Abstract

The purpose of this training is to build the knowledge and skills of Kompepar members in the form of behavior in using Instagram social media to promote tourist destinations in Pagaralam City. The method used in this training is face to face lectures on social media concepts, and the practice of using these media in promoting tourist attractions. The results achieved in this training are increasing the knowledge and skills of Kompepar members in using Instagram social media seen from the selection of content, participation in responses (likes), and participation in giving comments. In conclusion, the content most selected by Kompepar members from Instagram social media is information, entertainment, and education. The participation of Kompepar members in responding to "likes" is very high because this "like" sign is a virtual friendship network for exchanging messages. Meanwhile, the participation of Kompepar members in using Instagram social media is by commenting on every post that appears, selecting, and sometimes blocking accounts that are considered negative.

Abstract

Suatu instansi pemerintah setidaknya harus memberikan perilaku pelayanan yang baik dan benar berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 25 tahun 2009 pasal 34 dari dulu sampai sekarang. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan pelayanan yang baik dan memuaskan bagi masyarakat karena jika perilaku petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan berdasarkan undang-undang maka akan timbul kepuasan masyarakat dalam pelayanan. Namun dalam praktik nyata di lapangan di kantor Camat Sembawa, terjadi perilaku yang tidak sesuai dengan undang-undang, seperti perilaku tidak adil dalam memberikan pelayanan, kurang profesionalnya dalam menyelesaikan surat menyurat, sehingga harus memakan waktu beberapa hari dalam penyelesaiannya. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh, bahwa pelaksanaan peraturan undang-undang nomor 25 tahun 2009 tentang pelayanan publik pasal 34, pada kantor camat Kecamatan Sembawa Kabupaten Banyuasin belum optimal, karena mengingat pada masa tersebut Dalam proses penyelesaian pelayanan publik, harus memakan waktu dalam proses penyelesaiannya, serta kurangnya ketelitian. dalam menyampaikan informasi perlengkapan berkas kepada masyarakat yang akan melaksanakan pelayanan publik yang mengakibatkan masyarakat memakan waktu lama dalam proses penyiapan berkas.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Pelayanan, dan Perilaku Pelayanan.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs RegulationNumber 2 of2016  concerning  Child Identity  Cards at the Office of  the Civil Registry Office of Banyu asin Regency (CaseStudy  ofBanyuasin  IIIDistrict,  BanyuasinRegency)  This  study uses  qualitative research  methods,  data  collection  techniques  using  observation,  interviews,documentation  and  literature study. The findings of this study at the Banyuasin Sub-district Office incarrying out six implementation indicators,   namely   policy   standards   and   targets,   Resources,   Inter-organizational   communication, Characteristics of implementing agents, Economic, social and politicalenvironment and the attitude of the implementers are good enough so that the quality of service isincludedin agood category. in implementation. Based  on  the results  of  research  and  discussion  of  the  findings  of  researchers  in  the  field  regarding theimplementation   of   the   Minister   of   Home   Affairs   Regulation   Number   2   of   2016   concerning Child Identity Cards at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Banyuasin Regency (CaseStudyofBanyuasin District III, Banyuasin Regency) has not been fully implemented properly because there isstill a lack of socialization- direct socialization in a persuasive manner to the community so that thereare still people who do  not  understand  the  use  and  importance  of  this  child  identity card  and  have  not achieved the target in making child identity cardsin Banyuasin III District. Keywords: Implementation, Child Identity Card

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that in its implementation it is in accordance with applicable regulations, namely the Implementation of Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on the Development of Tassel Weaving Business in the Village of Mas Banyuasin III, Banyuasin Regency. MSMEs are business activities carried out by individuals or privately owned business entities with the aim of growing and developing their businesses in the context of building a national economy based on just economic democracy. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The findings of this study in the Village of Session Mas, Banyuasin III Regency in carrying out six implementation indicators, namely the interests fulfilled by the policy, the type of benefits generated, the desired degree of change, the position of policy makers, program implementers, and resources deployed. Based on the results of research and discussion of the findings of researchers in the field regarding the implementation of Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises on the Development of Tassel Weaving Business in the Village of Session Mas, Banyuasin III, Banyuasin Regency has been going well, with the support of the village officials of the Session Mas towards the tassel craftsman community who provides training, and increases the knowledge of the craftsmen, making the craftsmen in the village of Session Mas even more creative and can make their tassel craft business more advanced. Keywords: Implementation, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)

Abstract

The Indonesian government is currently making outstanding efforts to enhance national, local, metropolis, and village improvement to gain stability and fairness in development. Allocation of Vilthe large price range is the right of the village as district/metropolis governments have the proper to reap trendy Allocation funds (DAU) and unique Allocation price range (DAK). The expected effects of the Village Fund Allocation are the advent beta the village budget to finance village government packages, both village operations, and village community empowerment to improve village authorities services, improvement, governance, and network empowerment. Goal to determine the effectiveness of the Village Fund Allocation policy in Marga Sungsang Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra visible from the context, input, manner, and product and evaluation of the extent of Village Fund Allocation in the control category technique: this is quantitative research with a cross-sectional method drawing near.
