Setiap individu mengalami proses belajar sepanjang hayat, perguruan merupakan salah satu tempat individu menjalani proses pembelajaran secara formal yang merupakan lingkungan dan suasana baru bagi mahasiswa semester pertama memasuki perguruan tinggi, mahasiswa dituntut mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi dan proses pembelajaran yang berbeda dengan yang pernah dilalui ketika sekolah menengah. Selain penyesuaian diri mahasiswa juga dituntut memiliki kontrol diri yang baik untuk memiliki motivasi berprestasi dalam menyelesaikan pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menguji hubungan penyesuaian diri dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa (2) menguji hubungan kontrol diri dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa (3) menguji penyesuaian diri dan kontrol diri secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional, populasi pada penelitian ini mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling STKIP Budi Daya Binjai dengan sampel sebesar 90 mahasiswa. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan model skala likert dengan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) terdapat hubungan penyesuaian diri dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa dengan nilai R sebesar 0.476, (2) terdapat hubungan kontrol diri dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa dengan nilai R sebesar 0.643, (3) terdapat hubungan penyesuaian diri dan kontrol diri dengan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa dengan nilai R sebesar 0.681. Kata Kunci: Penyesuaian Diri, Kontrol Diri, Motivasi Berprestasi.

Pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang terjadi saat ini telah merubah tatanan kehidupan manusia. Hal ini menjadi salah satu sebab munculnya perasaan cemas bagi setiap individu, khususnya orangtua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus, karena anak berkebutuhan merupakan anak istimewa yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus, dalam proses sosial anak membutuhkan orang lain untuk dapat bermain bersama, serta pengawasan khusus. Hal ini menimbulkan rasa kecemasan bagi orangtua. Kecemasan ini timbul ketika diberlakukannya pembatasan sosial di era new normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan gambaran tingkat kecemasan orangtua anak berkebutuhan khusus di era new normal. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi sampel orang tua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket yang menggunakan model skala likert dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa tingkat kecemasan orangtua anak berkebutuhan khusus di era new normal berada pada kategori sedang.

This study aims to determine the relationship between authoritarian parenting and students' self-esteem at MTSS Al. Ittihadiyah. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive and significant relationship between authoritarian parenting and self-esteem at MTSS Al.Ittihadiyah. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach with the type of research used is descriptive correlational research. Determination of the sample of this study is a population study of 86. The sample in this study was 40 people to obtain the necessary data, so in this study the researchers used data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, the results of research in MTSS Al. Ittihahadiyah uses the calculation of peroduc moment correlation. The two variables are authoritarian parenting (X) and self-esteem (Y). The level of student authoritarian parenting is 69.12% in the high category, the level of self-esteem is 64.12% in the high category, the level of the relationship between authoritarian parenting and self-esteem is 0.312> 0.226. This shows that there is a relationship between authoritarian parenting and self-esteem in students. Based on the discussion and data analysis, it can be concluded that the hypothesis which states "there is a positive and significant relationship between authoritarian parenting and self-esteem in MTSS Al.Ittihahadiyah" can be accepted. Where, the higher the authoritarian parenting, the higher the student's self-esteem.

This study aims to determine the effect of parental communication on student learning discipline at SMP Al-Washliyah 1 Medan. The hypothesis proposed is that it is suspected that there is an influence of parental communication on student learning discipline at SMP Al-Washliyah 1 Medan. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach with the type of research used is descriptive correlational research. Determination of the sample of this research is population research because the sample is less than 100. The population in this study is 33 people to obtain the necessary data, so in this study the researchers used data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of research at SMP Al-Washliyah using the calculation of the correlation between the two variables Discipline (X) and Parental Communication (Y). The level of student learning discipline is 80.5% in the high category, the level of Parental Communication status is 70.33% in the high category, the level of the influence of parental communication on student learning discipline is r_count 0.441> r_table 0.274. This shows that there is an influence of parental communication on student learning discipline.

