Abstract

Sumber daya manusia tentu memperhatikan karyawan kadang kala sulit untuk menjadi seorang karyawan, maka Banyak pikiran paling utama mencari metode untuk memecahkan permasalahan di tempat kerja, sebab umumnya profesi yang mereka jalani hanya semacam profesi sehari- hari ataupun pekerjaan yang mereka jalani.. Berhasil atau tidaknya strategi yang sudah tersusun dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan perusahaan tergantung pada karyawan, sehingga setiap karyawan diharuskan bisa bekerja secara maksimal dengan efektif dan efisien, dan tentu saja agar dapat menghasilkan karyawan yang berkualitas perusahaan diharuskan melakukan pemberdayaan. tujuan dilangsungkannya riset ini ialah guna mendapatkan informasi terkait pengaruh di dalam variabel stres kerja dan kompensasi. Faktor tersebut yang mana dapat memberikan suatu pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan menurun adalah stres kerja yang menjadi tekanan karyawan untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas. Selain itu pemberian berupa kompensasi secara adil serta dilakukan oleh perusahaan terhadap karyawannya akan memberikan suatu peningkatan atas produktifitas karyawan. dengan teknik yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan atas pegawai yang sedang bekerja di PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya, Sampel pada penelitian ini sejumlah 42 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Dari akvitas pengujian terhadap data memperlihatkan bahwa dapat memberikan sebuah pengaruh yang kearah positif dan signifikan terjadi diantara Stres kerja, Kompensasi dan Kinerja karyawan di PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya

Abstract

One of approach used in knowledge asset (knowledge property/asset) assessment and measurement was Intellectual Capital that comprised of 3 main elements of Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relational Capital. Creative industry is industry with uniqueness and put more emphasize on creativity, innovation and individual talent utilization require maximum management. This research intended to find model, on how correct intellectual capital component would be, and find actual description of Human Capital, Structural Capital as well as Relational Capital principles for creative industry in East Java. Samples in this research were leader/management/owner of 5 creative industry sub-sectors in 9 cities of East Java (Surabaya, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, Mojokerto, Batu, Malang, Kediri, Blitar, and Madiun) with 45 people respondents as samples. Analysis technique utilized in this research was Spider Plot Diagram. Survey and discussion result showed that Intellectual Capital Mapping on 5 (five) creative industry sub-sectors in East Java demonstrated that Relational Capital was more dominant followed by Human Capital, and Structural Capital as the least dominant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and compensation on the work discipline of employees of PT. Shelter Nusantara. The population of this study were employees of PT. Shelter Nusantara, which amounts to 119. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, from the results of the calculation of the slovin formula, a sample of 54 respondents was obtained. The analytical technique used in this study is to use the Partial Least Square (PLS) application. According to the results of the study, it was found that: 1) Leadership has a contribution to work discipline, which means that the better the leadership in a company, the better the work discipline in the company. 2) Compensation has a contribution to work discipline, which means that the better the compensation, the better the work discipline. The company needs to improve the existing leadership and the compensation given to employees so that employee work discipline increases.

Abstract

Every company always has a desire to improve service quality through effective and efficient performance. Employees are human resources that need to be managed, studied and evaluated properly and correctly, with the hope of being able to produce creativity and innovation to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance.The populations in this study were all 46 employees of PT. BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. The sampling method applied in this research is saturated sampling, which includes sampling the entire population, and the analytical methodology employed is Partial Least Square.The research findings and subsequent discussions led to the following conclusions: if a high sense of job satisfaction has an impact on enhancing employee performance, proper work discipline has an impact on enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

