Abstract

Internships have a correlation with children's independence. Independence is the process of trusting children to be responsible for themselves. Independence can be reflected in the way of thinking, acting and guiding the world of education today, where knowledge must be followed by skills so that children can grow and develop independently. This research explores further related to child internship programs that can form children's independence. This research approach uses qualitative methods, with three research subjects. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive. The results of the study indicate that the apprenticeship learning process is indicated to be able to strengthen the learning culture that has been obtained by the child. This refers to the responses of the three subjects who answered that the internship culture was in accordance with the child's learning culture. The cultural harmony received by the child will make it easier for the child to assess the usefulness of the educational process for the child. Overall, the apprenticeship learning process has changed the aspects of the educational value applied to children. The results of the parents' assessment of the children participating in the internship program are that the children feel comfortable and are not burdened with participating in the internship. So that the independence process is well formed through the internship program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum on improving the academic achievement of level X students. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. A sample of 55 students was randomly selected from the entire class X population at SMKN 5 Dumai, consisting of 5 students from each department. The collected data was then analyzed using a one-sample t-test by comparing the average score of the population in the semester before implementing the Merdeka Belajar curriculum with the scores in several samples after the Merdeka Belajar curriculum was implemented. The analysis results show a statistical t-test value of 14.05, which exceeds the critical t value (critical value) with a significance level of α = 0.05 (1.675), or in other words, the p-value is smaller than α. Therefore, the conclusion that can be drawn is that there is sufficient strong evidence to reject the null hypothesis (H0) and conclude that the average student score in the 2022/2023 academic year after implementing the Merdeka Belajar curriculum is higher than the average in 2021/ 2022 before the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, at a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

Gangguan kecemasan merupakan gangguan dimana siswa merasa khawatir dengan sesuatu yang dianggap mengancam dan dapat membahayakan dirinya. Penyebab kecemasan sederhana yang sering dirasakan siswa seperti ketidaksamaan peraturan di sekolah dan di rumah. Hal-hal sederhana ini merupakan bentuk kecemasan sederhana yang apabila tidak segera ditangani dan diberikan pengertian lebih lanjut, maka siswa akan mengalami gangguan kecemasan yang lebih serius. Penanganan gangguan kecemasan pada siswa dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan instrumen identifikasi yang dapat mengukur tingkat kecemasan yang sedang dirasakan oleh siswa. Salah satu instrumen yang dapat digunakan adalah modul manajemen kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran yaitu modul manajemen kecemasan pada anak usia sekolah dasar yang dapat digunakan oleh tenaga pendidik sebagai bahan ajar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan research and development (RD). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ahli materi dan ahli media. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi untuk memperoleh penilaian validator atau para ahli. Validasi produk dilakukan kepada satu orang ahli media dan satu orang ahli materi yang menghasilkan kesimpulan dengan kategori layak dan dari aspek media menghasilkan kesimpulan dengan kategori layak. Modul ini selanjutnya dapat digunakan oleh guru BK atau pendidik lain di sekolah dasar untuk membantu siswa mengelola kecemasannya.
