Abstract

This study applies Data Mining by using the Clustering method to map the electoral strategy for the Legislative Candidates in Bengkulu City. The algorithm used is K-Means Clustering, where data grouped based on the same characteristics will be included in the same group and data sets are entered into the same group. in non-overlapping groups. The information displayed is in the form of product data groups based on the voter vote level in each village, so that it is known which regions/villages have high, medium or low voter levels. The test was carried out with the RapidMiner 5.3 application, resulting in clusters with high, medium or low voter rates..

Abstract

Data collection methods used in conducting this research is through primary data (interviews, observations) and secondary data (documents).From the results of the design and manufacturing applications can be concluded that the cinema ticketing system can be done via the Short Message Service (SMS).

Abstract

Dengan dilaksanakan kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, bertambahnya warga khususnya di Dusun Desa Air Sebakul Kecamatan Talang Empat Kabuapaten Bengkulu Tengah yang mengerti manfaat dari tanaman bunga telang. sehingga kedepannya dapat menjadi percontohan bagi masyarakat luas. Pemanfaatan bunga telang tidak hanya sebagai produk olahan Sirup dan Agar agara dan olahan makanan lainya tetapi juga dapat sebagai bahan pewarna alami. Dari manfaat bunga telang tersebut warga dapat lebih menghasilkan produk yang beragam dan tentunya dapat menambah pemasukan bagi warga setempat. di dalam memberdayakan tanaman bunga telang sehingga nantinya dapat menjadi percontohan bagi masyarakat yang lebih luas. kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dan dapat mendayagunakan sumber daya alam terbarukan yang selama ini kurang dimanfaatkan dengan baik serta untuk mendapatkan suatu keuntungan ekonomi dari sumber daya alam

Abstract

One of the steps taken to increase a sense of concern for the environment is to plant tree seeds. The planting was carried out at the Long Beach Bengkulu Nature Park (TWA). The choice of location was based on the condition of the area which was damaged by human activity, including the amount of scattered garbage and the surrounding area which was barren due to community activities which of course had a negative impact on the surrounding environment. The activity which was carried out on October 15 2022 involved the STIA Bengkulu Academic Community and the Bengkulu Natural Resources Conservation Agency (KSDA) by planting Agathis, Durian, Rambutan and Mahogany tree species, which in total totaled 200 tree seeds. The responsibility for the maintenance of this plant is a shared responsibility between MAPALA agra Buana STIA Bengkulu and the Bengkulu KSDA Center. This activity is expected to increase the awareness of the people of Bengkulu City on the importance of protecting and preserving forests, especially in the Nature Tourism Park area.

Abstract

Many new operators have sprung up offering such cheap tariffs with better quality and confidently stating that it is their products that are felt to be most needed by the public. The recording of each transaction is done manually, which records every transaction made on a piece of paper, and the calculation is still done manually. manually by using this calculator which causes the old system to become less effective and efficient.It can be concluded from the formulation of the problem in this system is how to complete credit sales transactions manually. The purpose of making this thesis is to create a system program to calculate credit sales for purchases of goods and sales and purchase transactions, these transactions will automatically be recorded in the database.The data collection method used in conducting this research is through primary data (interviews, observations) and secondary data (documents). From the results of the design and manufacture of the application, it can be interpreted that the application for recording DAPT pulse sales transactions is implemented in a system with the availability of a computerized database.

Abstract

Social media has become an important platform for people to voice their opinions, aspirations and feelings on various social, economic and political issues. Twitter, as one of the most popular social media platforms, presents a wealth of data for research, especially in the field of sentiment analysis. This research explores the application of the Transformer model, specifically IndoBERT, in detecting sentiment from Indonesian tweets. The dataset used was collected from the Twitter API, processed, and manually labelled into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral. Model evaluation was conducted by comparing IndoBERT's performance with traditional classification methods such as Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The results show that IndoBERT significantly outperforms conventional models in terms of accuracy, recall, precision, and F1-score, signalling that the Transformer model is highly effective for sentiment analysis in Indonesian.