Performance is a evaluate of the eclat of a corporation or organization in achieving the goals that have been set which are usually carried out by human resources. Successful performance requires reliable competence from human resources, besides that compensation is also needed to motivate people to be more enthusiastic about working. In the current era of globalization, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs are required to start from producing quality products to optimizing HR management. These research purpose to decide the impact of competence and remuneration to performance of KUB Mampu Jaya Surabaya employees. These research uses a quantitative method and data collection use a questionnaire in a five-point Likert Scale as a measuring tool. The populace and sample of these study were all employes KUB Mampu Jaya Surabaya, totaling 38 respondents with saturated sampling technique. In this study using primary data. In this study using data analysis techniques is (PLS) Partial Least Square. The results of this study are : 1) The higher the competence of the employees of KUB Mampu Jaya Surabaya, the performance will increase. 2) The higher the competence given by KUB Mampu Jaya Surabaya, the performance will increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and competence on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Periska Multi Usaha Madiun. This research included a quantitative study using a saturated sample technique of 52 employees of the cathering section of PT Periska Multi Usaha Madiun. The method of data collection is through a questionnaire that is distributed to employees of the cathering department of PT Periska Multi Usaha Madiun. The variables set by the researcher include: independent variables, namely work environment (X1), compensation (X2), and dependent variables, namely Job Satisfaction (Y). Technical analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) model to construct a model that can be assumed when there are several factors. The findings show that the high level of work environment and compensation can increase job satisfaction of employees of PT Periska Multi Usaha Madiun.

Abstract

The emergence of dynamic problems in the field of Human Resources (HR) in most startup companies in Indonesia resulted in a decrease in employee Job Performance. One of them is the decrease in job Performance of employees in startup companies ConecWorld Surabaya, which in fact Job Performance is one of the most important instruments in the process of achieving a company's goals, therefore the factors in it are very interesting to study. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control on Job Performance of employees of Startup companies ConecWorld Surabaya. This study was conducted at the Startup company ConecWorld Surabaya with a total population and a sample of 50 employees. Data from this study is the primary data obtained through the interview method, the dissemination of questionnaires and observations. The method of data analysis in this study using SEM (Structural Equation modeling) with the analysis tool PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show that both Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control are able to support the improvement of employee Job performance, evidenced by the higher level of Self-Efficacy and the ability of Locus of Control that exist in employees, it can improve the Job Performance of conecworld Surabaya startup employees.

Abstract

Business movements in the food and beverage sector in Indonesia are increasingly dynamic, especially coffee drinks which are in demand by the public. Currently, coffee shops in Indonesia have changed their function, apart from meeting coffee needs, they can also function as a place to socialize, expand networks, and even work. This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of compensation on turnover intention of workers at OKUI Kopi; (2) know the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention of OKUI Kopi workers; This analysis uses independent variables, namely compensation and work-life balance. The dependent variable is turnover intention. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of filling out questionnaires via google form and interviews via teleconference. Secondary data in the form of data collection through journals, books, and previous writing. Data analysis tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire data with correlation coefficients using SPSS 20.0 software. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS), hypothesis testing assumptions on PLS related to structural equation modeling. The results of this study show that high compensation can lead to low turnover intention, the lower the salary, the higher the turnover intention that occurs at OKUI Kopi. A high work-life balance can increase the occurrence of turnover intention, so the lower the time to do hobbies, the higher the turnover intention that occurs at OKUI Kopi.

Abstract

The problem in this study is still the main priority related to turnover intention. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. Wahyu Nusantara Indah Putra Surabaya. The data used is primary data, namely data collected through questionnaires distributed to 47 employees of PT. Wahyu Nusantara Indah Putra Surabaya. The sample used in this study were 47 employees of PT. Wahyu Nusantara Indah Putra Surabaya. This study uses an analytical technique in the form of a Partial Least Square (PLS) model which is a technique to construct a model that can be assumed when there are several factors. The measuring instrument used in this study is the Likert scale. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that the lower the level of compensation received by employees, the higher the turnover intention rate and the lower the level of job satisfaction, the higher the turnover intention. Abstract

According to the researchers' observations, there are problems related to employee loyalty, therefore the purpose of this study is to determine whether the work environment and compensation affect employee loyalty at PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya as many as 38 employees. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling method. The data used in this study is primary data, primary data is obtained from distributing questionnaires, while the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Mahakam Kencana Diamond Rice Surabaya. This shows that the existence of a good work environment and compensation will create strong employee loyalty to each employee. Keywords : Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Loyalty
