Abstract

On Monday, November 21, 2022, a 5.6 SR earthquake hit Cianjur Regency, West Java Province. The earthquake damaged residential buildings and caused landslides in crucial, densely inhabited areas. The eastern plateau of Sarampad Village had a long land shift fault. In Sarampad Village, faults have caused physical ground shifts that have displaced the cottages in the fields far away. In the horseshoe area of the national road between Cianjur City and Puncak, landslides occurred with a steep slope on the upper slope of the highway and a slope on the side of the highway leading to the river below the road. Having a river means the water at the land's surface that the community and army dormitories use. The soil becomes water-saturated soil, making landslides easy in an earthquake. Stone gabions and terracing have strengthened landslides on the highway ridge. Meanwhile, roadway landslides are unreinforced. Other defects on road sections transversely on the road body near the Horseshoe with curved contours must be taken seriously

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of Building Implementation Information Modeling (BIM) on the efficiency of building construction management quantitatively. It has become a significant method in the construction industry with the potential to improve collaboration, coordination and information management in the implementation of construction projects. The research method uses simple linear regression analysis with data from construction professional respondents. The study involved 52 contractor companies in the construction industry. The selection of these samples is aimed at obtaining representative and adequate data for simple linear regression analysis. With large sample sizes, the results are expected to be more accurate and reliable. In addition, the selection of 52 respondents is also carried out to cover a variety of perspectives and professional experience of construction, making the data obtained more representative, and more reliable for the analysis performed. Implementation of BIM has a significant and positive impact on building construction management, demonstrated by a count t value = 12.217 greater than the table t value of 2.00856. The determination coefficient (R-square) of 0.749 or 74.9% suggests that 74.9 percent variation in building management efficiency can be explained by the implementation of BIM. This finding emphasizes the importance of using BIM to improve management effectiveness in building construction in the construction industry. The implications of this research provide a basis for encouraging the adoption of BIM as an effective tool in the management of construction projects.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan eksisting bangunan Gereja sangatlah dibutuhkan perencanaan/ desain struktur yang matang. Hal ini menjadi dasar dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Fakultas Teknik yang di adakan di Gereja HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu pembuatan gambar as-built drawing 2-D, 3-D, dan pengecekan struktur dalam rangka pengembangan Gereja HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender, dimana gambar tersebut akan digunakan oleh pihak Gereja untuk pengembangan dan perbaikan Gereja di masa yang akan datang. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Tim PkM melakukan peninjauan, pengukuran eksisting bangunan di lapangan, menggambarkannya dalam bentuk 2-D dan 3-D, dan pengecekan eksisting struktur gereja (kolom, pelat, balok) yang nantinya digunakan di dalam pengembangan bangunan baru Gereja pada daerah konsistori. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah denah eksisting Gereja dalam bentuk 2-D dan 3-D, serta analisa struktur bangunan dari segi arsitektur dan sipil.    Design development of building and structural inspection of HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender Church   Abstract: In developing existing church buildings, careful planning/structural design is very necessary. This is one of the objectives of the Faculty of Engineering's Community Service (PKM) which is held at the HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender Church. The activities carried out are drawing as-built drawings in 2-D and 3-D and checking the structure in the development plan for the HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender Church, where the Church can use these drawings for the development and improvement of the Church in the future. The method used in this PKM is to inspect and measure existing buildings in the field, draw floor plans for the 1st and 2nd floors of the church, and then draw plans for the development of the church, as well as 3-D drawings. Apart from that, checks were also carried out on the existing church structures (columns, plates, beams), which would later be used in the development of new church buildings in the church consistory area. The results of this PKM are 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional church development plans as well as an analysis of the building structure from an architectural and civil perspective.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, ketatnya persaingan di industri konstruksi menuntut perusahaan jasa konstruksi untuk melakukan perbaikan secara terus menerus agar performansi dan dapat mencapai target perushaan. Pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi masih dihadapkan pada tiga kendala yaitu biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Apabila permasalahan yang dihadapai perusahaan jasa konstruksi tidak segera diselesaikan maka keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek tersebut akan terganggu. Selalu terdapat kemungkinan tidak tercapainya keputusan yang diambil, maka dari itu diperlukan kemampuan untuk mengolah dan mempelajari risiko yang ada. Analisis manajemen risiko dalam suatu proyek menjadi penting untuk dilakukan karena diharapkan dapat terwujudnya sasaran proyek yang tepat biaya, tepat mutu, dan tepat waktu. Untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya risiko-risiko tersebut maka penelitian ini akan membahas analisis risiko pada proyek pembangunan Pusat Seni (Art Centre) Garut pada pekerjaan struktur. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi risiko dari proyek pembangunan Pusat Seni (Art Centre) Garut, dan menenetukan serta menganalisis respon yang paling tepat terhadap risiko tersebut dengan menggunakan metode FMEA dan Decision Tree. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 26 faktor yang menjadi risiko dari proyek pembangunan Pusat Seni (Art Centre) Garut, berdasarkan analisis risiko kualitatif menggunakan FMEA risiko yang memiliki nilai RPN terbesar adalah produktivitas menurun yang menyebabkan keterlambatan waktu dengan nilai RPN sebesar 60, sedangkan berdasarkan analisis risiko kuantitatif menggunakan decision tree disimpulkan sebaiknya pekerjaan pondasi dimulai pada bulan Agaustus yang memiliki nilai EMV terkecil sebesar “Rp1.382.116.647,24. Jika pada pekerjaan pondasi terjadi keterlambatan waktu maka akan berdampak pada keseluruhan jadwal pada proyek pembangunan Pusat Seni (Art Centre) Garut. Dari analisis risiko-risiko tersebut harus segera dilakukan tindakan yang tepat agar kemungkinan terjadinya kerugian dapat dihindari. Kata Kunci: Analisis Risiko, Decision Tree, FMEA  ABSTRACTToday, the tight competition in the construction industry requires construction service companies to make continuous improvementsso that their performance can achieve the company™s targets. The implementation of construction projects is still faced with three obstacles, namely cost, quality, and time. If the problems faced by construction service companies are not immediately resolved, the successful implementation of the project will be disrupted. There is always the possibility of not achieving the decisions taken, therefore it is necessary to have the ability to process and study the risks that exist analysis of risk management in a project becomes important to do because it is expected to realize project goals that are right on cost, right in quality, and on time to anticipate the occurrence of these risks, this study will discuss risk analysis of these risks, this study will discuss risk analysis in the construction project of the Garut Art Center on structural work. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the risk factors of the Garut Art Center development project, and to determine and analyze the most appropriate response to these risks using the FMEA and Decision Tree methods. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion carried out, it can be concluded that there are 26 risk factors for the Garut Art Center development project, based on a qualitative risk analysis using the risk FMEA having the largest RPN value is decreasing productivity which causes time delays with an RPN value of 60, while based on quantitative risk analysis using a decision tree, it is concluded that foundation work should be started in August which has the smallest EMV value of “Rp1.382.116.647,24. If there is a delay in the foundation work, it will have an impact on the overall schedule for the Garut Art Center construction project. Form the analysis of these risks, appropriate action must be taken immediately so that the possibility of loss can be avoided. Keywords: Decision Tree, FMEA, Risk Analysis
