Abstract

AbstrakPembangunan rumah susun merupakan respon terhadap kebutuhan rumah bagi daerah-daerah yang memiliki permasalahan kurangnya ketersediaan lahan hunian. Rumah susun menjadi alternatif pilihan untuk penyediaan hunian karena merupakan pilihan yang ideal bagi daerah-daerah yang sedang berkembang. Pada dasarnya pembangunan rumah susun memiliki permasalahan yang sama yaitu mengesampingkan kondisi alam sekitar dan hanya berdasarkan dengan kemudahan perancangan antar lokasinya.Suhu thermal dalam ruang merupakan satu hal yang tidak dapat di anggap sepele untuk memaksimalkan kenyamanan penghuni saat beraktivitas. Dan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kenyaman suhu termal ini adalah besaran kecepatan angin pada lokasi pembangunan rumah susun itu sendiri dan bentuk fasad bangunan tersebut.Dengan adanya permasalahan kenyamanan penghuni pada rumah susun dan dengan adanya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi, saat ini pada bangunan tinggi telah digunakan pereduksi pengaruh alam terhadap bangunan yang disebut sebagai double layer yang merupakan fasad kedua pada bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai penyaring panas dan kecepatan angin dan juga digunakan sebagai estetika bangunan. Dengan menggunakan double layer fasad, kecepatan angin yang masuk ke dalam ruangan dapat tereduksi hingga 50% sehingga kenyaman di dalam ruangan akan lebih terjaga dibandingkan dengan bangunan tingkat tinggi yang tidak menggunakan double layer fasad.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan sistem arsitektur dan sistem lingkungan, yang dikhususkan pada bentuk fasad dan kecepatan angin sehingga dapat diketahui efektifitas double layer fasad serta pengaruhnya terhadap penangan besaran kecepatan angin dan besaran suhu ruang pada rumah susun sederhana.Kata Kunci : Double layer, rumah susun, kenyamanan termalAbstractPublic housing development is a response to the housing needs for those areas that have a lack of sufficient housing land availability. Rumah susun to be an alternative option for the provision of shelter as an ideal choice for areas that are being developed. Basically the construction of flats have the same problem, namely the exclusion of the natural conditions around and just based on the design of inter-location with ease.Thermal temperature in the room is the one thing that can not be considered trivial to maximize occupant comfort during activity. And one of the factors that influence the thermal comfort temperature is the magnitude of the wind speed at the location of the apartment building itself and the shape of the building facades.With the problems in the comfort of the occupants of the apartment and with the development of science and technology, currently used in high-rise buildings have a reducing effect on the nature of the building is referred to as a double layer which is second on the facade of the building which serves as a heat filter and wind speed and also used as the aesthetics of the building. By using a double-layer facade, wind speed into the room can be reduced by up to 50% so that the comfort in the room will be more awake than the high-level building that does not use double-layer facade.This research was conducted with the system approach and system architecture environment, which is devoted to the shape of the facade and the wind velocity so as to know the effectiveness of the double-layer facade and its influence on the wind speed and the amount of handling massive room temperature in a simple apartment.Keywords : Double layer, rumah susun, thermal comfort

Abstract

The Special Capital Region (DKI) of Jakarta is an area that experiences population growth every year, which raises the number of housing-related needs and reduces the amount of available vacant land for housing. In order to get around the lack of land for housing, a plan for flats—like the West Jatinegara Flats—must be implemented. The spaces in an apartment that are designed by an architect are required to produce a design that takes into account the comfort factor of the space for the occupants or users in addition to aesthetics. Residents feel comfortable if they are at a thermal temperature of between 22.8℃-25.8℃ with humidity of 70%. The study, "Evaluation of Space Comfort based on Occupant Satisfaction in West Jatinegara Flats Residential Units," attempts to ascertain whether or not improving strategies are required to raise space comfort based on occupant satisfaction and whether or not an appropriate level of space comfort is achieved. This study employs the quantitative method, which entails gathering primary and secondary data and conducting interviews with at least 10% of the resident population selected at random. This study's results indicate that improvement strategies are required to improve room comfort. These strategies include organizing each room to make it cozier and more compact, considering the type of opening material, the opening area ratio, and the materials used for the glass and frame to prevent breakage and damage to the windows and handles. Every room in the residential unit needs to have optimal air exchange during strong wind conditions.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan eksisting bangunan Gereja sangatlah dibutuhkan perencanaan/ desain struktur yang matang. Hal ini menjadi dasar dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Fakultas Teknik yang di adakan di Gereja HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu pembuatan gambar as-built drawing 2-D, 3-D, dan pengecekan struktur dalam rangka pengembangan Gereja HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender, dimana gambar tersebut akan digunakan oleh pihak Gereja untuk pengembangan dan perbaikan Gereja di masa yang akan datang. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Tim PkM melakukan peninjauan, pengukuran eksisting bangunan di lapangan, menggambarkannya dalam bentuk 2-D dan 3-D, dan pengecekan eksisting struktur gereja (kolom, pelat, balok) yang nantinya digunakan di dalam pengembangan bangunan baru Gereja pada daerah konsistori. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah denah eksisting Gereja dalam bentuk 2-D dan 3-D, serta analisa struktur bangunan dari segi arsitektur dan sipil.    Design development of building and structural inspection of HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender Church   Abstract: In developing existing church buildings, careful planning/structural design is very necessary. This is one of the objectives of the Faculty of Engineering's Community Service (PKM) which is held at the HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender Church. The activities carried out are drawing as-built drawings in 2-D and 3-D and checking the structure in the development plan for the HKBP Ressort Perumnas Klender Church, where the Church can use these drawings for the development and improvement of the Church in the future. The method used in this PKM is to inspect and measure existing buildings in the field, draw floor plans for the 1st and 2nd floors of the church, and then draw plans for the development of the church, as well as 3-D drawings. Apart from that, checks were also carried out on the existing church structures (columns, plates, beams), which would later be used in the development of new church buildings in the church consistory area. The results of this PKM are 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional church development plans as well as an analysis of the building structure from an architectural and civil perspective.