The type of research used in this research is guidance and counseling action research using two cycles. The subjects of this study were 6 counselees at the Harapan Binjai Healthy Home Foundation. Where the 6 counselees are counselees who are being hospitalized. This study aims to provide focus group discussion (FGD) technical group guidance services with a religious character value approach in the rehabilitation of drug addicts at the Rumah Sehat Harapan Binjai Foundation. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out on the results of observations, data analysis in this study was a qualitative description of counselees between the initial conditions (pre-cycle) and cycle I and cycle II (post-cycle). The results of the research are that the researcher conducted participant observation and conducted interviews with foundations and counselees, besides that it was supported by documentary data related to this research. Efforts to approach the value of religious character through the FGD technique group guidance services carried out in cycle I and Cycle II at the Rumah Sehat Harapan Binjai Foundation's Drug Rehabilitation Center to assist counselees in recovery have proven successful, as can be seen from the results of changes in religious character in counselees. Changes in religious character can be seen from the punctuality of the counselee taking water for ablution, carrying out congregational prayers, reading the Qur'an in his spare time, being tolerant of fellow friends, being responsible, caring for the environment, and caring for friends.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada siswa yaitu sering berprilaku negatif (perilaku agresif). Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kontrol Diri Terhadap Perilaku Agresif Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Beringin T.A 2020/2021. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan korelasional dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI RPL SMK Negeri 1 Beringin yang berjumlah 108 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling 30% dari total populasi , maka 30% dari 108 siswa adalah 32,4 saya bulatkan menjadi 33 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SMK Negeri 1 Beringin, menggunakan perhitungan korelasi product moment kedua variable control diri dan perilaku agresif, hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan rhitung rtabel yaitu ( 0,738 0,334 ). Dengan demikian kedua variable mempunyai hubungan/pengaruh , yaitu terdapat pengaruh Kontrol Diri Terhadap Perilaku Agresif Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Beringin T.A 2020/2021.Kata Kunci: Pengaruh; Kontrol Diri; Perilaku Agresif; Siswa.

This study aims to: determine the discipline of students with democratic parenting in SD Nurul Hasanah, determine the discipline of students with authoritarian parenting and determine the difference between democratic parenting and authoritarian parenting on student discipline in grade VI SD Nurul Hasanah. This type of research is a comparative study using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were all students of class VI SD Nurul Hasanah as many as 28 people. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. Where before the questionnaire was distributed to the sample, the questionnaire was tested for validation first. The results of this study are: based on student discipline questionnaires that have been distributed to students with a tendency to democratic parenting, the highest score obtained by students is 80 and the lowest score is 60. With t count (6.50666 > 1.70), it can be concluded that there are differences between democratic parenting and authoritarian parenting on student discipline in grade VI SD Nurul Hasanah

Etika pergaulan merupakan suatu hal yang mencerminkan moral setiap orang yang harus diketahui dan dipahami oleh semua orang yang berada dalam lingkungan sosial dan lingkungan pendidikan (sekolah), karana di manapun dan kapanpun seseorang selalu dihadapkan dengan orang-orang yang ada di sekitar, dan apabila tidak menyadari dan memahami situasi yang ada di sekitarnya maka bisa saja akan melakukan suatu hal yang melanggar norma-norma yang berlaku dalam lingkungan tersebut atau pada kelompok tertentu. Oleh sebab itu sangat penting untuk menanamkan pemahaman kepada siswa mengenai etika pergaulan agar mereka mampu mengaplikasikan di dalam kehidupannya. Jika hal ini dianggap sepele, maka secara tidak langsung akan membiarkan siswa menjadi lebih tidak terkontrol dan bahkan tingkat penghargaan terhadap guru akan sangat minim. Etika dalam pergaulan perlu diajarkan kepada siswa, tujuannya agar mereka memahami dan menerapkannya di lingkungan sekolah atau bahkan di lingkungan secara menyeluruh, misalkan etika berbicara dan bertindak. Ada pun metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah. hasil dari sosialisasi yang diberikan kepada siswa-siswa Prinsip-prinsip yang harus dikembangkan dalam pergaulan remaja adalah: 1. Mampu mengontrol dan membawa diri dalam semua situasi 2. Mencari kawan yang baik dan dapat memotivasi untuk mengembangkan potensi diri. 3. Mengembangkan sikap tanggung jawab terhadap semua tugas yang diemban sehingga dapat mempersiapkan masa depan yang gemilang.

The study aims to investigate the influence of peer groups on the emotional maturity of adolescents in the eighth grade MTs Al-Ikhlasiyah Sei Buluh in the 2020/2021 school year. An unripe emotional condition in adolescents can cause them to be vulnerable to a group of peers in performing certain actions, although not all of them have a positive impact on themselves or others. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a quantitational approach that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data. The primary data was obtained through the filling of the elevator by the pupils of the eighth grade MTs Al-Ikhlasiyah Sei Ten Years of Education 2020/2021, consisting of 123 students. The sampling technique was performed randomly, with 30 students as samples of research. The results of simple linear regression analysis showed a significant influence between peer groups (X) on adolescent emotional maturity (Y) with a F significance count of 0.055 and a significance level of 0.016 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict the participation variable, suggesting that peer groups have an influence on adolescent emotional maturity in Al-Ikhlasiyah Sei Buluh T.A 2020/2021.
