Abstract

Abstrack— Has successfully implemented aprototype sensor based electronic selectivemembrane. Chemical sensors based on ion selectivemembrane is to use a mixture of dicotyledonousphosphate (DOP) and Trioctyl methyl ammoniumchloride (TOMA), with a composition of 9 and 1.Taste sensor working electrode and referenceelectrode immersed in the sample test solution andconnected with ion meter. So that the signal can becaptured by the ion meter then use a buffer as theinterface becomes a high input impedance low outputimpedance. Measured signal is magnified by theamplifier so that it can be read by the display. Resultsshown by substraction of the signal referenceelectrode with the working electrode signal. The experimental results show DOP-based ionselective membranes and TOMA with a ratio 9 and 1have the ability to perform characterization andanionic response in a sample of five basic tastes ofsour, sweet, bitter, salty and umami and theconcentrations were varied from 0.1 mmol to 100mmol. While the response time is obtained at 4minutes to get stable data with measured values in thesample five basic tastes. Keywords— Ion selective membrane, DOP,TOMA, membran selektif ion, DOP, TOMA, five basictaste, ion meter, buffer, amplifier.

Abstract

The Bunta Traditional Market still looks dirty due to the rubbish left by traders strewn all over the place. Storage facilities, collection methods, temporary waste storage areas, and transportation methods do not meet health requirements, and waste processing still needs to be created. This research aimed to determine the factors related to the cleanliness of the Bunta People's Market, Banggai Regency. The research method used is quantitative, using an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. Based on the research results, which were proven in statistical tests with a value of ρ = 0.645 (ρ value ≤ 0.05), there is no relationship between market cleanliness and SPAL conditions at the Bunta People's Market, Banggai Regency. The value is 0.008 (ρ value ≤ 0.05); namely, there is a relationship between market cleanliness and the condition of the trash bins at the Bunta People's Market, Banggai Regency. The value of ρ = 0.00 (ρ value ≤ 0.05) is that there is a relationship between market cleanliness and the behaviours of traders, visitors, and the public at the Bunta People's Market, Banggai Regency. It is expected that traders, visitors, the public, and market managers will always maintain the cleanliness of the market environment and that market managers will make every effort to provide rubbish bins so that the market remains clean.

Abstract

Toddler visits to Integrated Health Posts are an important indicator for continuous monitoring of child growth, development, nutritional status, and health. Low attendance may delay the detection of nutritional problems and growth disorders. This study aimed to identify the determinants of toddler visits to Integrated Health Posts in the working area of Tagolu Community Health Center, Poso Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with an observational analytic design and a cross sectional study design. The population consisted of mothers with toddlers aged 0 to 59 months in the working area of Tagolu Community Health Center. A total of 97 respondents were selected using proportional random sampling. The independent variables were maternal knowledge, maternal attitude, role of cadres, and distance to the Integrated Health Post, while the dependent variable was toddler visits to the Integrated Health Post. Data were analyzed using the chi square test and logistic regression. The results showed that maternal knowledge was associated with toddler visits to the Integrated Health Post with a p value of 0.007, maternal attitude with a p value of 0.011, role of cadres with a p value of 0.011, and distance with a p value of 0.011. Multivariate analysis showed that distance was the most dominant determinant, with B 3.200, Sig. 0.001, and Exp (B) 24.541. This study concludes that knowledge, attitude, role of cadres, and distance are associated with toddler visits to Integrated Health Posts, with distance being the most dominant factor. The Community Health Center needs to strengthen maternal education, cadre roles, and service strategies that are more accessible to families with toddlers.
