Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, lifestyle, and promotion variables on the purchasing decision of Ventela shoes at the Gorilla Market Bululawang Store simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all consumers of  Toko Gorilla Market Bululawang. Samples were taken using the formula from Maholtra's theory, in order to obtain 100 respondents who met the requirements as a sample. The type of data used is primary data. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The technique used to analyze multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a simultaneous influence between Brand Image, Lifestyle and Promotion variables on Ventela Shoe Purchase Decisions at Gorilla Market Bululawang Stores consumers (2) Brand Image variables have an effect on Purchasing Decisions in consumers of Gorilla Market Bululawang Stores (3) Lifestyle variables have an effect on Purchasing Decisions in consumers of Gorilla Market Bululawang Stores and (4) Promotion variables have an effect on Purchasing Decisions in consumers of Gorilla Market Bululawang Stores. Keyword : Brand Image, Lifestyle, Promotion, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study examines the tradition of performingcongregational prayers for seven consecutive nights at thehouse of the deceased in the Pekal ethnic community in Ipuh, Mukomuko, and its alignment with Islamic law. The practice, although not explicitly mandated in the Qur'an orHadith, is understood as a social and spiritual activity thatstrengthens community solidarity and provides collectiveprayers for the deceased. The research explores thecompatibility of this tradition with the principles ofmaqashid shariah, which aims to preserve the welfare of thecommunity, strengthen social bonds, and safeguard the faith. The analysis also considers the perspectives of classical andcontemporary Islamic scholars regarding innovations in religious practices, such as Wahbah al-Zuhaili'scategorization of bid'ah hasanah (good innovation) andbid'ah dhalalah (misguided innovation). The findings suggestthat the tradition can be considered a form of bid'ah hasanahas long as it does not conflict with the core principles ofIslam, providing an opportunity for cultural preservationwhile maintaining religious integrity. This paper concludesby emphasizing the importance of contextualized religiouspractices that can reinforce both individual spirituality andcommunity cohesion within the framework of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

When doing a job, a person's style and motivation will show whether he works seriously or just pretends to. If you are responsible or not, etc. The views, expectations, and habits of the work group shape how a person lives and does their job. So, a person's work ethic can be changed by the work ethic of the group. The goal of this study was to find out how hard the principal of the Quran Darul Fattah High School in Bandar Lampung City's Rajabasa District works. This type of research is called "qualitative descriptive research." It is a method of research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and actors observed, directed from the background of the individual as a whole (holistic) without isolating individuals and their organizations in variables but looking at them as part of a whole. This study used different ways to collect data, such as interviews, observations, and written records. In this research, qualitative analysis is the method used to look at the data. Based on what was found in the analysis and discussion, the results of this study show that the work ethic of the Principal of SMA Quran Darul Fattah in the Rajabasa District of Bandar Lampung City is still getting better. It's clear from the improvements that have been made that the principal has worked hard, both in his own job and in trying to get his subordinates to improve. His discipline can be used as a model for improving the work ethic of the principal of Quran Darul Fattah High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City. The work ethic of the principal of the Darul Fattah Quran High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City keeps getting better, as shown by the indicators in the concept of a good work ethic. As a result, the principal's innovations at the Darul Fattah Quran High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City have become a breakthrough that helps schools get better at competing globally. Because schools should be a good example of how to teach good character, especially if everyone in the school, especially the principal, has a good work ethic.
