Abstract

In the current era of globalization, many significant changes have occurred in life in various sectors, especially in the industrialization sector. One of the main challenges in the industrialization sector is in the field of personnel, where the challenge is in terms of managing organizational resources effectively and eliminating ineffective practices, management is required to always develop new ways to attract and retain high-calibre employees and managers. the level required for an organization to be able to compete. This research aims to research and analyze the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT Multiarindo Surabaya. The sample in this study was 60 respondents using a saturated sample with Likert scale weighting. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results showed that Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Multiarindo Surabaya employees.

Abstract

In sales transaction, there are many methods that the company needs to compete with other competitors. Nowadays, many company use internet network or online sales to improve their sales. Online sales can improve company's sales along with high public interest in online shopping. With using online media, transaction process will be improved, integrated and increased the company's percormance. PT. Wihadil not yet using online media in business activity. This make sales was done manually and not efficient. Solution for this problem is a computerized information system. The analysis using observation method, interview method, and literature review. The system analysis report using PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service). The design system using object-oriented analysis method with Unified Modelling Language (UML). The purpose of the analysis is to discover sales proces and problems in PT. Wihadil. With applying online sales information system, the company can raise market opportunity, can have efficient transaction and well-integrated data sales, and can improve the service for.

Abstract

Abstract

Tanah gambut berpotensi untuk digunakan dalam pengembangan tanaman kale. Kesuburan menjadi kendala utama untuk memanfaatkannya dalam budidaya kale. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kesuburannya diantaranya dengan penggunaan bokashi limbah jeruk dan pupuk urea. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan komposisi bokashi limbah buah jeruk dan pupuk urea dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kale pada tanah gambut. Penelitian ini mengunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap ( RAL) terdiri dari 6 perlakuan komposisi bokashi limbah buah jeruk dan pupuk urea yang diulang 5 kali. Setiap unit percobaan menggunakan 3 tanaman sampel. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu bokashi limbah buah jeruk + pupuk Urea 250 kg/ha, 5 ton/ha bokashi limbah buah jeruk + pupuk urea 200 kg/ha, 10 ton/ha bokashi limbah buah jeruk + pupuk urea 150 kg/ha, 15 ton/ha bokashi limbah buah jeruk + pupuk urea 100 kg/ha, 20 ton/ha bokashi limbah buah jeruk + pupuk urea 50 kg/ha, 25 ton/ha bokashi limbah buah jeruk + tanpa pupuk urea. Variabel pengamatan pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah helai daun, volume akar , tinggi tanaman, berat segar tanaman, dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian komposisi bokashi limbah buah jeruk dan pupuk urea dapat meningkatkan jumlah daun 1 MST dan 4 MST. Semua komposisi dosis bokashi limbah buah jeruk dan urea tidak menyebabkan perbedaan pada pertumbuhan dan hasil kale keriting pada tanah gambut. Penggunaan bokashi limbah buah jeruk dapat menggantikan urea untuk tanaman kale keriting pada tanah gambut, terutama terjadi pada volume akar, berat segar tanaman dan, berat kering tanaman kale keriting.
