bandung, dan (2) siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap proses pembelajaran dengan MPMK. Peningkatan penalaran siswa melalui MPMK mengembangkan kebiasaaan belajarnya berdasarkan model pembelajaran ini.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran matematika knisley (mpmk), penalaran matematis

Abstract

This study was conducted at fishing ports in Sibolga city by surveymethods. Survey was conducted on three fishing ports as sample. Its expectedrepresentative all the fishing port at Sibolga city, which divided three catagorize,i.e. large, medium and small fishing port. Purpose of this study is to knowefficiency level of the fishing port’s facilities. The survey result showed averageof effeciency of facilities utilization at Sibolga city fishing port was 50-100%. Theefficiency of heigbour loading was 63.89%, heigbour uploading was 60.70%,manuver area was 70%, depth water of manuver area was 100%, jetty was 50%and ice storage 71.10%.

The purpose of this research is, (1) the increase in students 'mathematical reasoning skills using Knisley Mathematics Learning Model, and (2) determine students' attitudes to learning in the learning model. The research method used was action research (PTK). With research subjects class X-3 in SMA Negeri 1 Bandung. The study consisted of three cycles dar number of students learning with 36 people. Based on the data obtained through a written test instruments, attitude scales, observation and interview sheet, the conclusion, (1) MPMK can enhance mathematical reasoning class X-3 SMA Negeri 1 Bandung, and (2) students responded positively to the learning process with MPMK. Improved reasoning MPMK develop habits of students through learning based model of learning.

Abstract

A heat exchanger is a device that is used to change the temperature or fluid phase by absorbing or releasing heat between the hot fluid and the cold fluid. One type of heat exchanger that is most widely used in industry is shell and tube. Optimal heat exchanger performance has an important role to support production stability in various industries. The performance of shell and tube heat exchangers is affected by fouling factors which are the formation of deposits on the surface of the heat exchanger which can inhibit heat transfer and increase the resistance to fluid flow in the heat exchanger. After analysis, it is known that the mass flow rate of the flue gas is 0.06523 kg/s, the effectiveness of the heat exchanger is 66.837%, the overall gross area is 3.317350717 m2, and the effective heat transfer area is 2.211567145 m2.
