Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java Province during the 2020-2022 period. MSMEs have a function in the region by increasing employment opportunities, raising residents' income, and facilitating economic development. Secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the West Java Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs were used in this study. Descriptive statistical methods are used to illustrate the growth trend in the number of MSMEs, dominant business sectors, geographical distribution, and contribution to regional GDP.The results show an increase in the number of MSMEs in West Java during this period, despite the CORONA pandemic having a profound effect on their operations and income. The trade and services sector is the most dominant sector in MSME growth, while the distribution of MSMEs is more concentrated in urban areas compared to rural areas. The study also found that MSMEs in West Java contribute significantly to the regional economy, although they still face various challenges such as access to capital, technology and markets.The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of government support through policies that support access to capital, capacity building, and market access for MSMEs. Policy recommendations include providing incentives, training programs, and facilitating market access through digitalization and online platforms. This research is expected to be a resource for policy makers and related parties in an effort to advance the MSME sector in West Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital literacy and students' analytical abilities in the context of technology-based learning, as well as to identify the challenges and solutions in its implementation. Digital literacy, which includes technical skills and the critical ability to access and evaluate information, is believed to influence how students think and solve problems analytically. The method used in this research is a literature review with a qualitative approach, where the author collects and analyzes various journals, articles, and previous studies related to digital literacy and technology-based education. The results show that although high digital literacy can enhance students' analytical abilities, there are several key challenges faced, including the digital access gap, the unpreparedness of most teachers to integrate technology into learning, and the lack of students' understanding of the importance of critical thinking. Additionally, the proposed solutions include increasing teacher training, developing curricula that integrate digital literacy, and using problem-based learning (PBL) models that can facilitate the improvement of students' analytical abilities. The conclusion of this study is that to maximize the potential of technology-based learning, a holistic approach is needed, involving strengthening students' digital literacy, improving teacher readiness, and providing more equitable access to technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok terhadap peningkatan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas X Perbankan di SMK Pondok Pesantren Abu Manshur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pre-test post-test. Sampel terdiri dari 8 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive dan dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan berupa konseling kelompok dengan teknik diskusi. Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data dari kedua kelompok berdistribusi normal, dengan nilai signifikansi Shapiro-Wilk masing-masing sebesar 0,900 (kontrol) dan 0,532 (eksperimen). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan sosial baik pada kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol, namun peningkatan pada kelompok eksperimen lebih signifikan. Skor rata-rata pretest pada kelompok eksperimen adalah 66,5 meningkat menjadi 95 pada posttest. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa.

Abstract

Peran guru bimbingan dan konseling menjadi sangat penting sebagai pendamping sekaligus motivator bagi siswa dalam menentukan arah masa depan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN 4 Cirebon dengan tujuan bagaimana guru BK berperan dalam memotivasi siswa kelas XII untuk melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan gambaran nyata mengenai strategi dan layanan yang dilakukan oleh guru BK MAN 4 Cirebon antara lain melakukan pendekatan terhadap siswa, memotivasi siswa dalam situasi apapun, memberikan informasi tentang pentingnya motivasi, serta manfaat motivasi yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi kehidupan selanjutnya di masa depan.
